Background:Transmembrane 4 L six family member 5(TM4SF5)translocates subcellularly and functions metabolically,although it is unclear how intracellu-lar TM4SF5 translocation is linked to metabolic *** is thus of interests to understand how the traffic dynamics of TM4SF5 to subcellular endosomal membranes are correlated to regulatory roles of ***:Here,we explored the metabolic significance of TM4SF5 localization at mitochondria-lysosome contact sites(MLCSs),using in vitro cells and in vivo animal systems,via approaches by immunofluorescence,proximity labelling based proteomics analysis,organelle reconstitution ***:Upon extracellular glucose repletion following depletion,TM4SF5 became enriched at MLCSs via an interaction between mitochondrial FK506-binding protein 8(FKBP8)and lysosomal *** labeling showed molecular clustering of phospho-dynamic-related protein I(DRP1)and certain mitophagy receptors at TM4SF5-enriched MLCSs,leading to mitochondrial fis-sion and ***4SF5 bound NPC intracellular cholesterol transporter 1(NPC1)and free cholesterol,and mediated export of lysosomal cholesterol to mitochondria,leading to impaired oxidative phosphorylation but intact tri-carboxylic acid(TCA)cycle andβ-*** mouse models,hepatocyte Tm4sf5 promoted mitophagy and cholesterol transport to mitochondria,both with positive relations to liver ***:Our findings suggested that TM4SF5-enriched MLCSs regu-late glucose catabolism by facilitating cholesterol export for mitochondrial reprogramming,presumably while hepatocellular carcinogenesis,recapitulating aspects for hepatocellular carcinoma metabolism with mitochondrial repro-gramming to support biomolecule synthesis in addition to glycolytic energetics.

目的探究针刺联合通窍涤痰汤对缺血性脑卒中急性期患者神经因子、凝血指标及血流动力学的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年8月该院收治的82例缺血性脑卒中急性期患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组,每组41例。比较两组治疗前后治疗总有效率。比较两组治疗前后神经因子[脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经生长因子(NGF)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)]水平。比较两组治疗前后血流动力学[波动指数(PI)、平均血流速度(Vm)、动脉收缩期峰值流速(Vs)]情况。比较两组治疗前后凝血指标[活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、国际标准化比值(INR)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平、D-二聚体(D-D)水平]。记录并比较两组治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P0.05)。结论针刺联合通窍涤痰汤对缺血性脑卒中急性期患者有较好的治疗效果,其对患者神经因子、凝血指标及血流动力学指标均具有较好的改善作用,且不增加不良反应发生风险。

选取了铁钙材料(FC)和山核桃蒲生物质炭(BC)制备得到复合材料(BF),用于修复农田土壤中镉砷复合污染,以降低水稻糙米中的镉和砷含量.通过水稻盆栽试验,在植物生长期内,采集了土壤孔隙水、根际土壤、非根际土壤、水稻植株和水稻根表铁膜,探究了铁钙材料、生物质炭及其复合材料对土壤中镉和砷生物有效性和植株中镉和砷含量的影响及机制.结果表明,生物质炭材料能显著(P<0.05)提高非根际土壤(0.55~0.66个单位)和根际土壤(0.28~0.36个单位)pH,且提升土壤DOC含量;铁钙材料能显著(P<0.05)降低非根际土壤(0.14~0.27个单位)和根际土壤(0.38~0.41个单位)pH,同时降低土壤DOC含量.铁钙材料和复合材料能够同时降低土壤孔隙水、根际土壤和非根际土壤有效态Cd和As含量,而生物质炭能降低Cd含量,却提高了As含量,其中复合材料1%添加处理的效果最佳,土壤有效态Cd和As分别降低了41.8%~48.2%和6.1%~10.1%.生物质炭、铁钙材料和复合材料均能提高植株生物量(根、茎、叶和籽粒的干重),水稻籽粒干重较CK增加了48.5%~184.0%,根表铁膜含量增加7.5%~13.6%.与空白对照组相比,生物质炭能够有效降低水稻糙米中Cd含量(21.0%~26.1%),铁钙材料和复合材料能够同时降低糙米中Cd和As含量,其中复合材料对糙米中Cd和As降低效果最佳,降幅高达36.9%~42.0%和40.4%~44.4%,使水稻糙米Cd和As含量均低于国家标准值(GB 2762-2017).

Solar steam generation(SSG)is widely regarded as one of the most sustainable technologies for seawater ***,salt fouling severely compromises the evaporation performance and lifetime of evaporators,limiting their practical ***,we propose a hierarchical salt-rejection(HSR)strategy to prevent salt precipitation during long-term evaporation while maintaining a rapid evaporation rate,even in high-salinity *** salt diffusion process is segmented into three steps—insulation,branching diffusion,and arterial transport—that significantly enhance the salt-resistance properties of the ***,the HSR strategy overcomes the tradeoff between salt resistance and evaporation ***,a high evaporation rate of 2.84 kg m^(-2) h^(-1),stable evaporation for 7 days cyclic tests in 20 wt%NaCl solution,and continuous operation for 170 h in natural seawater under 1 sun illumination were *** with control evaporators,the HSR evaporator exhibited a>54%enhancement in total water evaporation mass during 24 h continuous evaporation in 20 wt%salt ***,a water collection device equipped with the HSR evaporator realized a high water purification rate(1.1 kg m^(-2) h^(-1)),highlighting its potential for agricultural applications.

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs) are mesenchymal tumors of the gastrointestinal tract that are most commonly found in the stomach. Although GISTs can spread to the liver and peritoneum, metastasis to the skeletal muscle is very rare and only four cases have previously been reported. These cases involved concurrent skeletal metastases of primary GISTs or liver metastases. Here, we report the first case of a distant recurrence in the brachialis muscle after complete remission of an extra-luminal gastric GIST following a wedge resection of the stomach, omental excision, and adjuvant imatinib therapy for one year. Ten months after therapy completion, the patient presented with swelling and tenderness in the left arm. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed a large mass in the brachialis muscle, which showed positivity for c-kit and CD34 upon pathologic examination. This is the first reported case of a solitary distant recurrence of a GIST in the muscle after complete remission had been achieved.

目的利用超高效液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF)快速定性定量检测茯苓中13种茯苓三萜类化合物。方法利用超声萃取法(甲醇)对茯苓中三萜类化合物进行提取。采用ACQUITY UPLC?HSS C18柱(2.1 mm×50 mm, 1.7μm)分离，10 mmol/L乙酸铵-0.1%甲酸水溶液(A)和乙腈(B)为流动相梯度洗脱，流速为0.5 ml/min,柱温30℃,采用负离子多反应监测模式进行检测，利用精确分子量和二级质谱定性定量。结果 13种茯苓三萜类化合物在线性范围内线性关系良好(r2≥0.99),样品加标回收率(n=6)为80.35%～116.92%,相对标准偏差为1.88%～9.7%,在茯苓药材中13种茯苓三萜类化合物均被检测出，检出量在79 433～85 900 mg/kg之间。结论此方法操作简便、准确、高效、灵敏，适用于茯苓药材中主要三萜类化合物的定性定量检测。

A study on typology of areas densely populated with foreigners in Seoul, South Korea

This study identifies the types of areas in Seoul where foreigners are concentrated by reflecting the characteristics of their region of origin and residence in Seoul. Lack of cultural understanding and uniform policies for various immigrant communities are causing some social issues. Hence, this study aims to prepare the basic data from which the government can predict changes in ethnic areas and prepare policies suitable for each derived type. The 14 most populous immigrant communities in Seoul were investigated, and cluster analysis and ANOVA test were performed. This examination resulted in four immigrant community types. Each type has specific characteristics, which have influenced the creation and change of the built environment. Types 1 and 4 are collectivistic. These types gradually tend to change urban environments to emulate the environment in their region of origin. In addition, they make little effort to improve their degraded environments, and such areas become increasingly backward. In contrast, types 2 and 3 are individualistic and prefer to assimilate into a migrant region. The formation and change of the urban environment for each type can be predicted on the basis of these characteristics. From this information, the government can prepare an appropriate urban architecture policy for each type.

Improved continuous precipitation kinetics and tensile properties of extruded AZ80 alloy through {10-12} twin formation

This study investigates the effect of {10-12} deformation twins on the continuous precipitation behavior of an extruded Mg-8.0Al-0.5Zn-0.2Mn(AZ80) alloy during aging. The extruded AZ80 alloy is compressed along the transverse direction to introduce {10-12} twins,followed by an aging treatment at 300 ℃. The extruded material exhibits a twin-free microstructure with low internal strain energy, whereas the pre-twinned material possesses abundant {10-12} twins and has high internal strain energy. The aging results reveal that the peak-aging time of the pre-twinned material(1 h) is one-eighth of that of the extruded material(8 h). Although Mg_(17)Al_(12) continuous precipitates(CPs)are observed in both the peak-aged materials, these CPs are much smaller and more densely distributed in the pre-twinned material despite the significantly shorter aging time. The CPs size in the peak-aged materials increases in the following order: twinned region in the pre-twinned material(0.47 μm) < residual matrix region in the pre-twinned material(1.71 μm) < matrix region in the extruded material(2.55 μm).Moreover, the CPs number density in the twinned region of the pre-twinned material is approximately 11 times higher than that in the matrix region of the extruded material. The peak-aged pre-twinned material exhibits significantly higher tensile strength and ductility than the peak-aged extruded material. These results demonstrate that the formation of {10-12} twins in the extruded AZ80 alloy substantially accelerates the static precipitation of CPs during aging at 300 ℃ and improves the tensile properties of the peak-aged material.
