Human longevity has increased dramatically during the past *** than 20%of the 9 billion population of the world will exceed the age of 60 in *** the last three decades,some interventions and many preclinical studies have been found to show slowing aging and increasing the healthy lifespan of organisms from yeast,flies,rodents to nonhuman *** interventions are classified into two groups:lifestyle modifications and pharmacological/genetic *** genetic pathways have been characterized to have a specific role in controlling aging and ***,all genes in the pathways are potential antiaging ***,many antiaging compounds target the calorie-restriction mimetic,autophagy induction,and putative enhancement of cell regeneration,epige-netic modulation of gene activity such as inhibition of histone deacetylases and DNA methyltransferases,are under *** appears evident that the exploration of new targets for these antiaging agents based on biogeron-tological research provides an incredible opportunity for the healthcare and pharmaceutical *** present review focus on the properties of slow aging and healthy life span extension of natural products from various biologi-cal resources,endogenous substances,drugs,and synthetic compounds,as well as the mechanisms of targets for antiaging *** bioactive compounds that could benefit healthy aging and the potential role of life span extension are discussed.

Tujia is a national minority,inhabiting in the mountainous Wuling area in *** 1978,Tujia medicine has been studied,summarized and developed,leading to numerous achievements by Chinese researchers,such as the publishing of approximately 30 monographs of Tujia *** publications are focused on summarizing and improving the theory of Tujia medicine and developing clinical therapies from this system of *** shortage of natural medicinal plants used in Tujia medicine has created the need to discover new resources to replace them and protect endangered natural plant *** fungi are one of the conservation options,are considered a source of new bioactive natural products,and are a renewable and inexhaustible source of new drugs and *** review summarizes 260 compounds from endophytic fungi that have been previously isolated from the medicinal plants of *** compounds include steroids,terpenoids,meroterpenoids,polyketides,alkaloids,peptides,aliphatic compounds,aromatic compounds,and heterocyclic compounds.

A new irlactane-type,namely irlactin K(1),and 22 tremulane-type sesquiterpenes including fourteen previously undescribed ones,namely irpexolactins A-N(2-15),and a known irlactane-type sesquiterpenoid,were isolated from the fermentation broth of the medicinal fungus Irpex lacteus *** structures of all the isolates were characterized by extensive spectroscopic methods,including 1D and 2D NMR and MS spectroscopic *** absolute configurations of irlactin K and the known compound conocenol B(20)were established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction *** vasorelaxant effects of irlactin K(1),irpexolactins A(2),C(4),K(12),and irlactam(22)were evaluated.

Research on the solar magnetic field and its effects on solar dynamo mechanisms and space weather events has benefited from the continual improvements in instrument resolution and measurement *** augmentation and assimilation of historical observational data timelines also play a significant role in understanding the patterns of solar magnetic field *** the realm of astronomical data processing,super-resolution(SR)reconstruction refers to the process of using a substantial corpus of training data to learn the nonlinear mapping between low-resolution(LR)and high-resolution(HR)images,thereby achieving higherresolution astronomical *** paper is an application study in high-dimensional nonlinear *** learning models were employed to perform SR modeling on SOHO/MDI magnetograms and SDO/HMI magnetograms,thus reliably achieving resolution enhancement of full-disk SOHO/MDI magnetograms and enhancing the image resolution to obtain more detailed *** this study,a data set comprising 9717pairs of data from 2010 April to 2011 February was used as the training set,1332 pairs from 2011 March were used as the validation set and 1034 pairs from 2011 April were used as the test *** data preprocessing,we randomly cropped 128×128 sub-images as the LR cases from the full-disk MDI magnetograms,and the corresponding 512×512 sub-images as HR ones from the HMI full-disk magnetograms for model *** tests conducted have shown that the study successfully produced reliable 4×SR reconstruction of full-disk MDI *** MESR model's results(0.911)were highly correlated with the target HMI magnetographs as indicated by the correlation coefficient ***,the method achieved the best PSNR,SSIM,MAE and RMSE values,indicating that the MESR model can effectively reconstruct magnetograms.
