We investigate the nucleus 10Be using the deformed relativistic mean field （RMF） model and BCS theory. The calculated density distribution suggests two α clusters in the nucleus 10Be. According to BCS theory, the two valence neutrons transit to the first excited state 02＋ in a pair and form a 2-n cluster. By comparing the two neutron separation energy （S2n） with the single neutron separation energy （Sn）, and analyzing the difference between the neutron and proton rms radii （Rn-Rp） calculated by the deformed RMF, we suggest that 10Be is the best candidate for a two-neutron skin. The two-neutron skin clings to the 2α clusters closely and makes the two α clusters have cross and chain distribution.

Efficient and stable photocathodes with versatility are of significance in photoassisted lithium-ion batteries(PLIBs),while there is always a request on fast carrier transport in electrochemical active *** work proposes a general approach of creating bulk heterojunction to boost the carrier mobility of photocathodes by simply laser assisted embedding of plasmonic *** employed in PLIBs,it was found effective for synchronously enhanced photocharge separation and transport in light charging ***,experimental photon spectroscopy,finite difference time domain method simulation and theoretical analyses demonstrate that the improved carrier dynamics are driven by the plasmonic-induced hot electron injection from metal to TiO_(2),as well as the enhanced conductivity in TiO2 matrix due to the formation of oxygen vacancies after Schottky *** from these merits,several benchmark values in performance of TiO2-based photocathode applied in PLIBs are set,including the capacity of 276 mAh g^(−1)at 0.2 A g^(−1)under illumination,photoconversion efficiency of 1.276%at 3 A g^(−1),less capacity and Columbic efficiency loss even through 200 *** results exemplify the potential of the bulk heterojunction strategy in developing highly efficient and stable photoassisted energy storage systems.

In this paper， the effect of a single-opening split-ring resonator （SRR） structure on the performance of ultra-wideband （UWB） microstrip patch antenna （MPA） is studied. Here a UWB MPA based on partial grounding is proposed， and the SRR structure is utilized to optimize other characteristics of the low-profile microstrip antenna while ensuring the bandwidth and gain remain unchanged. The proposed metamaterial structure， consisting of a 2 × 2 array of SRR， is loaded on the reverse side of the substrate. The volume of the proposed antenna is 61.6×67.6×1.5mm3. According to simulation and experimental results， the proposed microstrip antenna loaded with 2×2 SRRs performs better than that without SRR structure. It produces an operating band of 1.62 GHz-8 GHz while achieving circular polarization characteristics with an axial ratio （AR） bandwidth of 3.92 GHz-4.57 GHz. In addition， the performance of the proposed antenna is superior to relevant works of literature The antenna can be widely utilized in wireless communication systems.

Background:Insomnia is a prevalent clinical condition and Shangxia Liangji formula(SXLJF)is a well-established method of ***,the specific mechanism of action of SXLJF remains ***:The mouse model of insomnia was established by intraperitoneal injection of ***-two mice were randomly divided into a negative control group,model group,SXLJF group(18.72 g/kg/day),and positive control group(diazepam,2 mg/kg)and treated with the corresponding drugs for 7 consecutive *** open field test and pentobarbital-induced sleeping test were ***-MS-based untargeted metabolomics and network pharmacology were applied to explore the potential targets of SXLJF for treating ***,key targets were validated using ***:Behavioral tests demonstrated that SXLJF reduced the total distance,average velocity,central distance,and sleep latency,and prolonged sleep *** and network pharmacology revealed potential targets,signaling pathways,metabolic pathways,and metabolites associated with the anti-insomnia effects of ***,tyrosine hydroxylase(TH)and tyrosine metabolism emerged as crucial metabolic pathways and targets,***-qPCR results supported the role of TH in the mechanism of SXLJF in treating ***:In conclusion,TH and tyrosine metabolism may represent significant targets and pathways for SXLJF in treating insomnia.

In recent years, membrane ultrafiltration （UF） of surface water for drinking water treatment has become a more attractive technology worldwide as a possible alternative treatment to conventional clarification. To evaluate the performance of ultrafiltration membranes for treatment of surface water in North China, a 48-m^2 low pressure hollow fiber membrane ultrafiltration pilot plant was constructed. Ultrafiltration was operated in cross-flow and with powdered activated carbon （PAC） adsorption. Turbidity was almost completely removed to less than 0.2 NTU （below Chinese standard 1 NTU）. It was found that PAC addition enhanced organic matter removal. The combined process of PAC/UF allowed to 41% removal of CODMn, 46% removal of DOC and 57% decrease in UV254 absorbance. The elimination of particles, from average 12000/ml in the raw water to approximately 15/ml in the permeated, was observed. When PAC concentration was below 30 mg/L, backwashing could recovery the membrane flux with backwash interval/backwashing duration of 1/30.

Dear Editor,This letter deals with the stabilization problem of nonlinear stochastic systems via self-triggered impulsive control(STIC), where the timing of impulsive control actions is not dependent on continuous state monitoring. In contrast to the existing self-triggered control method, novel self-triggered mechanism(STM) is proposed by incorporating a waiting time for stabilizing impulses. This allows for direct prediction of the next impulsive instant.

Mangroves are crucial to the ecological security of the Earth and human well-being. Their management, conservation, and restoration are of great importance and necessitate the support of spatio-temporal information and multidisciplinary knowledge such as biology and ecology. Traditional knowledge services such as plant atlas provide illustrated textual knowledge of mangroves. However, this kind of service is oriented to information retrieval and is incapable of effectively mining and utilizing fragmented knowledge from multi-source heterogeneous data, facing the problem of “massive data, rare knowledge”. Knowledge graphs are capable of extracting, organizing, and fusing the knowledge contained in massive data into semantic networks that can be understood and computed by computers. They provide a solution for the realization of intelligent knowledge services. Focusing on the urgent need for mangrove knowledge acquisition, formal representation, and intelligent services, this paper proposes a research prospect on mangrove knowledge graphs and knowledge services. We first analyze the similarities and differences between various domain-specific concepts of Tupu. On this basis, we define the mangrove knowledge graph as a large-scale knowledge base that integrates multi-disciplinary knowledge and spatio-temporal information with mangrove ecosystems as the core. Then, we propose a research framework for mangrove knowledge services that can realize the transformation from multi-modal data to intelligent knowledge services, including multiple research levels such as ubiquitous data sensing and aggregation, knowledge organization and graph construction, and intelligent mangrove knowledge services. Subsequently, the methods and workflow for constructing mangrove knowledge graphs are introduced. Finally, we discuss the challenges and possible future directions of mangrove knowledge services in the smart era, including the construction of a mangrove knowledge system that integra

背景:2型糖尿病损害肾功能。研究表明运动干预可以保护肾脏;鸢尾素可以通过抑制磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B/雷帕霉素靶蛋白信号通路恢复自噬,保护糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能。目的:探讨运动能否通过抑制肾脏磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B/雷帕霉素靶蛋白信号通路过度激活来恢复自噬,改善肾损伤,以及分析不同方式运动产生影响的差异。方法:将6周龄的SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组(正常大鼠)和糖尿病组,其中糖尿病组大鼠经过高脂高糖喂养加腹腔注射低剂量1%链脲佐菌素(30 mg/kg)建立2型糖尿病模型。造模成功后再将糖尿病组大鼠随机分成糖尿病模型组、中强度持续运动组和高强度间歇运动组。两个运动组大鼠分别进行8周不同强度运动干预。取材后采用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测大鼠空腹血糖,使用试剂盒检测糖化血红蛋白水平,Elisa法检测血清胰岛素浓度,计算胰岛素抵抗指数,RT-PCR检测肾组织磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶、蛋白激酶B、雷帕霉素靶蛋白、Beclin-1、podocin、nephrin的基因表达量,Western Blot检测肾组织雷帕霉素靶蛋白及自噬标记蛋白LC3-1、LC3-2、Beclin-1的蛋白表达量。结果与结论:①2型糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平极显著性升高,胰岛素抵抗水平显著上升,胰岛素水平显著下降;两种运动均能使2型糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平极显著下降,胰岛素抵抗水平显著下降,胰岛素水平显著上升;与中强度持续运动组相比,高强度间歇运动组胰岛素水平显著上升。②2型糖尿病大鼠podocin、nephrin基因表达量显著降低;两种不同形式运动均能显著提高其表达;与高强度间歇运动组相比,中等强度持续性运动组足细胞相关蛋白基因表达有进一步上升趋势,但无显著性差异。③2型糖尿病大鼠肾组织磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶、蛋白激酶B、mTORC1的mRNA及蛋白的表达量显著增加,自噬标志蛋白Beclin-1、LC3-2表达量以及LC3-2/LC3-1显著降低;两种不同形式运动均能使肾组织磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶、蛋白激酶B、mTORC1的mRNA及雷帕霉素靶蛋白蛋白的表达量显著降低,自噬标志蛋白Beclin-1、LC3-2以及LC3-2/LC3-1显著升高;与中等强度持续性运动组相比,高强度间歇运动的磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶、蛋白激酶B、mTORC1的mRNA及雷帕霉素靶蛋白的蛋白表达量有进一步下降的趋势,Beclin-1、LC3-2以及LC3-2/LC3-1有进一步升高的趋势,但仅Beclin-1有显著性差异。④结果说明2型糖尿病肾脏足细胞损伤,自噬受到抑制,与磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B/mTORC1信号通路被异常激活密切相关。高强度间歇运动和中等强度持续性运动可以保护糖尿病肾脏,减少足细胞损伤,促进自噬恢复,这可能与运动抑制磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B/雷帕霉素靶蛋白信号通路过度激活有关。与中等强度持续性运动相比,高强度间歇运动恢复自噬的效果呈更优趋势,但足细胞蛋白表达稍有下降。
