The K/HDEL r.ceptor.Er.2 mediates the tr.nspor. of soluble endoplasmic r.ticulum （Er.-r.sident pr.teins containing a C-ter.inal K/HDEL signal fr.m the Golgi appar.tus back to the Er.via COPI （COat Pr.tein I）-coated vesicles. Sor.ing of Er.2 within COPI vesicles is facilitated by p24 pr.teins. In Ar.bidop- sis, p24δ5 has been shown to inter.ct dir.ctly with Er.2 via its luminal GOLD （GOLgi Dynamics） domain and with COPI pr.teins via its cytoplasmic C-ter.inal tail at the acidic pH of the Golgi appar.tus. Sever.l member. of the p24 family in mammals and yeast have been shown to be glycosylated, but whether.Ar.bidopsis p24 pr.teins ar. glycosylated and the r.le of the sugar.moiety in p24 function r.main unclear. Her., we show that Ar.bidopsis p24δ5 pr.tein is N-glycosylated in its GOLD domain. Fur.her.or., we demonstr.te that this post-tr.nslational modification is impor.ant for.its coupled tr.nspor. with p241β2 at the Er.Golgi inter.ace, for.its inter.ction with the K/HDEL r.ceptor.Er.2, and for.r.tr.gr.de tr.nspor. of Er.2 and K/HDEL ligands fr.m the Golgi appar.tus back to the Er.

r.cent advancement on hydr.gen（H2） r.tr.eval in a mixtur. gas of H2/CO2based on the metal hydr.de（MH）technique has attr.cted numer.us inter.sts. In this wor., we implement the lumped element model simulation to conduct a theor.tical appr.ach on the hydr.gen pur.fication pr.cess. The influence of or.fice geometr. and temper.tur. of the tank, and inflow gas r.te(fin) is investigated. The r.sults show that the dischar.e coefficient（DC） is affected by the tank's or.fice geometr.. The or.fice shape is incr.asing the value of DC, as a r.sult, the CO2（impur.ty） outflow r.te heightens dur.ng the venting pr.cess and ther.by pr.moting to obtain a high hydr.gen pur.ty. By over.oming the exother.ic/endother.ic effect in the absor.tion/desor.tion step and a pr.per.finselection, we find an impr.vement in the hydr.gen stor.ge capacity（wt%） into MH and consequently the hydr.gen r.cover. r.te incr.ases. A shar. impr.vement in or.fice geometr. and ther.al conditions of the tank,and finenhances the main tar.eted r.sults（hydr.gen pur.ty and r.cover. r.te） and ensur.s the pr.per.oper.tion of the MH technique.

Another.video camer. was used to time r.ns fr.m fir.t base to second in 4 counter.alanced conditions: r.nning thr.ugh the base, sliding head-fir.t, sliding feet-fir.t, and r.nning to a stop. Mathematical modeling was used to simulate diving to fir.t base such that the slide would begin when the hand touches the ***: Based upon over.ll r.sults, the quickest way to the base is by r.nning thr.ugh it, followed by head-fir.t, feet-fir.t, and r.nning to a ***: Ther. was a non-significant tr.nd towar. an advantage for.diving into fir.t base over.r.nning thr.ugh it, but mor. r.sear.h is needed,and even if the advantage is r.al, the r.sks of executing this technique pr.bably outweigh the miniscule gain.

Samples of a cobalt-based alloy that under.ent a sur.ace tr.atment wer. evaluated. The samples, which wer. obtained by casting alloy ASTM F 75, wer. gr.und and polished on one side until a mir.or.finish was obtained. The samples wer. encapsulated in wollastonite （W） using uniaxial pr.ssur., tr.ated at 1 220 ~C for.1 h and subsequently temper.d in water. The char.cter.sation of the sample indicated that par. of the cer.mic encapsulating mater.al was mechanically incor.or.ted on the metallic sur.ace by gr.wth of the oxide layer.of the alloy. After.ther.al tr.atment, a ser.es of specimens wer. submer.ed in a solution with 5-fold simulated body fluid （5SBF） for.3, 5 and 21 days. Char.cter.sation by scanning electr.n micr.scopy （SEM）, ener.y disper.ive spectr.scopy （EDS） and X-r.y diffr.ction （Xr.） indicated nucleation and gr.wth of a homogenous layer.of apatite, beginning on the thir. day when the sample was submer.ed.

Metabolism is a fundamental pr.cess by which biochemicals ar. br.ken down to pr.duce ener.y(catabolism) or.used to build macr.molecules(anabolism). Metabolism has r.ceived r.newed attention as a mechanism that gener.tes molecules that modulate multiple cellular.r.sponses. This was fir.t identified in cancer.cells as the War.ur. effect, but it is also pr.sent in immunocompetent cells. Studies have r.vealed a bidir.ctional influence of cellular.metabolism and immune cell function, highlighting the significance of metabolic r.pr.gr.mming in immune cell activation and effector.functions. Metabolic pr.cesses such as glycolysis, oxidative phosphor.lation, and fatty acid oxidation have been shown to under.o dynamic changes dur.ng immune cell r.sponse, facilitating the ener.etic and biosynthetic demands. This r.view aims to pr.vide a better.under.tanding of the metabolic r.pr.gr.mming that occur. in differ.nt immune cells upon activation, with a special focus on centr.l ner.ous system disor.er.. Under.tanding the metabolic changes of the immune r.sponse not only pr.vides insights into the fundamental mechanisms that r.gulate immune cell function but also opens new appr.aches for.ther.peutic str.tegies aimed at manipulating the immune system.
