疫情期间菲律宾中文教学遭遇困难和挑战包括:ICT系统不发达、网络不稳定、经济停滞引发的学生家庭困难、中文教师信息技术水平不高、缺少电子设备等。针对菲律宾线上中文教学痛点,应提升我国国际中文教育精准服务能力,可从四方面提供帮助:第一,加强菲律宾国际中文线上教学危机管理;第二,搭建中菲线上中文教学合作平台;第三,提升本土中文教师信息素养能力;第四,开发适用手机的中文学习小程序。

Due to historical and ongoing industrial practices, lead contamination in urban soils presents substantial health risks, primarily due to its capacity to readily migrate from the soil to humans. This research focused on the influence of soil pH, organic matter, and clay content on extractable lead amounts. Sixty-four soil samples from Muncie, Indiana, were analyzed, revealing that the examined factors accounted for 21.71% of the Pb mg/Kg-dry variable variance (p −0.4, p < 0.001), with XRD and FTIR analyses confirming the binding affinity of clay minerals with lead. In contrast, no significant relationships were found between Pb concentrations and soil pH (r = 0.07;p = 0.59) or organic matter content (r = 0.12;p = 0.34). Elucidating the interactions between lead, clay minerals, and other soil constituents is crucial for addressing lead-contaminated soils and reducing environmental and health impacts.

A key challenge associated with myoelectric prosthesis limbs is the acquisition of a good quality gesture intent signal from the residual anatomy of an *** this study,the authors aim to overcome this limitation by observing the classification accuracy of the fusion of wearable electromyography(EMG)and near-infrared(NIR)to classify eight hand gesture motions across 12 able-bodied *** part of the study,they investigate the classification accuracy across a multi-layer perceptron neural network,linear discriminant analysis and quadratic discriminant analysis for different sensing configurations,***-only,NIR-only and EMG-NIR.A separate offline ultrasound scan was conducted as part of the study and served as a ground truth and contrastive basis for the results picked up from the wearable sensors,and allowed for a closer study of the anatomy along the humerus during gesture *** and findings from the work suggest that it could be possible to further develop transhumeral prosthesis using affordable,ergonomic and wearable EMG and NIR sensing,without the need for invasive neuromuscular sensors or further hardware complexity.

Evidence-based enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)programs aim to improve patient outcomes and shorten hospital *** objective of this study is to describe the development,implementation,and evolution of an ERAS protocol to optimize the perioperative management for patients undergoing endoscopic skull base surgery for pituitary tumors.A systematic review of the literature was performed,best practices were discussed with stakeholders,and institutional guidelines were established and *** performance indicators(KPI)were measured and patient-reported outcome surveys were *** ERAS protocol was introduced successfully at our *** describe the process of initiation of the program and the perioperative management of our *** demonstrated the feasibility of integration of ERAS protocols for pituitary tumors with multidisciplinary engagement,with a particular emphasis on the use of data informatics and metrics to monitor *** expect that this approach will translate to improved quality of care for these often-complex patients.

德国的技术史研究历程可以分为两个历史时期:上升期和拓展期。19世纪末至20世纪初,致力于出版各类技术发明与商业史的相关著作,并着力保留和整理技术文化相关的实物和档案,推动了早期德国技术史研究的建制化。1960年代之后,德国的技术史研究进入了拓展期。在联邦德国,工业大学和技术博物馆的历史学家们逐渐成为推动技术史研究进一步建制化的主要力量。与早期工程师为主体不同的是,历史学家们主要关注的是生产的历史以及技术发展的一般规律及其背后导致技术变革的各种社会和经济因素。1990年代后,消费史逐渐走入他们的视野,作为其研究的补充。
