Water avail.bil.ty is a fundamental.condition for sustainabl. agricul.ure. However, a satisfactory water condition is not al.ays possibl. in terms of quantity and qual.ty in certain regions, such as the Brazil.an semi-arid region. Thus, the purpose of this extremel. important research was to eval.ate the growth of cv. Al. Big with six combinations of wastewater pl.s sal.ne (WW + sW) and two nutrient sol.tion percentages, in a l.w-cost hydroponic system. The experiment was carried out in a greenhouse at the Department of Agricul.ural.Engineering at Federal.University of Campina Grande. A compl.tel. randomized experimental.design was used, with treatments arranged in a factorial.scheme (6 × 2), with 5 repl.cations, being the treatments composed by the combination of six proportions of wastewater with sal.ne water (50%/50%;60%/40%;70%/30%;80%/20%;90%/10%;100% of wastewater) and two nutrient sol.tion concentration (80% and 100%), total.zing 60 experimental.units. The biometric variabl.s were anal.zed at 55 and 96 days after sowing, namel.: pl.nt height (PH), stem diameter (sD), l.af number (l.) and l.af area (l.). The interaction between the concentration of the nutrient sol.tion and the ratio of the sal.ne water with wastewater was infl.enced in the behavior of peppers (cv. Al. Big) biometric variabl.s. The nutrient sol.tion prepared at 80% of its normal.concentration had better performance in the devel.pment of pl.nts when mixed with the proportions of water containing more wastewater. The proportion 30% sal.ne water and 70% wastewater (30/70) with concentration of 80% of the nutrient sol.tion obtained better satisfactory resul.s in the studied biometric variabl.s.

A prospective doubl.-bl.nd study was performed to determine if Western bl.t detection of P34H, a sperm protein of epididymal.origin that is invol.ed in the binding to the zona pel.ucida, is predictive of standard IVF outcome. Our resul.s demonstrate that the proportion of positive P34H cases that produced embryos in vitro cl.arl. differs from caseswith undetectabl. l.vel. of P34H (P < .001).

太湖流域春季不同土地利用类型蒸散速率的比较

运用静态箱/红外气体分析仪法(static chamber/IRGA),研究了太湖流域茶园、油菜地、小麦地和撂荒地4种不同土地利用类型春季蒸散速率的变化特征,分别对3—5月不同生育期以及6:00—15:00不同时段4种土地利用类型蒸散速率进行了比较。结果表明,太湖流域春季不同土地利用类型蒸散速率总体呈现逐渐增大的趋势,但茶园修剪后蒸散速率大幅下降(36.73%),油菜地在始花期亦突现一峰值〔2.14mmol.(m2·s)〕;4种土地利用类型蒸散速率的日变化呈以12:00—15:00为峰值的单峰曲线,但茶园修剪后蒸散速率的日变化平缓,油菜地和小麦地蒸散速率的日变化幅逐渐增大。4种土地利用类型3—5月蒸散速率日均值从大到小依次为:茶园〔2.24mmol.(m2·s)〕>油菜地〔1.48mmol.(m2·s)〕>小麦地〔1.28mmol.(m2·s)〕>撂荒地〔1.16mmol.(m2·s)〕;3月下旬12:00—15:00,以及4月中旬9:00—15:00为茶园蒸散速率极显著高于油菜地、小麦地和撂荒地的关键时期,差异最大。

以北京市平原地区造林工程中废弃砂石坑地类土壤造林地位研究对象,将园林废弃腐熟物、生物有机肥进行组合设计应用于平原造林工程中以对困难立地土壤进行改良。试验共分4种处理:对照(无任何处理);处理1(园林废弃腐熟物);处理2(生物有机肥);处理3(园林废弃腐熟物+生物有机肥)。测定了4种处理的土壤理化性质、土壤微生物群落数量、土壤酶活性、植物生理指标以及造林成活率及成本等。结果表明:处理3较其他3种处理表现出更好的改良土壤理化性质、促进植物生长及减少造林成本的效果。与对照相比,处理3的土壤孔隙状况及持水特性显著提高;土壤养分质量分数显著提高,土壤有机质和土壤全氮质量分数提高1倍以上;土壤微生物群落数量显著提高;土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶等酶活性显著提高;银杏单叶含水量、相对含水量、叶绿素等生理指标质量分数显著提高,叶片全磷、全钾养分质量分数显著提高,丙二醛、可溶性糖、脯氨酸等抗旱指标质量分数显著降低,根系活力显著;土壤改良后造林成活率达到88.57%,每公顷降低造林成本28 245元。

studies of coordinated compounds containing ruthenium (Ru2+ and Ru3+) have shown very effective in vitro resul.s for the treatment of cancer and negl.cted diseases such as l.ishmaniasis. In this paper, we present the synthesis of the compound [Ru(Cl.3(H2O)2(gl.)], which was characterized by spectroscopic (Ul.raviol.t-visibl.and infrared) and thermal.anal.sis (Thermogravimetry/Derived Thermogravimetry and Thermogravimetry/Differential.Thermal.Anal.sis). The anal.sis of the compound in the Ul.raviol.t-visibl.region showed a 290 nm band λmax (ε= 1.685 × 103 l.middot;cm-1·mol.1), attributed to the l.gand metal.charge transfer (l.CT). The spectroscopy (IR) showed major vibrational.bands at δa (-COO-) 1664 cm-1, δs (-COO-) 1388 cm-1, δs () 1571 cm-1 and δs (CCN) 889 cm-1. The thermal.anal.sis by TG/DTG and TG-DTA indicated that the compl.x has five consecutive stages of decomposition: at 115°C (TG = 12.18%;Cal.ul.ted = 11.32%) H2O (coordinating water), exothermic peaks at 230°C, 307°C, 440°C and 463°C due to oxidative decomposition of gl.cine, fol.owed by the formation of RuCl. residue at 665°C (TG = 41.11%;Cal.ul.ted = 40.81%). The thermal.characterization suggested the stoichiometry of the compl.x [RuCl.(H2O)2(gl.)]. The antil.ishmanial.capacity of this compound was al.o eval.ated and the resul.s indicated a 31% decrease in the parasitic infection of macrophages and a 1.5 to 3 fol. reduction in the number of parasites per cel. after treatment with 100 μg/ml.of the compl.x. These resul.s support the possibl. use of this compound as a therapeutic al.ernative against medical.and veterinary parasites.

在对家蚕功能基因筛选中获得一条长844 bp的基因序列,其编码蛋白与一种富含甘氨酸和精氨酸的核仁小分子RNA结合蛋白(gl.cine and arginine-rich nucl.ol.r protein,gar.p)的同源性达63%。利用生物信息学方法分析了该基因上游的启动子序列,发现该基因不含内含子,由1个699 bp的单一外显子编码232个残基的蛋白,预测分子量为22.4 kD,等电点11.43。该gar.p蛋白的疏水性最大值为1.167,最小值为-2.011,其序列的两端各有1个强亲水性的gar.域,而中间含有5个潜在的磷酸化位点。gar.p基因已从家蚕基因组中扩增得到,并克隆进表达载体pET-28a中,在大肠杆菌中得以表达,为研究其功能提供了条件。

为阐明铜缺乏奶牛免疫机制的变化特征及补铜对奶牛免疫功能的影响 ,本实验选择缺铜地区全血铜低于 NRC下限 (0 .8mg/ kg)但无明显摇摆症状的犊牛 2 5头作为亚临床铜缺乏组 ;并对其中 15头进行补铜试验 (饲料中添加硫酸铜 10 0 mg/ kg干重 ) ,以 15头临床健康奶牛作为对照组 ,分别于 4 0 d及 80 d采集血样并检测血清循环免疫复合物 (CIC)含量、血清总 Ig G含量、外周血淋巴细胞亚群分类计数、ANAE- T+阳性细胞计数、红细胞 C3b受体花环率、循环免疫复合物花环率 (IC)、血清红细胞粘附促进率 (ERIR)及抑制率 (ERER)。结果表明 ,发病组及亚临床组奶牛血清CIC含量、红细胞 IC花环率及血清粘附抑制率显著高于对照组 ;但血清中 Ig G含量、ANAE- T+计数值、外周血淋巴亚群 T值、C3b受体花环率及血清红细胞粘附促进率显著低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。在补铜后 4 0 d亚临床组奶牛血清 CIC含量及红细胞 IC花环率显著低于补铜前 ,而外周血淋巴细胞亚群 T值、C3b受体花环率显著高于补铜前 (P<0 .0 5 )。在补铜后 80 d,亚临床组奶牛血清 CIC含量、红细胞 IC花环率有继续下降的趋势 ,血清中 Ig G含量、ANAE- T+计数值及 C3b受体花环率显著高于实验前 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :铜缺乏能够抑制奶牛的免疫机制 ,补铜能使其免疫功?
