Aim:To have a better understanding of the expression and regulation of versicanisoforms in neural precursor cells (NPC) and ***:By immunocytochemistry,RT-PCR,and real-time PCR,we examined the tem-poral expression of versican in NPC isolated from embryonic d 16 rats as wellas in oligodendrocyte (ol) lineage cells induced to differentiate from NPC,which mimicked the oligodendrogliogenesis in ***:We found thatversican was constitutively expressed in NPC and their lineage cells,includingneurons,astrocytes,and *** addition,2 versican isoforms,v1/v0 and v2,were found to express at low levels in NPC,but at significantly higher levels inol lineage *** peak expression of versican v2 was found at the oligo-dendrocyte precursor cell ***,the treatment of 2 pro-inflam-matory cytokines,TNF-α and IFN-γ,enhanced the transcription of versican v2in NPC in a dose-dependent manner,but showed no effect on v1/v0 ***:Taken together,our results demonstrate that versican,particularlythe inhibitory v2 isoform,is increasingly expressed in ol lineage cells inducedto differentiate from *** increase in versican v2 expression after cytokinestimulation implies the interplay between the injury-induced upregulation ofinflammatory cytokines and chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan-mediated inhibi-tion of axonal regeneration after central nervous system injury.

血脂水平与冠心病关系的病例对照研究

目的　探讨血脂水平与冠心病发病的关系 .方法　选择住院确诊的冠心病患者 84例为病例组 ,排除冠心病的住院患者或健康体检者 16 3例为对照组 ,对两组的血脂水平、脂蛋白 (a)的均数进行比较 ,并用单因素和多因素分析计算危险因素的优势比 (OR)及 OR95 %可信限 (95 % CI) .结果　病例组的总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白水平分别为 4.13,1.79和 1.16 mm ol· L- 1 ,脂蛋白 (a)为 0 .38g· L- 1 ,而对照组血脂三项为 3.82 ,1.44和 1.34mmol· L- 1 ,脂蛋白 (a)为 0 .16 g·L- 1 ,两组间均有显著的统计学差异 (Pstic回归方程的变量分别为高密度脂蛋白、脂蛋白 (a)、胆固醇水平和每日吸烟量 .结论　吸烟和脂代谢紊乱是我国冠心病患者的主要危险因素 ,我国的胆固醇水平以国际统一标准作为正常值界限 ,标准过高 .这些线索将为我国冠心病危险因素的深入研究和冠心病防治策略的制定提供必要的参考依据 .

Juvenile gangrenous vasculitis of the scrotum was described by Piňol et al in 1974 as a unique variant of scrotal gangrene of unknown origin, occurring exclusively in young individuals. It was characterized by an acute onset of skin ulcers undergoing complete resolution after appropriate therapy, with no relapses. We present a typical case of this extremely rare disease affecting a 16-year-old boy in whom the scrotal ulcerations were preceded by an episode of pharyngitis with fever. The condition promptly regressed after administration of intramuscular betamethasone in combination with oral ciprofloxacin. According to Piňol et al, juvenile gangrenous vasculitis of the scrotum, although poorly known to dermatologists, should be regarded as a distinctive entity within the wide group of scrotal gangrenes. On the other hand, the hypothesis that this condition may well represent a variant of pyoderma gangrenosum is discussed.

目的探讨双源双能量CT心肌灌注成像对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）的诊断价值。方法选择2013年12月~2016年1月间在南通大学附属海安人民医院心内科诊治的临床已知或疑似冠心病患者72例作为观察组，同期选择在我院进行体检的健康人72例作为对照组，两组都进行常规CT与双源双能量CT心肌灌注成像分析，同时观察组进行冠状动脉造影检查与相关性分析。结果所有受检者的CT图像质量均满足诊断要求，观察组72例中有65例共计135支冠状动脉出现不同程度的狭窄或闭塞，对照组中无检出冠状动脉狭窄情况。观察组舒张期与收缩期的CT值分别为（45.25±16.22)HU和（44.29±12.64)HU，都明显低于对照组的（107.39±18.98)HU和（101.48±18.22)HU，差异有统计学意义(Pspearman相关分析表明在观察组中，CT心肌灌注成像舒张期与收缩期的CT值与冠状动脉造影狭窄程度呈现明显负相关性（r=-0.563，-0.622,P<0.05)。结论双源双能量CT心肌灌注成像在冠心病患者中的应用可获得优良的冠状动脉和心肌灌注成像，具有较高诊断特异性、敏感性，能明显反映疾病状况，有很好的临床诊断价值。

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 Gev Linac,a 1.1 Gev Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 Gev,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential super Proton Proton Collider(sPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(sR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the sR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.
