Factors associated with seeking western or Chinese medical treatment for fertility among women with breast cancer in Taiwan

OBJECTIVE: To examine and describe the use of Western and Chinese Medicine for pregnancy preparation among women with breast cancer after cancer-related treatment in ***: Women of reproductive age(20-49years) women who were treated for breast cancer from January 2011 through June 2015 in a Taiwan Residents city participated in the study. Of 306 eligible study participants, interviews were completed in197(64%). Participants were asked about sociodemographic variables, disease and treatment characteristics, their desire for fertility, and their use of Western or Chinese ***: The proportions of women who planned to use Western or Chinese Medicine to help achieve pregnancy were 17.3% and 14.7%, respectively. The result of binary logistic regression showed that current employment and lack of children were factors predictive of the use of Western Medicine. Younger age and the use of Chinese Medicine before treatment were predictors of using Chinese Medicine. While the desire for fertility preservation was related to the use of Western Medicine,the desire for pregnancy was related to the use of Chinese ***: Various characteristics guided the women's decisions to use Western or Chinese Medicine. Health care providers should learn patients' preferences for fertility preservation and provide appropriate advice, referring them to safe providers of their desired method of fertility treatment.

Convergence Rate Analysis for Deep Ritz Method

Using deep neural networks to solve PDEs has attracted a lot of attentions ***,why the deep learning method works is falling far behind its empirical *** this paper,we provide a rigorous numerical analysis on deep Ritz method(DRM)[47]for second order elliptic equations with Neumann boundary *** establish the first nonasymptotic convergence rate in H^(1)norm for DRM using deep networks with ReLU^(2)activation *** addition to providing a theoretical justification of DRM,our study also shed light on how to set the hyperparameter of depth and width to achieve the desired convergence rate in terms of number of training ***,we derive bound on the approximation error of deep ReLU^(2)network in C^(1)norm and bound on the Rademacher complexity of the non-Lipschitz composition of gradient norm and ReLU^(2)network,both of which are of independent interest.

In recent years,physical informed neural networks(PINNs)have been shown to be a powerful tool for solving PDEs ***,numerical analysis of PINNs is still *** this paper,we prove the convergence rate to PINNs for the second order elliptic equations with Dirichlet boundary condition,by establishing the upper bounds on the number of training samples,depth and width of the deep neural networks to achieve desired *** error of PINNs is decomposed into approximation error and statistical error,where the approximation error is given in C2 norm with ReLU^(3)networks(deep network with activation function max{0,x^(3)})and the statistical error is estimated by Rademacher *** derive the bound on the Rademacher complexity of the non-Lipschitz composition of gradient norm with ReLU^(3)network,which is of immense independent interest.

Amongst the many types of semiconductor hydrogen sensors currently studied, Schottky-diodes are preferable as they are simple to fabricate and exhibit high sensitivities and fast response times. To enhance the sensor’s performance, a gate insulator is deposited in order to minimize interfacial diffusion between the electrode and the substrate. In this work, we present a novel MIS Schottky-diode hydrogen sensor with La Ti ON as gate insulator. The hydrogen-sensing properties（sensitivity, barrier height variation） were examined from room temperature（RT） to 150 C and its sensitivity was found to reach 2.5 at 100 C. Moreover, the hydrogen reaction kinetics were studied and these results showed that the sensor was very sensitive to hydrogen ambient.

lai and Leaf Biomass Allometric Equations for Three Common Tree Species in a Hyrcanian Temperate Forest

Despite the importance of Hyrcanian forests for biodiversity conservation, a few studies with biomass destruction has been done to predict biomass and carbon pools from this forest and there is a lack of knowledge in our country. Biomass and leaf area index (lai) are important variables in many ecological and environmental applications and forest management. In this paper, allometric biomass and leaf area equations were developed for three common Hyrcanian tree species, Oriental Beech (Fagus orientalis Lipsky), Hornbeam (Carpinus Betulus Lipsky) and Chestnut- leaved Oak (Quercus castaneifolia C. A. Mey). To evaluate and estimate the leaf biomass and leaf area index of Oriental Beech, Horbeam and Chestnut-leaved Oak, 21, 27 and 17 individuals were selected and felled down, respectively. Tree characteristics such as diameter at breast height, total height, crown length and perpendicular diameters were measured. Destructive sampling was applied for determination of leaf biomass and lai. Allometric equations were calculated for estimation of leaf biomass and lai using simple linear regression and nonlinear regression analysis. The equations were compared based on several modelling parameters. Model comparison and selection were based on R2, Akaike’s information criterion (AIC), prediction error sums of squares, model standard error estimate (SEE), ΔAIC, and a correction factor. Based on the results, the mean values of leaf area, leaf biomass and lai for Oriental Beech were 53.05 cm2, 0.176 gr, 2.16, for Hornbeam were 27.2 cm2, 0.128 gr, 1.13 and for Chestnut-leaved Oak were 62.419 cm2, 0.401 gr, 2.26, respectively. The highest significant correlation for Oriental Beech was found between lai and total height (R2adj= 0. 931), the highest significant correlation for Hornbeam was found between lai and Dbh (R2adj = 0. 956) and the highest significance for Chestnut-leaved Oak was found between lai and SqrtDbh

Effect of Irrigation Method and Non-Uniformity of Irrigation on Potato Performance and Quality

Potato growth, yield, and quality under improved irrigation methods and non-uniformity of their irrigation applications are important to enhance water management in arid regions. A field experiment was conducted in 2014 spring and fall growing seasons using potato (Solanum tuberosum) grown in northern Egypt at Shibin El Kom, Menofia, Egypt to evaluate potato response to furrow or trickle irrigation. A Randomized Split-Plot Design with irrigation method randomly distributed and non-uniformity of irrigation applications evaluated along either irrigation furrow or trickle lateral as dependent variables measured at the 3rd, 13th, 23rd, 33rd, 43rd and 53rd m along the 55 m irrigation line. Traditional (TF) and partial (PF) furrows as well as trickle point (TP) and line (TL) sources were used as irrigation methods. Each treatment was repeated three times. For a 33rd m treatment, seasonal optimum water use by potato was 328, 234, 269 and 292 mm over 118 days in spring and 200, 164, 178 and 186 mm over 122 days in fall under TF, PF, TP and TL irrigation methods, respectively. Potato tuber yield and quality were significantly affected by growing season (S), irrigation method (I) and non-uniformity of irrigation application (U). Tuber yield, total soluble solid (TSS) and leaf area index (lai) were significantly affected by I and U, and their interaction I * U;harvest index (HI) was not affected by I but U. Except for TSS by S * I and HI by U * I and S * I, results showed no significant differences. Moreover, tuber weight, number and marketable yield were significantly affected by S, I, U and I * U interaction, except medium tuber size and culls by S. 铅炭超级蓄电池是由铅酸电池和超级电容器通过创新组合而形成的新型电化学储能装置,具有高功率、长寿命的特点,在电动汽车与规模储能方面有良好的应用前景。其性能突破的关键是将炭材料用到铅炭超级电池负极中,降低负极硫酸盐化。在高倍率部分荷电态工况下,阀控铅酸电池失效的原因是在负极板表面生成致密、不导电的硫酸铅的绝缘层。炭材料添加剂能抑制负极不可逆硫酸盐化,显著提高在高倍率部分荷电态工况下电池的循环寿命、功率性能和充电接受能力。介绍了炭材料抑制负极不可逆硫酸盐化的内在作用机理,综述了最近几年炭材料在铅炭超级蓄电池中应用的研究进展。

本文作者研究闽语的历史,发现共同闽语当“杀”讲的字（如福州[thai;],厦门[thai;]）,可以说是从“治直之切”字平声演变来的。通常认为闽语这个字的本字不详。当地写成“（台刂）”,这个写法跟来历不相干。差不多所有闽语方言都用“治”字的后身（descendants）当“杀”讲;神建西部（建瓯,建阳,崇安,政和）一般只用于牲口,东部地区几乎通用于所有场合。底下举十个方言的读法为例。注意崇安和建阳的[h-]是[th-]的正常演变。广东和福建东部福安thai;福州thai;莆田thai;厦门thai;潮州thai;福建西部崇安hei;建阳hoi;政和thy;建瓯thi;永安thi;现在我们来看看这些读法能否认为“洽直之切”字的后身。“治”字中古属澄母。大家都知道,闽语舌头音端透定三母和舌上音知徹澄三母不分,都读舌尖音[t],[th]。并且古浊塞音闽语有的送气,有的不送气。所以从声母看,认为闽语这些读法是“治”字后身毫无困难。“治”字在之韵。闽语之脂两韵一般不分;多数字读[i],但是有些字各地读[i]读[ai]（西部是[ε]或[e]）不定。如下列例字。福州厦门建瓯建阳李li;li;sε;se;屎sai;sai;si;si;事tai;tai;ti;toi;（手）指tsai;tsai;i;i;梨li;lai;li;li;腻nei;dzi;nε;ne;由此可见闽语当“杀”讲的字是之韵和脂韵两可。幸亏有个闽语方言,这两韵的字一部分还有区别。政和之韵字有的读[y],脂韵字不读[y]。政和之止志三韵读[y]的字如:嬉hy;| 齿tshy;|起khy;| 饲sy;| 事ty;| 蔚tshy;‖当前讨论的字政和就读[thy;]。这是有力的证据,说明闽格当“杀”讲的字从之韵来,“治”字正在之韵。

本文介绍一种发射通道模型来仿真液晶显示屏所产生的电磁干扰噪声。通道模型包含基于IEC61967-2标准(横电磁波传输室的辐射发射)的封装、印刷电路板以及辐射柔性印刷电路板等模型来仿真电磁发射能量。最后,本文所用的仿真平台已经验证带有不同时序控制驱动器的真实37"液晶显示屏,而实验结果显示降低电磁干扰的效果极佳。配合所提出的发射通道模型,我们能够很容易的设计低发射驱动器,避免因电磁干扰问题所导致的成本增加。
