Objective: Given the unique cultural background, way of life, and physical environment of the Tibetan Plateau, this study aims to investigate the effects of health education using problem-based learning (PBL) approaches on the knowledge, attitude, practice, and coping skills of women with high-risk pregnancies in this region. Methods: 76 high-risk pregnancy cases were enrolled at Tibet’s Linzhi People’s Hospital between september 2023 and April 2024. 30 patients admitted between september 2023 and December 2023 were selected as the control group and were performed with regular patient education. 46 patients admitted between January 2024 and April 2024 were selected as the observation group and were performed regular patient education with problem-based learning approaches. Two groups’ performance on their health knowledge, attitude, practice and coping skills before and after interventions were evaluated, and patient satisfaction were measured at the end of the study. Results: There was no statistical significance (P P P Conclusions: Health education with problem-based learning approaches is worth promoting as it can help high-risk pregnant women in plateau areas develop better health knowledge, attitude and practice and healthier coping skills. Also, it can improve patient sanctification.

为考察电子束辐照对唐古特铁线莲药材中主要活性成分及灭菌效果的影响,本试验采用0、2、4、6、8、10 kGy吸收剂量对唐古特铁线莲药材粉末进行辐照处理,比较辐照对唐古特铁线莲粉末性状、显微特征、齐墩果酸薄层色谱图、总黄酮和槲皮素含量、指纹图谱以及微生物水平的影响。结果表明,不同吸收剂量电子束辐照后,唐古特铁线莲粉末性状、显微特征、齐墩果酸薄层色谱图、总黄酮和槲皮素含量均未见明显变化,指纹图谱相似度达0.997及以上,细菌菌落数、霉菌酵母菌菌落总数显著降低(P<0.05),当吸收剂量达到6 kGy时,微生物水平符合《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版四部规定。综上,不同吸收剂量的电子束辐照对唐古特铁线莲药材主要活性成分无显著影响,且在6 kGy时达到良好的灭菌效果,可用于唐古特铁线莲药材的灭菌。本研究为藏药唐古特铁线莲药材、含唐古特铁线莲药材的成药辐照灭菌技术提供了参考。

目的该研究旨在探讨心脏彩超与NT-proBNP联合评估高原慢性心力衰竭患者长期预后的价值。方法选取高原慢性心力衰竭患者96例,进行心脏彩超和NT-proBNP检测,并收集患者的临床资料。统计患者的预后具体情况,并将患者分成两组命名为存活组和死亡组。结果存活组患者的左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、NT-proBNP水平均明显优于死亡组(P<0.05)。根据多因素回归分析,LVEF、LVEDD、NT-proBNP是影响高原慢性心力衰竭患者预后的独立危险因素。结论心脏彩超与NT-proBNP联合评估有助于预测高原慢性心力衰竭患者的长期预后,对临床治疗和预后判断具有重要意义。

采用粒径分布仪、扫描电镜、紫外双波长法分别测定西藏不同产地马铃薯淀粉的粒径分布、微观颗粒形态以及淀粉中的直链淀粉和支链淀粉含量,并与市售马铃薯淀粉原料和内地不同产地马铃薯的淀粉进行比较。结果表明,西藏马铃薯淀粉的粒径及微观形态与市售淀粉、内地马铃薯淀粉无明显差异;西藏马铃薯淀粉的直链淀粉含量平均为36.73%,支链淀粉含量平均为45.87%,市售马铃薯淀粉的直链淀粉含量平均为30.76%,支链淀粉含量平均为49.94%,内地马铃薯淀粉的直链淀粉含量平均为31.73%,支链淀粉含量平均为46.80%,与市售和内地的马铃薯淀粉相比,西藏马铃薯淀粉的直链淀粉含量极显著增高(P<0.001),支链淀粉含量显著降低(P<0.05)。西藏马铃薯淀粉与市售及内地的马铃薯淀粉的组成存在显著差异,为西藏马铃薯淀粉的高值开发提供了试验依据。

BACKGROUND Inflammatory bowel diseases(IBDs)are chronic diseases that demand continuous interaction between patients and healthcare *** of care(QoC)is a factor that contributes to a patient’s adherence to treatment and its *** To evaluate QoC in patients from a single IBD reference *** This cross-sectional study included 133 patients from a single Brazilian IBD public health *** was evaluated through the QoC Through the Eyes of Patients with IBD(QUOTE-IBD)questionnaire(based on patient perspectives),which measures eight dimensions of *** compared QoC among patients with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and analyzed the clinical and psychological factors associated with QoC *** evaluations assessed disease characteristics,quality of life,anxiety,and depression *** sixty-nine patients with Crohn’s disease and 64 with ulcerative colitis were *** mean age was 37.26 years±13.05 years,and 63.91%of the patients were *** mean duration of the disease was 8.44 years±7.59 years,where most patients were in remission(70.31%of patients with ulcerative colitis and 62.32%with Crohn’s disease).The total QoC score of the sample was 8.61 years±1.31 points,indicating that the QoC provided by the center was *** to univariate logistic regression,patients with Crohn’s disease had higher satisfaction rates than those with ulcerative colitis[odds ratio(OR):2.746;95%confidence interval(CI):1.360-5.541;P=0.0048]and patients on infliximab(OR:2.175;95%CI:1.037-4.562;P=0.0398).CONCLUsION Patients from the IBD public center reported good doctor-patient relationships,but had problems related to the healthcare *** of healthcare centers is of paramount to improve QoC for the patients involved.

Measurements of surface O3 and carbon monoxide（CO） were made from september 2009 to August 2011 at Dangxiong（30.48°N, 91.10°E, 4187 m a.s.l.）, a remote highland site in a southern valley of the Nyainqêntanglha Mountains in the Tibetan Plateau, China. The monthly mean O3 mixing ratio ranged from 29.1 to 51.4 ppb, with an average of 38.5 ppb, and the maximum value was observed in May. The average diurnal cycle of O3 concentration showed a minimum in early morning and a maximum in the afternoon, with a broader ＂high platform＂ from the late morning to the late afternoon, and resembled that of surface wind speed. The concentration of surface O3 was highly significantly correlated with tropospheric column O3 over the regions surrounding Dangxiong and with that of surface O3 observed at a site north of the Nyainqêntanglha Mountains, suggesting a good regional representativeness of surface O3 at Dangxiong. In the afternoon when stronger winds blew, surface air showed distinct features of free-atmospheric air, with higher O3, lower CO, and lower relative humidity（RH）. The negative O3-CO and O3-RH correlations in most months indicate a significant influence of air masses from the free troposphere. Trajectory analysis suggests that air masses originating from the south of the site make a negative net contribution to surface O3 and a positive contribution to CO and humidity, and those from the northwest sector contribute conversely to the respective quantities.

To the Editor： The gastrointestinal tract （GIT） is the most common extranodal location ofnon-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma, but it represents only 0.4% of primary colonic malignancies. symptoms are nonspecific and may include diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, weight loss, and gastrointestinal bleeding. In colon, the most common types are conventional large cell lymphoma, mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma, and T-cell lymphoma.

Tumor necrosis factor inhibitors(anti-TNFs)are widely used therapies for the treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD);however,their administration is not *** failure(HF),although rare,is a potential adverse event related to administration of these ***,the exact mechanism of development of HF remains ***αis found in both healthy and damaged *** effects are concentration-and receptor-dependent,promoting either cardio-protection or cardiomyocyte *** rat models with TNFαreceptor knockout showed increased survival rates,less reactive oxygen species formation,and improved diastolic left ventricle ***,clinical trials employing anti-TNF therapy to treat HF had disappointing results,suggesting abolishment of the cardioprotective properties of TNFα,making cardiomyocytes susceptible to apoptosis and ***,patients with IBD who have risk factors should be screened for HF before initiating anti-TNF *** review aims to discuss adverse events associated with the administration of anti-TNF therapy,with a focus on HF,and propose some approaches to avoid cardiac adverse events in patients with IBD.
