Analysis of Feature Importance and Interpretation for Malware Classification

This study was conducted to enable prompt classification of malware,which was becoming increasingly *** do this,we analyzed the important features of malware and the relative importance of selected features according to a learning model to assess how those important features were ***,the analysis features were extracted using Cuckoo Sandbox,an open-source malware analysis tool,then the features were divided into five categories using the extracted *** 804 extracted features were reduced by 70%after selecting only the most suitable ones for malware classification using a learning model-based feature selection method called the recursive feature ***,these important features were *** level of contribution from each one was assessed by the Random Forest classifier *** results showed that System call features were mostly *** the end,it was possible to accurately identify the malware type using only 36 to 76 features for each of the four types of malware with the most analysis samples *** were the Trojan,Adware,Downloader,and Backdoor malware.

Voxel-based statistical analysis of cerebral glucose metabolism in patients with permanent vegetative state after acquired brain injury

Background Permanent vegetative state is defined as the impaired level of consciousness longer than 12 months after traumatic causes and 3 months after non-traumatic causes of brain injury. Although many studies assessed the cerebral metabolism in patients with acute and persistent vegetative state after brain injury, few studies investigated the cerebral metabolism in patients with permanent vegetative state. In this study, we performed the voxel-based analysis of cerebral glucose metabolism and investigated the relationship between regional cerebral glucose metabolism and the severity of impaired consciousness in patients with permanent vegetative state after acquired brain *** We compared the regional cerebral glucose metabolism as demonstrated by F-18 fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography from 12 patients with permanent vegetative state after acquired brain injury with those from 12 control subjects. Additionally, covariance analysis was performed to identify regions where decreased changes in regional cerebral glucose metabolism significantly correlated with a decrease of level of consciousness measured by JFK-coma recovery scare. Statistical analysis was performed using statistical parametric *** Compared with controls, patients with permanent vegetative state demonstrated decreased cerebral glucose metabolism in the left precuneus, both posterior cingulate cortices, the left superior parietal lobule （Pcorrected 〈0.001）, and increased cerebral glucose metabolism in the both cerebellum and the right supramarginal cortices （Pcorrected 〈0.001）. In the covariance analysis, a decrease in the level of consciousness was significantly correlated with decreased cerebral glucose metabolism in the both posterior cingulate cortices （Puncorrected 〈0.005）.Conclusion Our findings suggest that the posteromedial parietal cortex, which are part of neural network for consciousness, may be relevant structure for pathophysiological mechanism in pat

Transferring single-crystalline(SC)membranes to flexible substrates has been increasingly studied,enabling emerging functionality and enhanced performance of various devices.A commonly used support-assisted transfer process inevitably leaves dirty residue on material surfaces,limiting the further development of surface-related ***,we scale down the thickness of flexible SC SrRuO_(3)(SRO)membranes to 15 nm with a clean surface area of 2.5×2.5 mm^(2).This is accomplished by making the polyethylene terephthalate(PET)substrate surface hydrophilic via oxygen plasma treatment,thereby reducing the surface *** ultrathin,clean,wide,and flexible SC SRO membranes guarantee a high transmittance of up to 60%,a low resistivity of 10^(−4)−10^(−3)Ωcm at room temperature,and band ferromagnetism below 150 K with a high magnetic moment of~0.5μB/Ru at 10 *** SC-level properties of our SRO membranes imply their potential use in state-of-the-art platforms for next-generation electronics and energy devices.

Korean Chungtaejeon tea extract attenuates weight gain in C57BL/6J-Lep ob/ob mice and regulates adipogenesis and lipolysis in 3T3-L1 adipocytes

OBJECTIVE： Traditional Korean Chungtaejeon （CTJ） tea is a type of fermented tea, which has received increasing attention in recent years because of its purported health benefits. The present study was designed to investigate the effect and mechanism of CTJ tea extract on body weight gain using C57BL/6J-Lep ob/ob mice and 3T3-L1 adipocytes, respectively. METHODS： The effects of CTJ on cell viability, lipid accumulation, and expression of protein and mRNA were measured in 3T3-L1 adipocytes by using 3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide, oil red O staining, Western blotting, and reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction analyses. C57BL6J-Lep ob/ob mice were administered with CTJ （200 or 400 mg/kg body weight） for ten weeks. Then, body weight, food intake, total cholesterol, and triglyceride were measured in ob/ob mice. RESULTS： CTJ tea extract treated at 250 wg/mL （CTJ250） significantly suppressed lipid accumulation in the differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Likewise, CTJ250 significantly decreased the protein expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor Y （PPARy）, CCJ^u~,T/enhancer-binding protein a, and adipocyte lipid- binding protein, and regulated the mRNA expression of PPART, sterol regulatory element-binding protein- lc gene, fatty acid synthase, adipocyte lipid-binding protein, hormone-sensitive lipase, carnitine palmitoyl transferase 1, cluster of differentiation 36, and acetyl-CoA carboxylase in the differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Mice administered with CTJ showed dose-dependent decrease in body weight gain, starting from week 4 of the experiment. CTJ tea extract administered at 400 mg/kg body weight significantly decreased fat mass, food efficacy ratio, and levels of plasma triglyceride and total cholesterol. CONCLUSION： CTJ attenuated weight gain in ob/ob mice and regulated the activity of the molecules involved in adipogenesis and lipolysis in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Tribology of WC reinforced SiC ceramics: Influence of counterbody

Hot pressed silicon carbide(SiC) composites prepared with 0, 10, 30 or 50 wt% tungsten carbide(WC) are subjected to dry sliding wear against WC-Co and steel ball. In particular an attempt has been made to answer the following important questions:(i) How does the load(from 5 to 20 N) effect sliding wear behaviour of SiC-ceramics against WC-Co and steel counterbodies?(ii) Is there any effect of WC content on friction and wear characteristics of SiC ceramics?(iii) Does the dominant material removal mechanism of SiC ceramics change with the addition of WC or counterbody?(iv) What is the influence of mechanical properties on the sliding wear? Experimental results indicated that coefficient of friction(COF) for the SiC ceramics varied between 0.66 and 0.33 with change in load and counterbodies. Wear volume for SiC ceramics found approximately 6-10 times more against WC-Co as compared against steel. Wear volume changes from 2.0 × 10^(–3)mm^3 to 1.2 × 10^(–2)mm^3 with change in counterbodies for SiC -(10, 30 or 50 wt%) WC composite at 20 N. SiC ceramics indicated abrasion and composites reveal tribochemical wear as major material removal mechanisms. Wear is influenced by the hardness of counterbody and fracture toughness of SiC -WC composites.

Direct dynamic-simulation approach to trajectory optimization

This paper proposes a new direct method for an efficient trajectory optimization using the point that the dynamics of a deterministic system are uniquely determined by initial states and controls imposed over the time horizon of *** effectively implement this concept,the Hermite spline is adopted to interpolate the continuous controls and the system dynamics are integrated with corresponding control parameters in *** a result,the optimal control problem can be transcribed into a nonlinear programming problem which has no dynamic equality constraints and no intermediate states in its design *** addition,the paper proposes an efficient recursive Jacobian estimation technique and introduces a Jacobian transformation matrix to straightforwardly handle the general state *** properties of the present method are thoroughly investigated through its applications to the trajectory optimization for a soft lunar landing from a parking orbit,including the detailed analyses for the de-orbiting *** computed results are compared with those using the pseudo-spectral method to demonstrate an extreme outperformance of the proposed method in the aerospace applications over the traditional direct method.

Different oncological features of colorectal cancer codon-specific KRAS mutations:Not codon 13 but codon 12 have prognostic value
