近年来,声散射的模拟成为室内声场计算机模拟研究的重点。现有的方法一般是依据壁面性质(结构、粗糙度等),利用经验确定散射系数,并基于该系数来模拟室内散射声能的分布。这种方法在低频情况下的精度较差,主要原因是忽略了在低频声场中起重要作用的波动现象。为此,本文提出一种新的计算壁面散射的模型,该模型既可考虑壁面上产生的散射声能,又可计算因壁面边缘衍射而产生的散射声能。文中通过模拟和实测数据的对比,分析验证了该模型的有效性,并给出了表面散射系数的取值规则。

In the present work, anti-solvent crystallization of artemisinin from four different organic solvents （methanol, ethanol, acetonitrile, and acetone） was studied. Water was used as anti-solvent. The effect of an impurity （quercetin） on the performance of anti-solvent crystallization of artemisinin was investigated. The fundamental process data such as solubility of artemisinin in pure organic solvents and their binary mixtures with varying composition water were measured at room temperature. The solubility of quercetin was measured only in pure organic solvents at room temperature. Anti-solvent crystallization experiments were designed based on the fundamental process data determined. Firstly, the anti-solvent crystallization of artemisinin without impurity was performed from all four organic solvents and then the experiments were repeated with addition of an impurity （quercetin） while keeping all other process parameters constant. Two different concentrations of impurity, i.e., 10% and 50% of its solubility, in the respective organic solvents at room temperature were used. The effect of impurity on performance of anti-solvent crystallization was evaluated by comparing the yield and purity of the artemisinin obtained with those in the absence of impurity. Results of the present work demonstrated that the presence of quercetin in the solution does not affect the final yield of artemisinin from the solution of each of four organic solvents used. However, the purity of artemisinin crystals were reduced when quercetin concentration was 50% of its solubility in all solvents studied.

mobilization of body fat is essential for energy homeostasis in animals. In insects, the adipokinetic hormone （Akh） systemically controls body fat mobilization. Biochemical evidence supports that Akh signals via a G protein-coupled receptor （GpCR） called Akh receptor （AkhR） using cyclic-AMp （cAMp） and Ca2＋ second messengers to induce storage lipid release from fat body cells. Recently, we provided genetic evidence that the intracellular calcium （iCa2＋） level in fat storage cells controls adiposity in the fruit fly Drosophila melanogaster. However, little is known about the genes, which mediate Akh signalling downstream of the AkhR to regulate changes in iCa2＋. Here, we used thermogenetics to provide in vivo evidence that the GpCR signal transducers G protein α q subunit （Gαq）, G protein γ1 （Gγ1） and phospholipase C at 21C （plc21C） control cellular and organismal fat storage in Drosophila. Transgenic modulation of Gαq, Gγ1 and plc21C affected the iCa2＋ of fat body cells and the expression profile of the lipid metabolism effector genes midway and brummer, which results in severely obese or lean flies. Moreover, functional impairment of Gαq, Gγ1 and plc21C antagonised Akh-induced fat depletion. This study characterizes Gαq, Gγ1 and plc21C as anti-obesity genes and supports the model that Akh employs the Gαq/Gγ1/plc21C module of iCa2＋ control to regulate lipid mobilization in adult Drosophila.

purpose: The aim of the present study was to investigate whether street basketball organized as 3 v 3 on either a half court(HC) with 1 basket or a full court(FC) with 2 baskets could improve fitness and health profiles of untrained men after 3 months of supervised ***: Thirty-five untrained men(aged 20—42 years) completed the pre-and post-intervention testing(FC: n = 13, HC: n = 12, CO(control):n = 10). The training attendance was 2.0 ± 0.4 and 1.9 ± 0.3 times per week in FC and HC, respectively. Mean heart rate(HR) was 83.8 ± 6.0 percent of maximal heart rate(%HR_(max)) and 84.5 ± 2.9 %HR_(max) in FC and HC, ***: The 3 months of street basketball training on an FC with 2 baskets increased maximal oxygen uptake(2.4 mL/min/kg(95% confidence interval(CI): 1.0—3.9)), time to exhaustion(47 s(95%CI: 26—67)), lean body mass(0.8 kg(95%CI: 0.1—1.5)), and bone mineral density(0.021 g/cm^2(95%CI: 0.011—0.031)), whereas mean arterial pressure(—5.6 mm Hg(95%CI: —7.5 to 3.7)), body fat percentage(—1.6%,(95%CI: —2.5 to —0.7)), heart rate(—18 bpm(95%CI: —24 to —12)), and blood lactate(median: —1.4 mmol/L(interquartile range: —1.5 to —0.6)) during submaximal running were lowered. The changes were less pronounced after the training period when playing on an HC with 1 basket, but increases in maximal oxygen uptake(1.6 mL/min/kg(95%CI: —0.1 to 3.3)), time to exhaustion(28 s(95%CI: 9—47)), lean body mass(1.3 kg(95%CI: 0.3—2.4)), and lower body fat percentage(—0.9%(95%CI: —1.9 to —0.1)) were observed in this ***: Three months of 3 v 3 street basketball training improved fitness and led to broad-spectrum improvements in variables related to overall health profile, with the most marked effects observed when playing on an FC with 2 baskets.
