The activities of transcription factors （TFs） require interactions with specific DNA sequences and other reg- ulatory proteins. To detect such interactions in Arabidopsis, we developed a high-throughput screening system with a Gateway-compatible Gal4-AD-TF library of 1589 Arabidopsis TFs, which can be easily screened by mating-based yeast-one-hybrid （YIH） and yeast-two-hybrid （Y2H） methods. The efficiency of the system was validated by examining two well-characterized TF-DNA and TF-protein interactions： the CHE-CCA1 promoter interaction by YIH and NPR1-TGAs interactions by Y2H. We used this system to identify eight TFs that interact with a Mediator subunit, Med25, a key reg- ulator in JA signaling. We identified five TFs that interacted with the GCC-box cis-element in the promoter of PDF1.2, a downstream gene of Med25. We found that three of these TFs, all from the AP2-EREBP family, interact directly both with Med25 and the GCC-box of PDF1.2, suggesting that Med25 regulates PDF1.2 expression through these three TFs. These results demonstrate that this high-throughput Y1H/Y2H screening system is an efficient tool for studying transcrip- tional regulation networks in Arabidopsis. This system will be available for other Arabidopsis researchers, and thus it provides a vital resource for the Arabidopsis community.

Entecavir(ETV)and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)are first-line antiviral therapies for patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)and reduce the risk of disease progression and liver-related complications,as well as improve survival by effectively suppressing viral replication.Nevertheless,since the first publication in 2019 on a lower risk of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)in Korean patients receiving TDF than those receiving ETV,the topic has remained a hot and unsettled debate.Multiple studies and meta-analyses have yielded conflicting results.As HCC takes time to develop,studies are mainly observational to benefit from a larger sample size and longer follow-up that provides a higher statistical power to compare the two treatments.However,TDF was available to CHB patients a few years later than ETV in most countries,thus leading to a difference in follow-up duration.Moreover,despite studying the same topic,the difference in data sources and available parameters,inclusion and exclusion criteria,and use of statistical methods complicated the interpretation and comparison of the findings and contributed to between-study heterogeneity in meta-analyses.This review describes some caveats in interpreting and comparing the results from these observational studies and meta-analyses.Future studies should explore better designed observational studies with high-quality data sources,and aggregation of patient data in metaanalysis to tackle between-study heterogeneity.

随着无人机航磁测量技术的不断发展,其在不同地貌景观区的应用空间得到了逐步拓展。为验证无人机航磁测量在我国戈壁荒漠地区的实际应用效果,本文结合戈壁荒漠地区的自然环境特点,开展了机型适用性试验,从抗风能力、地形跟随能力、续航能力与工作效率、数据采集质量等几个方面,对多旋翼型、垂直起降固定翼型无人机在戈壁荒漠地区的适用性进行了评价;通过无人机航磁与已有地面磁测成果的定性、定量对比分析,衡量了无人机航磁测量在我国西部戈壁荒漠地区的实用性与可靠性,认为无人机航磁相对于地磁测量具有采集精度高、工作效率高的优势,是值得进一步推广的地球物理勘查方法技术。

Background Optimising the immunogenicity of COVID-19 vaccines to improve their protection against disease is necessary.Fractional dosing by intradermal(ID)administration has been shown to be equally immunogenic as intramuscular(IM)administration for several vaccines,but the immunogenicity of ID inactivated whole severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)at the full dose is unknown.This study(NCT04800133)investigated the superiority of antibody and T-cell responses of full-dose CoronaVac by ID over IM administration in adolescents.Methods Participants aged 11–17 years received two doses of IM or ID vaccine,followed by the 3rd dose 13–42 days later.Humoral and cellular immunogenicity outcomes were measured post-dose 2(IM-CC versus ID-CC)and post-dose 3(IMCCC versus ID-CCC).Doses 2 and 3 were administered to 173 and 104 adolescents,respectively.Results Spike protein(S)immunoglobulin G(IgG),S-receptor-binding domain(RBD)IgG,S IgG Fcγreceptor IIIa(FcγRIIIa)-binding,SNM[sum of individual(S),nucleocapsid protein(N),and membrane protein(M)peptide pool]-specific interleukin-2(IL-2)+CD4+,SNM-specific IL-2+CD8+,S-specific IL-2+CD8+,N-specific IL-2+CD4+,N-specific IL-2+CD8+and M-specific IL-2+CD4+responses fulfilled the superior and non-inferior criteria for ID-CC compared to IM-CC,whereas IgG avidity was inferior.For ID-CCC,S-RBD IgG,surrogate virus neutralisation test,90%plaque reduction neutralisation titre(PRNT90),PRNT50,S IgG avidity,S IgG FcγRIIIa-binding,M-specific IL-2+CD4+,interferon-γ+CD8+and IL-2+CD8+responses were superior and non-inferior to IM-CCC.The estimated vaccine efficacies were 49%,52%,66%and 79%for IM-CC,ID-CC,IM-CCC and ID-CCC,respectively.The ID groups reported more local,mild adverse reactions.Conclusion This is the first study to demonstrate superior antibody and M-specific T-cell responses by ID inactivated SARSCoV-2 vaccination and serves as the basis for future research to improve the immunogenicity of inactivated vaccines.

以3个产地的元宝枫(Acer truncatum Bunge)果实为材料,比较其种仁活性多糖、三萜、矿质元素(锌、铁、钾和磷)和蛋白质含量及18种氨基酸组成,并对其蛋白质营养价值进行评价。结果表明,北京九龙山、内蒙古赤峰两产地元宝枫果实翅长和种仁百粒重显著高于陕西杨陵产地,翅长高12.64%~15.71%,种仁百粒重高14.15%~17.94%。3个产地的元宝枫种仁中锌、铁、钾和磷的含量丰富,其中,铁和钾含量在不同产地之间存在显著差异,锌和磷含量没有明显差异。3个产地的种仁均含有较高的蛋白质和人体必需的8种必需氨基酸,依据必需氨基酸指数(essential amino acid index,EAAI),北京九龙山和内蒙古赤峰两产地元宝枫种仁(EAAI>95)为优质蛋白源,陕西杨陵产地元宝枫种仁(86

The high effectiveness of the third dose of BNT162b2 in healthy adolescents against Omicron BA.1 has been reported in some studies,but immune responses conferring this protection are not yet elucidated.In this analysis,our study(NCT04800133)aims to evaluate the humoral and cellular responses against wild-type and Omicron(BA.1,BA.2 and/or BA.5)SARS-CoV-2 before and after a third dose of BNT162b2 in healthy adolescents.At 5 months after 2 doses,S IgG,S IgG Fc receptor-binding,and neutralising antibody responses waned significantly,yet neutralising antibodies remained detectable in all tested adolescents and S IgG avidity increased from 1 month after 2 doses.The antibody responses and S-specific IFN-γ^(+)and IL-2^(+)CD8^(+)T cell responses were significantly boosted in healthy adolescents after a homologous third dose of BNT162b2.Compared to adults,humoral responses for the third dose were non-inferior or superior in adolescents.The S-specific IFN-γ^(+)and IL-2^(+)CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)T cell responses in adolescents and adults were comparable or non-inferior.Interestingly,after 3 doses,adolescents had preserved S IgG,S IgG avidity,S IgG FcγRIIIa-binding,against Omicron BA.2,as well as preserved cellular responses against BA.1 S and moderate neutralisation levels against BA.1,BA.2 and BA.5.Sera from 100 and 96%of adolescents tested at 1 and 5 months after two doses could also neutralise BA.1.Our study found high antibody and T cell responses,including potent cross-variant reactivity,after three doses of BNT162b2 vaccine in adolescents in its current formulation,suggesting that current vaccines can be protective against symptomatic Omicron disease.

目的探讨单侧半球梗死导致的吞咽障碍的诊治方法。方法对1例幕上单侧半球脑梗死致明显吞咽困难的诊治过程进行回顾性分析。结果患者主要临床症状为言语不能,吞咽困难伴饮水呛咳。头CT示右侧额叶片状低密度灶,岛叶完全受累。头MRA示右侧颈内动脉显影不良,右侧大脑中动脉M1段闭塞。吞咽检查口腔期吞咽功能减退,双侧咽反射减退。洼田饮水试验评分5级。给予低频脉冲电疗法、针刺运动疗法、吞咽功能障碍训练等治疗后吞咽功能、饮水呛咳明显改善。结论单侧半球梗死(尤其是岛叶)也可引起明显的吞咽困难,早期开展吞咽功能康复训练和预防误吸有重要意义。

澳门朱大仙信仰是澳门一个规模小的民间俗神信仰。即使从20世纪20年代算起,至今亦已有近百年历史,其盛衰与澳门渔业发展息息相关,皆因其信仰群体是由以澳门为港口的港澳渔民组成。80年代以前,澳门渔业兴盛,渔民人数众多,其中部分渔民供奉朱大仙,并每年在水面举行醮会,祈福消炎,在澳门曾出现三坛以供奉佛祖、观音、朱大仙的醮会。可惜,80年代以后,澳门渔业开始式微,加上政府海关政策的限制,使澳门渔民数量锐减。在社会转型的情况下,导致澳门朱大仙信仰面临消亡的危机。因此,政府、社会、民间应对这项非物质文化遗产的保护工作给以重视和支持。

In the nature,many animals are capable of controlling flow using active or passive deformation of body surface,and have more excellent movement performance than man-made vehicles.Their special motion can reduce drag force,suppress turbulence and produce much more lift than human understand as a credible method of turbulent flow control.The birds are propelled and lifted by the flapping and rotating wings,which is significantly different from the fixed-wing flying,such as airplane,and hard for us to understand.The self-propelled flying of the three dimensional bionic birds are investigated in this study,with a three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics package,which includes the immersed boundary method and the volume of fluid method,the adaptive multi-grid finite volume method,and the control strategy of swimming and flying.The excellent flying control of birds is achieved by adjusting flapping frequency,flapping amplitude,maximum angle of attack of wings,rotation angle velocity of wings at the beginning and the end of the stroke,and density ratio.The relationships can offer direct guidance for performance analysis and micro air vehicle design.The flapping motion of wings contains flapping and rotation.A stroke consists four parts:pitchingdown rotation and translational acceleration at the beginning of the stroke,translational acceleration and constant angle of attack,translational deceleration and constant angle of attack,and pitching-uprotation and translational deceleration at the end of the stroke.Fig.1 shows the angle of attack of wings and the rotation angle of wings,when the period of motion T=0.8.Both maximum angle of attack of wings and maximum rotation angle of wings areπ/6.Fig.2 shows the three-dimensional vortical structures of self-propelled flying of birds,and the color on the surface of bird body shows the vorticity distribution.The translational speed and attack angle of wings is maximum,which is at the end of the second part and the begining of the third part duringthe stroke.Fig.2(A)is obser

考察了以三苯胺基为给电子基团的4种不同DCM衍生物在有机溶剂中的单光子光物理性质(基态和激发态永久偶极矩差、光学跃迁偶极矩以及跃迁能量等),并利用双光子诱导荧光法考察了溶剂对其双光子吸收截面(δtpa)的影响.研究结果表明,DCM衍生物的光学跃迁具有显著的分子内电荷转移特性,不同末端取代基主要影响其稳态光谱性质,而分支结构数目主要影响其双光子吸收截面.研究结果还发现,双光子吸收截面随分子结构的变化趋势符合双能级模型,拉电子基团为丙二腈和1,3-茚二酮的DCM衍生物的δtpa随溶剂介电常数的增加呈现不同的变化趋势.
