当前随着高等教育的迅猛发展,各个地区都建有高教园区,在园区内有十几所或多达几十所大专院校,而各院校的资源由于一些原因互不共享,本文探讨把园区内各院校图书馆数字化文献信息资源,应用MPLSVPN技术,实现资源共享。

Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)provide benefits to most crop species via enhanced nutrient uptake,increased drought and abiotic stress resistance,and reduced effects of pathogens and *** remains unclear regarding the specific mechanisms influencing these processes,and the critical roles of AMF are often overlooked in planning agroecological *** is growing consensus,however,around the important roles AMF play in improving plant resilience and crop yield while also enhancing the functioning of soil microbial *** practices across all scales complicate the successful integration of AMF in agroecological *** symbioses with crops are passive,or stimulated by incorporation of crop wastes in soil,soil inoculation with AMF spores,or the planting inoculated of *** we suggest that AMF can have highest beneficial impacts in areas with low levels of agrochemical *** argue that areas with intensive agrochemical inputs can also be made more sustainable with AMF enhancements.

Restricted access to quality crops and markets limits the capacity of rural communities to generate income in the mountainous regions of South and Southeast Asia,often resulting in the exploitation of forest systems,a subsequent decline in forest health,and the need for alternative means of income generation as well as forest restoration *** of edible and medicinal mushrooms has been shown to be a feasible alternative source of income and also contributes to the household nutrition of rural and impoverished *** are a number of ongoing programmes in South and Southeast Asia currently implementing trainings and demonstrative practices for the cultivation of mushrooms at the village *** this context,we implemented different cultivation strategies in selected rural areas in the Chin State,*** cultivation strategies were to 1)introduce mushroom cultivation using locally sourced raw materials as substrates for rural communities unfamiliar with mushroom cultivation;and 2)improve the technical knowledge of those already experienced in mushroom cultivation in order to increase yield and minimize challenges in production *** introduced Pleurotus *** to mushroom growers in the Chin state,*** cultivation strategies will help further improve and develop mushroom industries in rural areas and contribute to rural *** addition,we focused on cultivation systems that incorporate the use of crop residues and woody substrates in order to ensure a sustainable,integrated approach.

Plant organ size is an important agronomic trait that makes a significant contribution to plant *** its central importance,the genetic and molecular mechanisms underlying organ size control remain to be fully ***,we report that the trithorax group protein ULTRAPETALA1(ULT1)interacts with the TEOSINTE BRANCHED1/CYCLOIDEA/PCF14/15(TCP14/15)transcription factors by antagonizing the LIN-11,ISL-1,and MEC-3(LIM)peptidase DA1,thereby regulating organ size in *** of ULT1 function significantly increases rosette leaf,petal,silique,and seed size,whereas overexpression of ULT1 results in reduced organ ***1 associates with TCP14 and TCP15 to co-regulate cell size by affecting cellular *** analysis revealed that ULT1 and TCP14/15 regulate common target genes involved in endoreduplication and leaf ***1 can be recruited by TCP14/15 to promote lysine 4 of histone H3 trimethylation at target genes,activating their expression to determinefinal cell ***,we found that ULT1 influences the interaction of DA1 and TCP14/15 and antagonizes the effect of DA1 on TCP14/15 ***,ourfindings reveal a novel epigenetic mechanism underlying the regulation of organ size in Arabidopsis.

The broader application of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)is constrained by safety concerns arising from thermal runaway(TR).Accurate prediction of TR is essential to comprehend its underlying mechanisms,expedite battery design,and enhance safety protocols,thereby significantly promoting the safer use of *** complex,nonlinear nature of LIB systems presents substantial challenges in TR modeling,stemming from the need to address multiscale simulations,multiphysics coupling,and computing efficiency *** paper provides an extensive review and outlook on TR modeling technologies,focusing on recent advances,current challenges,and potential future *** begin with an overview of the evolutionary processes and underlying mechanisms of TR from multiscale perspectives,laying the foundation for TR *** a comprehensive understanding of TR phenomena and mechanisms,we introduce a multiphysics coupling model framework to encapsulate these *** this framework,we detail four fundamental physics modeling approaches:thermal,electrical,mechanical,and fluid dynamic models,highlighting the primary challenges in developing and integrating these *** address the intrinsic trade-off between computational accuracy and efficiency,we discuss several promising modeling strategies to accelerate TR simulations and explore the role of AI in advancing next-generation TR ***,we discuss challenges related to data availability,model scalability,and safety standards and regulations.

目前有着广泛应用的O’Rourke喷雾粒子碰撞模型,在笛卡尔坐标系下表现出明显的网格相关性.提出一种基于"粒子云"概念的喷雾粒子碰撞模型用于克服O’Rourke模型的网格相关性.新模型放弃O’Rourke模型的基本假定,假定喷雾团中的粒子均匀分布于一个假想的球形云中.模型的精度通过一个正方体内粒子均匀分布的理想粒子碰撞问题进行了分析验证;模型的网格相关性通过理想喷雾算例进行验证.结果表明:提出的碰撞模型在空间和时间上具有足够的预测精度,在笛卡儿网格条件下能预测出正确的喷雾形状,显著减小了预测结果与计算网格的相关性.

The PIK3C3/VPS34 subunit of the class III phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PtdIns3K)complex plays a role in both canonical and noncanonical autophagy,key processes that control immune-cell responsiveness to a variety of *** previous studies found that PIK3C3 is a critical regulator that controls the development,homeostasis,and function of dendritic and T *** this study,we investigated the role of PIK3C3 in myeloid cell biology using myeloid cell-specific Pik3c3-deficient *** found that Pik3c3-deficient macrophages express increased surface levels of major histocompatibility complex(MHC)class I and class II *** addition,myeloid cell-specific Pik3c3 ablation in mice caused a partial impairment in the homeostatic maintenance of macrophages expressing the apoptotic cell uptake receptor ***3c3 deficiency caused phenotypic changes in myeloid cells that were dependent on the early machinery(initiation/nucleation)of the classical autophagy ***,myeloid cell-specific Pik3c3-deficient animals showed significantly reduced severity of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE),a primarily CD4^(^(+))T-cell-mediated mouse model of multiple sclerosis(MS).This disease protection was associated with reduced accumulation of myelin-specific CD4^(^(+))T cells in the central nervous system and decreased myeloid cell IL-1β***,administration of SAR405,a selective PIK3C3 inhibitor,delayed disease ***,our studies establish PIK3C3 as an important regulator of macrophage functions and myeloid cell-mediated regulation of *** findings also have important implications for the development of small-molecule inhibitors of PIK3C3 as therapeutic modulators of MS and other autoimmune diseases.
