The article is about solving the last mile delivery problem in rural town or village. We want to test the drone’s potential in parcel delivery. The objectives are 1) to introduce the cluster and truck-drone in tandem delivery method, 2) to compare the new method with the traditional TSP method in aspect of truck running distance, energy using and time occupation. The parcel delivery demand is sparse, so it is not dense enough for a truck to carry on delivery. We try to identify the best route for the drone to deliver the goods. We use k-mean method to carry on clustering, then we use enumeration method to fulfill the centroids delivery, which comes from the depot. We design a model and calculate the energy, time and distance saving between drone using method(DTSP) and traditional TSP method. The drone attended delivery saves truck delivery distance, energy consumption and *** truck running distance of DTSP method saves 91.87%, the truck running distance is shortened from 189.69 km to 15.4252 km. The DTSP method saves 90.45% of energy. The DTSP method brings a29.75% cutoff in time aspect when there are two drone in running. The research introduces the cluster and TSP combination method, which is a good way to carry on last mile delivery. The result shows a bright future for drone to attend parcel delivery. The e-commerce corporation can apply this method in practice.

Global regulations and many regional and national controls restrict the use of substances that exhibit the potential for environmental persistence and long-range ***,many current-use pesticides(CUPs)continue to be newly discovered in remote regions,including the *** present review serves as an update,summarizing newly available information for CUPs in the Arctic environment and biota published from 2010 to *** 2010,at least seven new CUPs have been measured in Arctic media:2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid(MCPA),metribuzin,pendimethalin,phosalone,quizalofop-ethyl,tefluthrin and *** the large number of pesticides in current use,the number measured in the Arctic is very limited,however,modelling studies have identified additional CUPs as potential Arctic contaminants that have yet to be investigated in the *** to their recent detection,reports of CUPs in the Arctic are limited,but *** have been reported in a wide range of abiotic Arctic matrices,including air,snow,ice,freshwater and seawater,indicating their capacity for long-range atmospheric transport,however,concentrations are generally low in comparison to legacy pesticides and other persistent organic pollutants(POPs).Recent food-web studies indicate CUPs can enter Arctic terrestrial and marine food chains,however,in contrast to POPs,the highest concentrations of many CUPs were found in lower trophic-level organisms,and the lowest concentrations detected in animals at the highest trophic levels(i.e,ringed seals,polar bear,caribou,and wolves)indicating significant trophic *** detection of CUPs in the remote Arctic ecosystem reinforces the need for continued monitoring of both known and potential Arctic pollutants to prevent impacts on human and environmental health as the global arsenal of pesticides used in agriculture continuously changes.

A one metabolic-equivalent-of-task increase in peak aerobic fitness(peak MeT)is associated with a clinically relevant improvement in survival risk and all-cause *** co-dependent impact of free-living physical behaviours on aerobic fitness are poorly *** purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of theoretically re-allocating time spent in physical behaviours on aerobic *** hypothesized that substituting sedentary time with any physical activity(at any intensity)would be associated with a predicted improvement in aerobic *** volume rate of oxygen uptake(VO_(2)peak)was assessed via indirect calorimetry during a progressive,maximal cycle ergometer protocol in 103 adults(52 females;[38±21]years;[25.0±3.8]kg/m^(2);VO_(2)peak:[35.4±11.5]ml⋅kg^(-1)⋅min^(-1)).Habitual sedentary time,standing time,light-(LPA),moderate-(MPA),and vigorous-physical activity(VPA)were assessed 24-h/day via thigh-worn inclinometry for up to one week(average:[6.3±0.9]days).Isotemporal substitution modelling examined the impact of replacing one physical behaviour with *** time(β=0.8,95%CI:[-1.3,-0.2])and standing time(β=0.9,95%CI:[-1.6,-0.2])were negatively associated with VO_(2)peak,whereas VPA was positively associated with relative VO_(2)peak(β=9.2,95%CI:[0.9,17.6]).Substituting 30-min/day of VPA with any other behaviour was associated with a 2.4–3.4 higher peak *** standing time was associated with a lower aerobic *** little as 10-min/day of VPA predicted a clinically relevant 0.8–1.1 peak MeT ***,replacing any time with relatively small amounts of VPA is associated with improvements in aerobic fitness.

*** levels of cardiorespiratory fitness(CRF)and greater amounts of physical activity have been associated with lower intraindividual variability(IIV)in executive function in children and older *** the present study,we examined whether CRF,measured as maximal oxygen uptake(VO2max),and daily volume of moderate-to-vigorous intensity physical activity(MVPA)were associated with IIV of reaction time during performance of the incongruent condition of the Stroop task in younger ***,we examined whether the thickness of the cingulate cortex was associated with regulating variability in reaction time performance in the context of CRF or physical ***:CRF(measured as VO2max),accelerometry-measured MVPA,Stroop performance,and thickness of the rostral anterior cingulate cortex(rACC)derived from magnetic resonance imaging data were collected in 48 younger adults(age=24.58±4.95 years,mean±SD).Multiple regression was used to test associations between IIV during the Stroop task and CRF,MVPA,and rACC *** was tested using maximum likelihood estimation with ***:Consistent with our predictions,higher VO2max was associated with greater rACC thickness for the right hemisphere and greater daily amounts of MVPA were associated with greater rACC thickness for both the left and right *** thickness of the right rACC was associated with lower IIV for the incongruent condition of the Stroop *** and MVPA were not directly associated with ***,we did find that IIV and both CRF and MVPA were indirectly associated via the thickness of the right ***:These results indicate that higher CRF and greater daily volume of MVPA may be associated with lower IIV during the Stroop task via structural integrity of the *** controlled trials of MVPA would provide crucial information about the causal relations between these variables.

Aims While a growing number of studies have demonstrated the impor-tance of intraspecific differences within plant species on associ-ated arthropod communities,little is known regarding the relative strength of these effects compared to environmental *** this study,we examined whether intraspecific plant differences and nutrient fertilization interact to shape the arthropod community of a dominant coastal shrub,Baccharis pilularis(coyote bush).Methods We overlaid a fertilization treatment on a 12-year-old common garden experiment planted with erect and prostrate architectural morphs of Baccharis in california,*** collect the associated arthropod community,we vacuum sampled the crown of each Baccharis and identified individuals to species or *** Findings We found that arthropod richness and abundance were 2-to 3-fold greater on prostrate Baccharis than on erect morphs,but observed no main effects of fertilizer addition on the over-all arthropod *** responded as strongly as herbivores to plant morph,and both were unaffected by nutrient *** the specialist stem galler,Gnorimoschema bac-charisella,showed an interactive response to plant morph and ***,phosphorous and potassium addition had opposite effects on the two morphs,increasing stem gall abun-dance by 50%on prostrate morphs,but reducing galling by 20%on erect *** architectural complexity of prostrate morphs could be the driving mechanism of differences in arthropod ***,our results demonstrate that communitylevel consequences of intraspecific differences in plants are strong,rather than being context dependent,and are generally maintained under different resource *** growing number of studies showing strong genotype than nutrient effects on associated arthropod communities suggests that this might be a generalized pattern.

Background： The current study evaluated the subcutaneous fatty acid （FA） composition of calf- and yearling-fed steer with or without growth promoting implants. Crossbred steers （n = 112; 267 ± 5.0 kg） of the same contemporary group were allocated to one of four production system and implant strategy based treatments in a completely randomized design with a 2 × 2 factorial arrangement of treatments. Results： There were no interactions （P 〉 0.05） between production systems and growth promoting implants for the total and individual subcutaneous FA. Yearling as opposed to calf finishing reduced （P 〈 0.05） subcutaneous proportions of C20：3n-6, trans （t）l 2-18：1, C14：0, several minor cis-monounsaturated FA （c-MUFA; c9-14：1, c11-16：1, cl 1-18：1, cl 2-18：1, cl 3-18：1, c9-20：1 and cl 1-20：1）, and increased （P 〈 0.05） subcutaneous proportions of tl 1 cl 5-18：2, total and individual branched-chain FA. Subcutaneous fat from steers implanted with growth promotants had higher （P 〈 0.05） proportions of total polyunsaturated FA （PUFA）, total n-6 PUFA, C18：2n-6 and individual t-18：1 isomers （t6 to tl0） compared to non-implanted steers. Conclusions： Overall, current findings show that production systems and growth promotants led to only minor differences in subcutaneous FA composition of beef steers.

e. coli and Listeria monocytogenes(or L. monocytogenes) are bacteria affecting fresh produce that is harmful for health of humans and animals. If these bacteria are present in surface waterbody(e.g.,irrigation canals), they will impair irrigation water quality and threaten produce safety. This paper studied the resuspension of e. coli and Listeria from bed sediment into irrigation water through several sets of laboratory experiments in an open channel flume. We studied three types of sediments using several flow rates in different velocities and shear stress. Bacteria’s concentration in water increases with the bed shear stress. Two empirical relations were derived to correlate the concentration of e. coli and L. monocytogenes with the dimensionless bed shear stress. The experimental data favorably verified the relationships for sandy loam, loamy sand, and loam. The results showed that both bacteria could entrain from sand more efficiently compared to other sediments(i.e., sandy loam or loam). These relationships can be applied to water quality models for simulating e. coli and L. monocytogenes transport in irrigation canals for better managing irrigation water quality.
