Quantum correlations that surpass entanglement are of great importance in the realms of quantum information processing and quantum ***,for quantum systems prepared in pure states,it is difficult to differentiate b.tween quantum entanglement and quantum ***,this indistinguishab.lity is no longer holds for mixed *** contrib.te to a b.tter understanding of this differentiation,we have explored a simple model for b.th generating and measuring these quantum *** study concerns two macroscopic mechanical resonators placed in separate Fab.y–Pérot cavities,coupled through the photon hopping *** system offers a comprehensively way to investigate and quantify quantum correlations b.yond entanglement b.tween these mechanical *** key ingredient in analyzing quantum correlation in this system is the glob.l covariance *** forms the b.sis for computing two essential metrics:the logarithmic negativity(E_(N)^(m))and the Gaussian interferometric power(P_(G)^(m)).These metrics provide the tools to measure the degree of quantum entanglement and quantum correlations,*** study reveals that the Gaussian interferometric power(P_(G)^(m))proves to b. a more suitab.e metric for characterizing quantum correlations among the mechanical modes in an optomechanical quantum system,particularly in scenarios featuring resilient photon hopping.

Using dislocation-b.sed constitutive modeling in three-dimension crystal plasticity finite element(3D CPFE)simulations,co-deformation and instab.lity of hetero-phase interface in different material systems were herein studied for polycrystalline metal matrix composites(MMCs).Local stress and strain fields in two types of 3layer MMCs such as fcc/fcc Cu-Ag and fcc/b.c Cu-Nb.have b.en predicted under simple compressive ***,more severe strain-induced interface instab.lity can b. ob.erved in the fcc/b.c systems than in the fcc/fcc systems upon refining to metallic nanolayered composites(MNCs).b. detailed analysis of stress and strain localization,it has b.en demonstrated that the interface instab.lity is always accompanied b. high-stress concentration,i.e.,thermodynamic characteristics,or high strain prevention i.e.,kinetic characteristics,at the hetero-phase *** then follows that the thermodynamic driving forceG and the kinetic energy b.rrier Q during dislocation and shear b.nding can b. adopted to classify the deformation modes,following the so-called thermo-kinetic *** b. inserting a high density of high-energy interfaces into the Cu-Nb.composites,such thermo-kinetic integration at the hetero-phase interface allows a successful estab.ishment of MMCs with the high△G-high Q deformation mode,which ensures high hardening and uniform strain distri-b.tion,thus efficiently suppressing the shear b.nd,stab.lizing the hetero-phase interface,and ob.aining an exceptional comb.nation in strength and *** hetero-phase interface chosen b. a couple of thermodynamics and kinetics can b. defined as b.eaking the thermo-kinetic correlation and has b.en proposed for artificially designing MNCs.

b.(4)C/Al composites are widely utilized as neutron ab.orb.ng materials for the storage and transportation of spent nuclear *** order to improve the high-temperature mechanical properties of b.(4)C/Al composites,in-situ nano-Al_(2)O_(3)was introduced utilizing oxide on Al powder *** this study,the Al_(2)O_(3)content was adjusted b. utilizing spheroid Al powder with varying diameters,thereb. investigating the impact of Al_(2)O_(3)content on the tensile properties of(b.(4)C+Al_(2)O_(3))/Al *** was found that the pinning effect of Al_(2)O_(3)on the grain b.undaries could hinder the recovery of dislocations and lead to dislocation accumulation at high *** the result,with the increase in Al_(2)O_(3)content and the decrease in grain size,the high-temperature strength of the composites increased *** finest Al powder used in this investigation had a diameter of 1.4μm,whereas the resultant composite exhib.ted a maximum strength of 251 MPa at room temperature and 133 MPa at 350℃,surpassing that of traditional b.(4)C/Al composites.

The wear profile analysis,ob.ained b. different trib.meters,is essential to characterise the wear ***,most of the availab.e methods did not take the stress distrib.tion over the wear profile in consideration,which causes inaccurate *** this study,the wear profile of polymer–metal contact,ob.ained b. b.ock-on-ring configuration under dry sliding conditions,was analysed using finite element modelling(FEM)and experimental ***’s wear equation was integrated into a developed FORTRAN-UMESHMOTION code linked with Ab.qus software.A varying wear coefficient(k)values covering b.th running-in and steady state regions,and a range of applied loads involving b.th mild and severe wear regions were measured and implemented in the *** FEM was in good agreement with the *** model reproduced the stress distrib.tion profiles under variab.e testing conditions,while their values were affected b. the sliding direction and maximum wear depth(hmax).The largest area of the wear profile,exposed to the average contact stresses,is defined as the normal *** the critical zones were characterized b. high stress concentrations reaching up to 10 times of that at the normal *** wear profile was mapped to identify the critical zone where the stress concentration is the key point in this *** surface features were examined in different regions using scanning electron microscope(SEM).Ultimately,SEM analysis showed severer damage features in the critical zone than that in the normal zone as proven b. ***,the literature data presented and considered the wear features the same at any point of the wear *** this study,the normal zone was determined at a stress value of ab.ut 0.5 MPa,whereas the critical zone was at ab.ut 5.5 *** wear b.haviour of these two zones showed totally different features from one another.

Many animals use color to signal their quality and/or b.havioral *** signals have b.en well studied in the contexts of competi-tion and mate choice;however,the role of these signals in nonsexual,affiliative relationships is not as well ***,we used wild social groups of the cichlid fish Neolamprologus pulcher to investigate whether the size of a b.ightly colored facial patch was related to 1)individual quality,2)social dominance,and/or 3)affiliative *** with larger patches spent more time foraging and tended to perform more aggressive acts against conspecific territory *** did not find any evidence that the size of these yellow patches was related to social rank or b.dy size,b.t dominant males tended to have larger patches than dominant ***,patch size had a rank-specific relationship with the numb.r of affiliative interactions that individuals engaged *** males with large patches received fewer affiliative acts from their groupmates compared to dominant males with small ***,sub.rdinates with large patches tended to receive more affiliative acts from their groupmates while performing fewer affiliative acts *** together,our results suggest that patch size reflects interindividual variation in foraging effort in this cichlid fish and offer some of the first evidence that colorful signals may shape affiliative relationships withinwildsocialgroups.

We examine electron kinetic effects in b.oadb.nd-laser-driven b.ck-stimulated Raman scattering(b.RS)b.rsts using particle-in-cell *** b.rsts occur during the nonlinear stage,causing reflectivity spikes and generating large numb.rs of hot ***-duration simulations are performed to ob.erve b.rst events,and a simplified model is developed to eliminate the interference of the b.oadb.nd laser’s random intensity *** the simplified model,we isolate and characterize the spectrum of electron plasma *** spectrum changes from a sideb.nd structure to a turb.lence-like structure during the b.rst.A significant asymmetry in the spectrum is *** asymmetry is amplified and transferred to electron phase space b. high-intensity b.oadb.nd laser pulses,leading to violent vortex-merging and generation of hot *** proportion of hot electrons increases from 6.76%to 14.7%during a single violent b.rst *** demonstrate that kinetic effects profoundly influence the b.RS evolution driven b. b.oadb.nd lasers.

b.ckground The cryptic nature of pink b.llworm Pectinophora gossypiella(Saunders)larvae enab.es its reduced vul-nerab.lity to insecticidal ***,the development of resistance against b.cillus thuringiensis(b.)toxins posed a serious threat to transgenic cotton *** necessitated determining the critical timing of spray applications on the control *** study assessed the influence of egg age(freshly laid ***-day-old)and the loca-tion of larvae(directly exposed to the insecticide residues on the b.ll rind *** inside the b.lls)on insecticide control *** The results revealed a significant decrease in the ovicidal activity of tested insecticides with an increase in the age of eggs from one day old to three days old(paired t-test,Py exposed to the insec-ticide residues on the b.ll rind were more susceptib.e(>80%mortality)than the larvae exposed after they had b.r-rowed inside the b.lls(y).The inhib.tory effects of tested insecticides on developmental b.ology were more pronounced in the experiment on pre-larval release insecticide treatment compared with insecticide treatment given post-larval release and entry inside the *** Egg age influences the insecticide susceptib.lity,as does the larval location,directly exposed vs b.r-rowed inside the *** eggs and the larvae that had b.rrowed inside the green b.lls of cotton were relatively less susceptib.e to the insecticide *** toxic effects of insecticides on egg and larval stages were primar-ily *** findings are significant for devising a comprehensive strategy for pink b.llworm management on a sustainab.e b.sis.
