The multi-layer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) alignment system aims at the inter-process automation between the first and the second plastic *** a result of testing performance verification of MLCC alignment system,the average alignment rates are 95% for 3216 chip,88.5% for 2012 chip and 90.8% for 3818 *** MLCC alignment system can be accepted for practical use because the average manual alignment is just 80%.In other words,the developed MLCC alignment system has been upgraded to a great extent,compared with manual *** on the successfully developed MLCC alignment system,the optimal transfer conditions have been explored by using *** simulations using ADAMS has been performed according to the cube model of *** using MiniTAB,the model of response surface has been established based on the simulation *** optimal conditions resulted from the response optimization tool of MiniTAB has been verified by being assigned to the prototype of MLCC alignment system.

Sodium-ion batteries are considered as promising alternatives to lithium-ion batteries,owing to their low cost and abundant raw *** the several candidate materials for the anode,spinel-type Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12)has potential owing to its superior safety originating from an appropriate operating voltage and the reversible Na^(+)intercalation ***,a low diffusion coefficient for Na^(+)and the insulating nature of LTO remains challenging for practical sodium-ion battery ***,we present a strategy for integrating physical and chemical approaches to achieve superior electrochemical properties in *** demonstrate that carefully controlling the amount of Cr doping is crucial to enhance the electrochemical properties of nanostructured *** Cr doped LTO shows a superior reversible capacity of 110 m Ah g^(-1) after 400 cycles at 1 C,with a three-fold higher capacity(75 m Ah g^(-1))at 10 C compared with undoped LTO *** suggests that appropriately Cr doped nanostructured LTO is a promising anode material for sodium-ion batteries.

The intermetallic compounds formation at interface between rare earth elements and clad material were investigated to demonstrate the effects of rare earth elements on fuel-cladding chemical interaction （FCCI） behavior. Mischmetal （70Ce-30La） and Nd were prepared as rare earth elements. Diffusion couple testing was performed on the rare earth elements and cladding （9Cr2W steel） near the operation temperature of （sodium-cooled fast reactor） SFR fuel. The performance of a diffusion barrier consisting of Zr and V metallic foil against the rare earth elements was also evaluated. Our results showed that Ce and Nd in the rare earth elements and Fe in the clad material interdiffused and reacted to form intermetallic species according to the parabolic rate law, describing the migration of the rare earth element. The diffusion of Fe limited the reaction progress such that the entire process was governed by the cubic rate law. Rare earth materials could be used as a surrogate for high burnup metallic fuels, and the performance of the barrier material was demonstrated to be effective.

3D Face Reconstruction from a Single Image Using a Combined PCA-LPP Method

In this paper, we proposed a combined PCA-LPP algorithm toimprove 3D face reconstruction performance. Principal component analysis(PCA) is commonly used to compress images and extract features. Onedisadvantage of PCA is local feature loss. To address this, various studies haveproposed combining a PCA-LPP-based algorithm with a locality preservingprojection (LPP). However, the existing PCA-LPP method is unsuitable for3D face reconstruction because it focuses on data classification and *** the existing PCA-LPP, the adjacency graph, which primarily shows the connectionrelationships between data, is composed of the e-or k-nearest neighbortechniques. By contrast, in this study, complex and detailed parts, such aswrinkles around the eyes and mouth, can be reconstructed by composing thetopology of the 3D face model as an adjacency graph and extracting localfeatures from the connection relationship between the 3D model *** verified the effectiveness of the proposed method. When theproposed method was applied to the 3D face reconstruction evaluation set,a performance improvement of 10% to 20% was observed compared with theexisting PCA-based method.

AIM: To compare the histopathologic features of intestinal tuberculosis (ITB) and Crohn’s disease (CD) and to identify whether polymerase chain reaction for Mycobacterium tuberculosis (TB-PCR) would be helpful for differential diagnosis between ITB and ***: We selected 97 patients with established diagnoses (55 cases of ITB and 42 cases of CD) who underwent colonoscopic *** features of ITB and CD were reviewed,and eight pathologic parameters were *** cases of acid fast bacilli culture-positive specimens and 10 normal colonic tissue specimens were evaluated as the positive and negative control of the TB-PCR test,*** assays were done using two commercial kits: kit detected IS6110 and MPB64,and kit detected IS6110 only;a manual in-house PCR method was also performed on formalin-fi xed,paraffi n-embedded colonoscopic biopsy ***: Statistically significant differences were noted between ITB and CD with regard histopathologic criteria: size of granulomas (P = 0.000),giant cells (P = 0.015),caseation necrosis (P = 0.003),confluent granulomas (P = 0.001),discrete granulomas (P = 0.000),and granulomas with lymphoid cuffs (P = 0.037).However,29 cases (52.7%) of ITB showed less than fi ve kinds of pathologic parameters,resulting in confusion with *** sensitivities and specificities of the TB-PCR test by kit ,kit ,and the in-house PCR method were 88.9% and 100%,88.9% and 100%,and 66.7% and 100% in positive and negative controls,*** PCR test done on endoscopic biopsy specimens of ITB and CD were signifi cantly different with kit (P = 0.000) and kit (P = 0.000).The sensitivities and specifi cities of TB-PCR were 45.5% and 88.1%,36.4% and 100%,and 5.8% and 100%,for kit and kit and inhouse PCR method on endoscopic biopsy *** the 29 cases of histopathologically confusing CD,10 cases assayed using kit and 6 cases assayed using kit were TB-PCR positive.A combi

AIM: To examine the refractive prediction error in high myopic eyes after ***: This retrospective comparative case series included 91 eyes(18 high myopic eyes and 73 non-high myopic eyes) of 91 patients who underwent successful phacovitrectomy(phacoemulsification, intraocular lens implantation, and pars plana vitrectomy). The high myopic eyes were defined as the eye with more than 26.0mm of axial length. The postoperative prediction error of mean error and mean absolute error were evaluated at4 mo postoperatively. Axial length and keratometry measurement were performed preoperatively and 4mo postoperatively using the IOL ***: The refractive outcome after phacovitrectomy showed significantly greater myopic shift in the high myopic eyes [-1.08 ±0.87 diopters(D)] than that in the non-high myopic eyes(-0.43 ±0.63 D, P =0.004). Axial length and keratometric value in the high myopic eyes were significantly increased(P =0.043, 0.037 respectively),whereas those in the non-high myopic group were not significantly increased(P =0.135, 0.347 respectively). The change of the axial length in the myopic eye(0.46±0.28 mm)was greater than that in the non- high myopic eye(0.11 ± 0.34 mm; P <0.001).CONCLUSION: High myopic eyes showed more myopic shift than non-high myopic eyes after *** cause of myopic shift in high myopic eyes seems tobe attributed to actual elongation of the axial length in high myopia.

The epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)pathway plays an important role in the progression of colorectal cancer(CRC).Anti-EGFR drugs based on antibodies have been widely used for treating CRC through inducing the cell death ***,the majority of CRC patients will inevitably develop drug-resistance during anti-EGFR drug treatment,which is mainly caused by a point mutation in the KRAS *** developed a nanoliposomal(NL)particle containing the Cas9 protein and a single-guide RNA(sgRNA)complex(Cas9-RNP),for genomic editing of the KRAS *** NL particle is composed of bio-compatible lipid compounds that can effectively encapsulate *** modifying the NL particle to include the appropriate antibody,it can specifically recognize EGFR expressing CRC and effectively deliver the gene-editing *** conditions of NL treatment were optimized using a KRAS mutated CRC in vivo mouse *** with KRAS-mutated CRC showed drug resistance against cetuximab,a therapeutic antibody *** treating the mice with the KRAS gene-editing NL particles,the implanted tumors showed a dramatic decrease in *** results demonstrated that this genomic editing complex has great potential as a therapeutic carrier system for the treatment of drug-resistant cancer caused by a point mutation.
