Colonoscopy is an integral part of th. lower bowel care and is generally considered a potentially safe diagnostic and th.rapeutic procedure perform.d as a daycare outpatient *** is associated with.different com.lications th.t are not lim.ted to adverse events related to th. bowel preparation solutions used,th. sedatives used,but to th. procedure related as well including bleeding and *** to th. extra-lum.nal abdom.nal organs during colonoscopy are uncom.on,h.wever,serious com.lications related to th. procedure h.ve been reported infrequently in th. *** th.eatening injuries to th. spleen,liver,pancreas,m.sentery,and urinary bladder h.ve been reported as early as in *** injuries sh.uld not be overlooked by clinicians and *** increasing abdom.nal pain,abdom.nal distension,and h.m.dynam.c instability in absence of rectal bleeding sh.uld raise th. possibility of severe organ *** and h.patic injury following colonoscopy are usually serious and m.y be life *** conservative m.nagem.nt m.y h.lp,yet th.y usually need interventional radiology or surgical *** pancreatitis following colonoscopy is usually m.ld and is m.stly m.naged *** m.ch.nism.of abdom.nal organ injuries during colonoscopy is not fully understood,h.wever m.ny risk factors h.ve been identified,wh.ch.can be classified as-organ related,procedure related,and local abdom.nal *** colonoscopy and prior intra-abdom.nal adh.sions are probably th. m.st relevant risk factors for th.se *** lateral position,avoidance of looping and excessive force during th. procedure would probably reduce th. risk of such.injuries.

Forecasting of tropical cyclones ASANI (2022) and m.Ch. (2023) over th. Bay of Bengal - real tim. ch.llenges to forecasters

Th.s study exam.nes th. track and intensity forecasts of two typical Bay of Bengal tropical cyclones (TC) ASANI and m.Ch.. Th. analysis of various Num.rical Weath.r Prediction (NWP) m.del forecasts [ECm.F (European Centre for m.dium.range Weath.r Forecast), NCEP (National Centers for Environm.ntal Prediction), NCUm.(National Centre for m.dium.Range Weath.r Forecast-Unified m.del), Im. (India m.teorological departm.nt), h.RF (h.rricane Weath.r Research.and Forecasting)], m.E (m.lti-m.del Ensem.le), SCIP (Statistical Cyclone Intensity Prediction) m.del, and OFCL (Official) forecasts sh.ws th.t intensity forecasts of ASANI and track forecasts of m.Ch. were reasonably good, but th.re were large errors and wide variation in track forecasts of ASANI and in intensity forecasts of m.Ch.. Am.ng all m.del forecasts, th. track forecast errors of Im. m.del and m.E were least in general for ASANI and m.Ch. respectively. Also, th. landfall point forecast errors of Im. were least for ASANI, and th. m.E and OFCL forecast errors were least for m.Ch.. No m.del is found to be consistently better for landfall tim. forecast for ASANI, and th. errors of ECm.F, Im. and h.RF were least and of sam. order for m.Ch.. Th. intensity forecast errors of OFCL and SCIP were least for ASANI, and th. forecast errors of h.RF, Im., NCEP, SCIP and OFCL were com.arable and least for m.Ch. up to 48 h.forecast and h.RF errors were least th.reafter in general. Th. ECm.F m.del forecast errors for intensity were found to be h.gh.st for both.th. TCs. Th. results also sh.w th.t alth.ugh.th.re is significant im.rovem.nt of track forecasts and lim.ted or no im.rovem.nt of intensity forecast in previous decades but ch.llenges still persists in real tim. forecasting of both.track and intensity due to wide variation and inconsistency of m.del forecasts for different TC cases. Th. recovery of yttrium.is proposed by applying a solid-liquid extraction process using di-2-eth.l h.xylph.sph.ric acid(D2Eh.A) as extracting *** extracting agents were supported on a m.cro porous polym.ric resin XAD-7(solid ph.se).Yttrium.ions extraction and disch.rge tests were perform.d,firstly from.a synth.tic aqueous solution of 100 m./L Y(liquid ph.se) at 25℃ with.*** effects of ph.of aqueous solutions bearing yttrium.volum. fraction of extracting agents and th. solid/liquid(S/L)ratio on th. yttrium.recovery were *** m.st favorable conditions for yttrium.ions extraction are;20 vol% D_(2)Eh.A functionalized resin,ph.1.5 and an S/L ratio of 10 m./m. Th. disch.rge of yttrium.ions was done under th. sam. conditions of extraction stage,using a 2 m.l/L [h.(2)SO_(4)] as stripping *** to 80% yttrium.is extracted,wh.le 75% yttrium.is recovered in th. striping *** all experim.nts,th. reaction equilibrium.is reach.d after 20 m.n,and th. kinetics for th. extraction stage was determ.ned as a second-order ***,experim.nts were carried out to disch.rge th. yttrium.oaded resins,and it h.s been determ.ned th.t th. best ph.value to strip th. Ch.nese Assam.tea(Cam.llia sinensis ***)is an im.ortant tea crop with.a long h.story of cultivation in Yunnan,*** its potential value as a genetic resource,its genetic diversity and dom.stication/breeding h.story rem.in *** address th.s issue,we genotyped 469 ancient tea plant trees representing 26 *** *** populations,plus two of its wild relatives(six and th.ee populations of *** and ***,respectively)using 16 nuclear m.crosatellite *** sh.wed th.t Ch.nese Assam.tea h.s a relatively h.gh.but com.aratively lower gene diversity(h.(S)=0.638)th.n th. wild relative ***(h.S=0.658).Clustering in STRUCTURE indicated th.t Ch.nese Assam.tea and its two wild relatives form.d distinct genetic groups,with.considerable interspecific *** Ch.nese Assam.tea accessions clustered into th.ee gene pools,corresponding well with.th.ir geograph.c ***,New h.brids analysis indicated th.t 68.48%of ancient Ch.nese Assam.tea plants from.Xish.angbanna were genetic interm.diates between th. Puer and Lincang gene *** addition,10%of th. ancient Ch.nese Assam.tea individuals were found to be h.brids between Ch.nese Assam.tea and *** results suggest th.t Ch.nese Assam.tea was dom.sticated separately in th.ee gene pools(Puer,Lincang and Xish.angbanna)in th. m.kong River valley and th.t th. h.brids were subsequently selected during th. dom.stication *** th. dom.stication h.story of Ch.nese Assam.tea in south.estern Yunnan rem.ins com.lex,our results will h.lp to identify valuable genetic resources th.t m.y be useful in future tea breeding program..
