Fish is rich in essential nutrients but can remain a potential source of food poisoning. A study was, therefore, carried out with the general objective of highlighting the probable biological and chemical dangers associated with the consumption of fish and freshwater fruits from the Guéssabo river. The present study was conducted on 50 carp fish, 50 mackerel fish, 50 frogs and 50 mollusks caught in the Guéssabo River. Microorganisms were enumerated by conventional tests and heavy metals were investigated by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry. The enumeration showed high levels of thermotolerant Coliforms (2.5 × 104), Enterobacteriaceae (3.4 × 104), S. aureus (2.3 × 103) and Yeast/Molds (2.1 × 104), in all samples the standards were not in conformity with the required standards. High levels of Al (7230 μg/kg) and Cd (21.57 μg/kg) were observed in carp fish and these values are above the standard. In conclusion, the fish caught in the Guéssabo River could be a health risk factor for the consumer.

This article focuses on the study of sediment transport during flood events in the Oued Nachef watershed that feeds the Mefrouche *** understand the sediment dynamics in this watershed,ANRH data on instantaneous water discharges and the respective concentrations of suspended particulate matter were *** enabled the selection of some of the largest flood events over a 24-year period in order to establish the log-log relationships between sediment load(concentration and flux)and water ***,the discharge-concentration relationships revealed hysteresis phenomena that enabled a flood typology to be established and classified into seven categories,thus showing very different transfer dynamics in relation to flood *** results showed that Category 6 floods presenting hysteresis in the form of a figure of eight exported almost 44%of the suspended particulate matter load while representing just 29%of the flow discharge.

In this White Paper we present the potential of the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry(eXTP) mission for studies related to Observatory Science targets. These include flaring stars, supernova remnants, accreting white dwarfs, low and high mass X-ray binaries, radio quiet and radio loud active galactic nuclei, tidal disruption events, and gamma-ray bursts. eXTP will be excellently suited to study one common aspect of these objects: their often transient nature. Developed by an international Consortium led by the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Science, the eXTP mission is expected to be launched in the mid 2020s.

In this paper we describe the potential of the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry(eXTP) mission for studies related to accretion flows in the strong field gravity regime around both stellar-mass and supermassive black-holes. eXTP has the unique capability of using advanced "spectral-timing-polarimetry" techniques to analyze the rapid variations with three orthogonal diagnostics of the flow and its geometry, yielding unprecedented insight into the inner accreting regions, the effects of strong field gravity on the material within them and the powerful outflows which are driven by the accretion process.

AIM: To identify risk factors associated with survival in patients retransplanted for hepatitis C virus(HCV) recurrence and to apply a survival score to this ***: We retrospectively identified 108 patients retransplanted for HCV recurrence in eight European liver transplantation centers(seven in France, one in Spain). Data collection comprised clinical and laboratory variables, including virological and antiviral treatment data. We then analyzed the factors associated with survival in this population. A recently published score that predicts survival in retransplantation in patients with hepatitis C was applied. Because there are currently no uniform recommendations regarding selection of the best candidates for retransplantation in this setting, we also described the clinical characteristics of 164 patients not retransplanted, with F3, F4, or fibrosing cholestatic hepatitis(FCH) post-first graft presenting with hepatic decompensation. RESULTS: Overall retransplantation patient survival rates were 55%, 47%, and 43% at 3, 5, and 10 years, respectively. Patients who were retransplanted for advanced cirrhosis had survival rates of 59%, 52%, and 49% at 3, 5, and 10 years, while those retransplanted for FCH had survival rates of 34%, 29%, and 11%, respectively. Under multivariate analysis, and adjusting for the center effect and the occurrence of FCH, factors associated with better survival after retransplantation were: negative HCV viremia before retransplantation, antiviral therapy after retransplantation, non-genotype 1, a Model for End-stage Liver Disease(MELD) score < 25 when replaced on the waiting list, and a retransplantation donor age < 60 years. Although the numbers were small, in the context of the new antivirals era, we showed that outcomes in patientswho underwent retransplantation with undetectable HCV viremia did not depend on donor age and MELD score. The Andrés score was applied to 102 patients for whom all score variables were available,

全球变化科学数据是人类宝贵的科技资源。兼顾保护数据知识产权和推动数据广泛共享是科学数据界长期存在的普遍难题。数据出版(元数据、实体数据、数据论文关联出版)是解决这个难题的有效机制。发展中国家科学数据共享原则执行过程中,亟需数据出版基础设施和能力建设。"全球变化科学研究数据出版系统"(中英文)在保护数据知识产权和促进数据共享方面作出实践性案例,在数据产权认证、数据质量标准、同行专家评审、数据长期保藏、数据开放共享、国际资质联网等方面的成果为数据的增值起到关键性作用。《全球变化数据学报》(中英文)是该系统重要组成部分。该系统成为世界各国全球变化科学研究领域学者、特别是发展中国家学者可信赖的、国际组织(WDS、GEOSS、CODATA、Clarivate Analytics等)认可的、数据出版和共享世界性基础设施。
