BACKGROUND There is recently a concern regarding the reinfection and reactivation of previously reCoVered coronavirus disease 2019(CoVID-19)*** To summarize the recent findings and reports of CoVID-19 reinfection in patients previously reCoVered from the *** This study was a systematic review of current evidence conducted in August *** authors studied the probable reinfection risk of novel coronavirus(CoVID-19).We performed a systematic search using the keywords in online *** investigation adheres to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)checklist to ensure the reliability and validity of this study and *** We reviewed 31 *** studies described reCoVered patients with *** one study reported reinfected patients who *** 26 studies,there was no information about the status of the *** studies indicated that reinfection is not probable and that post-infection immunity is at least temporary and *** Based on our review,we concluded that a positive polymerase chain reaction retest could be due to several reasons and should not always be considered as reinfection or reactivation of the *** relevant studies in positive retest patients have shown relative and probably temporary immunity after the reCoVery of the disease.

Potassium channel functions are often deciphered by using selective and potent scorpion *** these toxins,only a limited subset is capable to selectively block small conductance Ca-activated K(SK) *** sequence alignment,we found that SK channel turret residues are highly *** there are also some additional basic residues on the turret when compared with other potassium *** we presumed that there should be uniform structure bases of this selective SK channel *** this work, SK3 channel is exampled to demonstrate the key role of the electric charges of two conserved arginine residues(R485 and R489) from the SK3 channel outer vestibule in the selective recognition by SK3-blocking BmP05 ***,individually substituting these residues by histidyl or lysyl(maintaining partially or fully the positive electric charge),while decreasing the affinity of BmP05,still preserves its toxin-sensitivity profile(as evidenced by the lack of recognition by many other potassium channel-sensitive charybdotoxin(ChTX)).In contrast, when R485 or R489 residue of SK3 channel is mutated towards an acidic(E) or alcoholic(S) amino acid residue,the channel loses its sensitivity to BmP05 and becomes susceptible to a ’new’ blocking activity by *** these basic SK3 channel residues important for sensitivity,two acidic D492 and D518 residues,also located in the SK3 channel outer vestibule,were identified as being critical for toxin ***,molecular modeling data indicate the existence of a compact SK3 channel turret conformation,like a peptide screener, where the basic rings of R485 and R489 residues are stabilized by strong ionic interactions with D492 and D518 *** conclusion,the unique properties of two conserved arginine residues(spatial orientations and molecular interactions) of SK channel account for its toxin-sensitivity profile.

Seed size and the growth environment are important variables that influence seed germination, growth and biomass of seedlings and future tree harvest and should thus be taken into account in agroforestry and reforestation programmes for endangered species like Pterocarpus erinaceus. In the present study, to assess seedling germination and vigour in P. erinaceus as a function of seed size in two environments, 1080 seeds and 360 seedlings were evaluated at two separate sites in Côte d'Ivoire. The results show that large seeds had very high germination rates (up to 100%) and produced more vigorous plants better able to adapt to climate change. The maternal environment and seed size had a significant influence on seed germination (P < 0.05) and seedling development (P < 0.05) and biomass (P < 0.05). Seedlings were most successful at the site with a humid tropical climate (Daloa). Seedling leaves had the same resistance regardless of seed size and study site, but leaf moisture content was more stable in seedlings grown from medium and small seeds. These results will help guide conservation strategies for the species and are key factors for rural populations, loggers, and forest management structures for the silviculture of this species.

Parkia biglobosa is a much-loved and over-exploited African savannah species for its socio-economic importance. Knowing and taking into account its architectural unit, which is the basis for diagnosing phenology, productivity and tree health, could provide a new perspective on its sustainable management. The aim of this study is to establish the architectural development in Parkia biglobosa by retrospective analysis. To achieve this objective, 390 individuals of all sizes ranging from seedlings to senescent trees were observed and analysed under various soil and climatic conditions in Côte d’Ivoire. The results showed that Parkia biglobosa is a light plant but shading tolerant. It is a mixed vegetative axis plant, the stem is orthotropic* in its proximal part and plagiotropic* (collapsing) in its distal part in young stage. The tree then transitions to an adult and old stage into a tree with a plagiotropic* axis in the proximal and distal parts, the trunk is built up by superimposing collapsed relay axes that gradually straighten, branching is sympodial*, growth is defined and sexuality is terminal and lateral. The ontogeny takes place in three phases: initiation of development and establishment of the crown (young), then flowering and establishment of the architectural unity (adult) and finally the death of secondary axes in the crown, duplication of the architecture by a series of partial and total reiterations (old). The level of organisation is 5: the phytomere, the module or growth unit, the axis, the architectural unit and the reiterated complex. BACKGROUND When combined with vanadium salts,catecholamines strongly activate glucose uptake in rat and mouse *** To test whether catecholamines activate glucose transport in human *** The uptake of 2-deoxyglucose(2-DG)was measured in adipocytes isolated from pieces of abdominal subcutaneous tissue removed from women undergoing reconstructive *** approaches with amine oxidase inhibitors,adrenoreceptor agonists and antioxidants were performed to unravel the mechanisms of action of noradrenaline or adrenaline(also named epinephrine).RESULTS In human adipocytes,45-min incubation with 100μmol/L adrenaline or noradrenaline activated 2-DG uptake up to more than one-third of the maximal response to *** stimulation was not reproduced with millimolar doses of dopamine or serotonin and was not enhanced by addition of vanadate to the incubation *** various natural amines and adrenergic agonists tested,no other molecule was more efficient than adrenaline and noradrenaline in stimulating 2-DG *** effect of the catecholamines was not impaired by pargyline and semicarbazide,contrarily to that of benzylamine or methylamine,which are recognized substrates of semicarbazide-sensitive amine *** peroxide at 1 mmol/L activated hexose uptake but not pyrocatechol or benzoquinone,and only the former was potentiated by *** and the phosphoinositide 3-kinase inhibitor wortmannin inhibited adrenaline-induced activation of 2-DG *** High doses of catecholamines exert insulin-like actions on glucose transport in human *** submillimolar doses,vanadium did not enhance this catecholamine activation of glucose ***,this dismantles our previous suggestion to combine the metal ion with catecholamines to improve the benefit/risk ratio of vanadium-based antidiabetic approaches.

大数据的规模效应给数据存储、管理以及数据分析带来了极大的挑战,学界和业界广泛采用分布式文件系统和MapReduce编程模型来应对这一挑战.提出了大数据环境中一种基于Hadoop分布式文件系统(HDFS)和MapReduce编程模型的分布式MOLAP技术,称为DOLAP(distributed OLAP).DOLAP采用一种特殊的多维模型完成维和度量的映射;采用维编码和遍历算法实现维层次上的上卷下钻操作;采用数据分块和线性化算法将维和度量保存在分布式文件系统中;采用数据块选择算法优化OLAP的性能;采用MapReduce编程模型实现OLAP操作.描述了DOLAP在科学数据分析的应用案例,并与主流的非关系数据库系统进行性能对比.实验结果表明,尽管数据装载性能略显不足,但DOLAP的性能要优于基于HBase,Hive,HadoopDB,OLAP4Cloud等主流非关系数据库系统实现的OLAP性能.

The rapid rate of deforestation in Cote d’Ivoire has led to loss of plant species diversity and also threatens some commercial tree species with *** reforestation and aff orestation has been ***,for some species,the numbers of surviving transplants has ***,it is necessary to develop properly adapted and resilient genotypes that can eff ectively support the programs of forest *** this context we evaluated the eff ects of the provenances of seeds and of various treatments on the germination rates and on plant growth of four commercial trees species(Pycnanthus angolensis,Terminalia superba,Mansonia altissima and Pterygota macrocarpa).We analyzed these parameters for seeds of three provenances(Daloa,Akoupéand Daoukro)of four species and for thirty plants aged 6 months per *** to begin germination and time to reach maximum germination were similar among species,and were not infl uenced by either treatment or *** seeds and those soaked for 24 and 48 h in water at room temperature yielded the highest germination rates,irrespective of species or *** one exception was ***,for which no germination was *** species,some provenances produced higher germination percentages than did *** clear relationship was computed between the germination rate and the morphometric characteristics of the seeds which varied signifi cantly between *** growth and morphological variability also depended greatly on *** factors might be implicated,therefore provenance trials should be undertaken and ***,molecular analysis should be undertaken to confi rm the implications of genetic factors and allow for genetic selection.

We report herein the case of a 55-year-old man who presented an acute hemolysis following a 6th cycle of FOLFOX regimen for a metastatic colorectal cancer;this patient had previously received 12 cycles in an adjuvant setting. He had presented attenuated signs during the previous cycle. This corresponded to an oxaliplatin-induced immune hemolytic anemia. This unfrequent side effect of oxaliplatin needs to be known in order to avoid severe complications.
