In this article we hypothesized that the arrow of time and space evolve in a discontinuous way in the form of quanta (t=ntp, s=mlp). We applied this reasoning to the light geodesics of Schwarzschild’s metric (dsmin=lp) and obtained different characteristics of the BH. Indeed, quantum light geodesics show that inside the BH a WH is formed and the mass (energy) is not directing towards the singularity r→0 but rather around the BH near the EH as a thick skin (tickness ). The total relativistic energy invariant is satisfied for the entire route of the photons. Subsequently, as mass (energy) is found directly at the EH, we applied the quantum tunnel effect in simple semi-classical analysis, and we obtained that particles like protons can leave the EH and that the energy associated with them is in the order of magnitude of Hawking’s radiation. However, the energy of the protons is not necessarily identified with that of the black body (photonic or electromagnetic). Finally, it would be interesting to see the impacts of this quantum light geodesics (dsmin=lp) on other cases like Kerr’s metric.

In this article we present a model of Hubble-Lemaître law using the notions of a transmitter (galaxy) and a receiver (MW) coupled to a model of the universe (Slow Bang Model, SB), based on a quantum approach of the evolution of space-time as well as an equation of state that retains all the infinitesimal terms. We find an explanation of the Hubble tension H0. Indeed, we have seen that this constant depends on the transceiver pair which can vary from the lowest observable value, from photons of the CMB (theoretical [km/s/Mpc]) to increasingly higher values depending on the earlier origin of the formation of the observed galaxy or cluster (ETG ~0.3 [Gy], ~74 [km/s/Mpc]). We have produced a theoretical table of the values of the constant according to the possible pairs of transmitter/receiver in the case where these galaxies follow the Hubble flow without large disturbance. The calculated theoretical values of the constant are in the order of magnitude of all values mentioned in past studies. Subsequently, we applied the models to 9 galaxies and COMA cluster and found that the models predict acceptable values of their distances and Hubble constant since these galaxies mainly follow the Hubble flow rather than the effects of a galaxy cluster or a group of clusters. In conclusion, we affirm that this Hubble tension does not really exist and it is rather the understanding of the meaning of this constant that is questioned.

A cosmological model was developed using the equation of state of photon gas, as well as cosmic time. The primary objective of this model is to see if determining the observed rotation speed of galactic matter is possible, without using dark matter (halo) as a parameter. To do so, a numerical application of the evolution of variables in accordance with cosmic time and a new state equation was developed to determine precise, realistic values for a number of cosmological parameters, such as the energy of the universe U, cosmological constant Λ, the curvature of space k, energy density ρΛe (part 1). The age of the universe in cosmic time that is in line with positive energy conservation (in terms of conventional thermodynamics) and the creation of proton, neutron, electron, and neutrino masses, is ~76 [Gy] (observed ~ 70 [km · s-1 · Mpc-1]). In this model, what is usually referred to as dark energy actually corresponds to the energy of the universe that has not been converted to mass, and which acts on the mass created by the energy-mass equivalence principle and the cosmological gravity field, FΛ, associated with the cosmological constant, which is high during the primordial formation of the galaxies (Pc0 and thus determine our possible relative position in the universe at cosmic time 0.1813 (t0/tΩ = 13.8[Gy]/76.1[Gy]). Therefore, from the observed age of 13.8 [Gy], we can derive a possible cosmic age of ~76.1 [Gy]. That energy of the universe, when taken into consideration during the formation of the first galaxies (<1 [Gy]), provides a relatively adequate explanation of the non-Keplerian rotation of galactic masses.

A model of the universe (preprint 2019), based on a quantum approach to the evolution of space-time as well as on an equation of state that retains all the infinitesimal terms, has made it possible to estimate a large number of parameters relating to the universe and in particular the estimation of a colossal phantom energy EΛ represented by the existence of a hidden photon ŷpresent everywhere. This energy undergoes dilution in H4 due to expansion of the universe. In order to introduce the effects of this energy on the curvature of space-time, we chose to express it by the cosmological constant Λ in the equation of the GR via the element tensor T00. This positive energy EΛ which acts as additional effect to gravity and we have expressed this energy in the form of an equation which expresses a so-called cosmological force FΛ. We estimated that this photon or hidden particle of spin 1 has an energy ~1 [meV] at our cosmic position t0 which makes it an ultra-light axion ULA. Subsequently, with the action of this augmented force, especially in the first 400 [My] we were able to explain, in part, the rapid development of galaxy formation as seen by JWST as well as several observed dynamic behaviors of the barionic mass of some galaxies as MW, M33, UGC12591, NGC3198, UGC2885 and NGC253 whose observations raise questions and require additional explanations that led to the likely existence of unobserved matter called DM. However, it appears that this cosmological force makes it possible to explain several observations without the use of this DM. A first conclusion was drawn, namely the much earlier formation of galaxies by the action of this cosmological force coupled with gravity (GLASS z12). In addition, the model made it possible to explain the need or not to use the concept of DM for ETGs and LTGs by the more or less early and long period of the beginning of galaxy formation over a period ranging fro

This idea of quantifying the energy of bodies orbiting the Sun is not new. We have identified that quantization applies well if we use the true quantum number associated with the true energy state of rotating bodies. This quantum number is very high for the main bodies or planets (10~70 to 76). However, since quantum energy levels E are very high and ΔE very low we observe that bodies can in practice occupy all orbits. Thus, the current observed stable positions of the bodies are the results of the quantization and the sum of the effects of other perturbative phenomena. To find a quantum state starting with n = 1, we expressed the true integer quantum numbers as a function of that of the planet Mercury and we find an excellent correlation. However, the search for a correlation of prediction of the average orbital radius of bodies using the simple integer number n = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, … is not excellent for bodies beyond the planet Pluto. Indeed, several trans-Neptunian bodies have similar integer quantum numbers, which poses a problem in the sequence of integer numbers beyond 10. Moreover, it appears that the trans-Neptunian bodies seem to be grouped for many of them according to relatively well-defined bands. The study made it possible to question the de Broglie wavelength of bodies (10~-58 to -65 m). Indeed, with the hypothesis of Planck quantities that would apply to the scale of the universe, it is difficult to conceive that de Broglie wavelengths are less than the Planck length lp. This led to an expression of the modified de Broglie wavelength λm that predicts an asymptotic lower limit value equal to πlp. This modified de Broglie wavelength makes it possible to obtain a better correlation for the prediction of the average orbital radius of bodies. A cosmological model was developed using the equation of state of photon gas, as well as cosmic time. To do so, a numerical application of the evolution of variables in accordance with cosmic time and a new state equation was developed to determine precise, realistic values for a number of cosmological parameters, such as the energy of the universe U, cosmological constant Λ, the curvature of space k, energy density ρΛe, age of the universe tΩ etc. The development of the state equation highlights the importance of not neglecting any of the differential terms given the very large amounts in play that can counterbalance the infinitesimals. Some assumptions were put forth in order to solve these equations. The current version of the model partially explains several of the observed phenomena that raise questions. Numerical application of the model has yielded the following results, among others: Initially, during the Planck era, at the very beginning of Planck time, tp, the universe contained a single photon at Planck temperature TP, almost Planck energy EP in the Planck volume. During the photon inflation phase (before characteristic time ~10-9 [s]), the number of original photons (alphatons) increased at each unit of Planck time tp and geometrical progression~n3, where n is the quotient of cosmic time over Planck time t/tp. Then, the primordial number of photons reached a maximum of N~1089, where it remained constant. Supercharging is the process of supplying air for combustion at a pressure greater than that achieved by natural or atmospheric induction, as applied to internal combustion engines. As a consequence of demonstrated technological, economical and energetic advantages in multiple literature evaluations concerning the large scale wind-compressed air hybrid storage system with gas turbines, the utilization of a hybrid wind-diesel system with compressed air storage (HWDCAS) has been frequently explored. These will mainly have average or small scale application such as the powering of isolated sites. It has been proven in numerous studies that the HWDCAS combined with an additional supercharging of the diesel engines will contribute to the increase of the power and efficiency of the diesel engine, the reduction of both fuel consumption and the emission of greenhouse gases (GHG). This article presents the obtained results from experimental validation of the selected design with an aim to valorize this innovative solution and become trustworthy.

目的:研究浸润于肿瘤组织中的CD4+T淋巴细胞与自身B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(B-NHL)肿瘤细胞间的相互作用。方法:采用磁珠抗体分离法将1例B-NHL患者的脾边缘区恶性B淋巴细胞与浸润在肿瘤组织中的CD4+T细胞分离出来,共培养并观察恶性B淋巴细胞的生物学变化。结果:恶性的B细胞发生了形态学变化,逐渐向浆细胞转化;同时,逐渐丧失其细胞膜表面特异性标记CD19等B细胞特征性的标记,取而代之的是CD138等成熟浆细胞特有的标记分子。通过抗体分离得到CD138+细胞后,经重组免疫球蛋白(Ig)重链的PCR进一步证实这些细胞来源于恶性B细胞。结论:低分化恶性B细胞的正常分化过程并非完全阻断,适当的外界微环境能启动受阻的分化过程。肿瘤组织来源的CD4+T细胞具有促使自体肿瘤B细胞向浆细胞分化的能力。

目的:研究CD4+ T细胞的抗肿瘤能力。方法:利用1例滤泡B淋巴细胞淋巴瘤患者的外周血淋巴细胞,将缺乏人类白细胞抗原Ⅰ(HLA-Ⅰ)的恶性CH1细胞株作为惟一的刺激源,以梯度稀释法,得到3种自体的、细胞毒性的、具有肿瘤杀伤特异性的CD4+ T细胞克隆。结果:3种T细胞克隆可以杀伤来自于新鲜恶性B细胞的自体HLA-Ⅰ分子缺乏的淋巴瘤细胞株,但却对EB病毒(EBV)阳性的正常B细胞或K562细胞无杀伤溶解作用。3种肿瘤特异杀伤的CD4+ T细胞均为TCR Vβ17-Dβ1-Jβ1.2,并具有同样的CDR3。结论:研究表明,CD4+ T细胞克隆能够被扩增,其能够特异性地杀伤从自体淋巴瘤细胞衍生的细胞株。通过产生CD4+ T细胞来杀伤肿瘤细胞及其相应的过继转移,特别是在肿瘤逃避CD8+T细胞介导的免疫杀伤作用时,CD4+ T细胞能起到替代作用。
