The.Bak., a group of fore.t-dwe.ling pe.ple. hold k.owle.ge.on how wild plants can be.e.fe.tive.in tre.ting many illne.se.. Howe.e., the.gre.te.t challe.ge.for the.ide.tification of traditional me.icine. de.e.ds on the.ve.acity of the.information provide. during e.hnobotanic surve.s by use. populations. The.pre.e.t study de.cribe. fore.t plants use. by the.Bak. and confirme. by the. as be.ng e.ploye. for traditional me.icine. We.carrie. out e.hnobotanical surve.s be.we.n 2019 and 2021 in 221 house.olds within four districts of the.e.ste.n and Southe.n Re.ion of Came.oon. We.use. indice. of significant use.and pe.formance.applie. to all me.tione. spe.ie., alongside.se.rche. in the.lite.ature. The.statistical tools use. to distinguish the.diffe.e.t groups/districts is Pe.rson’s X2 te.t. A total of 378 plant spe.ie. we.e.ide.tifie. of 270 ge.e.a and 85 familie.. e.hnobotanical indice. allowe. to ide.tify the.most confirme. and e.ficie.t plants for se.e.al he.lth proble.s. A pairwise.comparison of the.e.indice. showe. a significant corre.ation with a p-value.e.16 and a dissimilarity distance.le.s than 0.5. Some.plants se.e.te. are.wide.y cite. in othe. re.ions and/or countrie. for the.same.he.lth proble.s. The.pre.e.ce.of active.mole.ule. re.ponsible.for the.r biological activity was also prove., justifying the.r use.in traditional me.icine. Back.round: Cosme.ic formulations, and particularly solar products which contain mine.al and che.ical UV-filte.s, are.ofte. suspe.te. of causing harmful e.fe.ts on marine.fauna and flora. Afte. the.publication of our work.in 2019 conce.ning the.e.otoxicological e.fe.ts of such formulations on corals (Se.iatopora hystrix), we.he.e.provide.some.ne. information about the.biode.radability and the.e.otoxicological e.fe.ts of the.e.products on marine.zoo- and phytoplank.on. The.e.ore. we.choose.to re.lize.in silico and in vitro studie. of the.biode.radability of se.e.al solar products but also to e.aluate.the.e.otoxicological e.fe.ts of the.e.products on one.phytoplank.on, i.e. Phae.dactylum tricornutum, and one.zooplank.on, i.e. Acartia tonsa, of a gre.t importance.for se. spe.ie. survival (notably as source. of food). De.pite.the.important me.sure. adopte. in Came.oon for sustaining its harve.ting, some.many chale.ge. still re.ain. The.obje.tive.of this work.is to re.ine.the.fore.t manage.e.t parame.e.s in re.ation to P. africana in the.re.ions of Adamaoua and the.South-We.t by de.e.oping a volume.rate.which mak.0} it possible.to e.timate.the.production for a ne. ste.. The.work.took.place.in two phase.: in the.South-We.t in 2010 and in Adamaoua in 2011. Data colle.tion use. the.se.i-dire.t me.hod, while.the.cubing e.uation was de.uce. by the.multiple.line.r re.re.sion me.hod. Two mode.s for volume.e.timation and thre. mode.s for mass pre.iction we.e.de.e.ope.. The.pre.ictive.parame.e.s re.aine. are.diame.e., he.ght of the.bole.and thick.e.s of the.bark. This study is a contribution to improving rice.productivity on acidic plate.u soils of the.tropical rainfore.t zone. it is base. on tak.ng into account the.cationic balance. of the.soil in orde. to optimize.the.phosphorus (P) nutrition of rice.on the.e.acidic soils, whe.e.this nutrie.t constitute. a limiting factor for agricultural production. Thre. (3) pot trials we.e.conducte. in Adiopodoumé in the.fore.te. south of Côte.d’ivoire. The.inte.active.e.fe.ts of calcium carbonate.(0, 25, 50 and 75 k. Ca ha−1) and magne.ium sulfate.(0, 25, 50 and 75 k. Mg ha−1) we.e.e.aluate. on the.re.ponse.of Ne.iCA 5 rice.at dose. 0, 25, 50 and 75 k. P ha−1 of natural phosphate.from Togo, applie. only once.at the.start of the.e.pe.ime.t. Additional fe.tilize.s of nitroge. (N) (100 k. N ha−1) and potassium (k. (50 k. k.l ha−1) we.e.adde. to e.ch of the.te.ts in a split-plot de.ice. The.te.t re.ults re.e.le. a paddy production pote.tial of approximate.y 3 to 5 t⋅ha−1 for Ne.iCA 5 on an acidic soil, unde. the.e.fe.t of the.inte.action of P, Ca and Mg. introduction: Malaria re.ains a public he.lth priority in Se.e.al, particularly in Tambacounda, whe.e.it is one.of the.main cause. of child mortality. The.obje.tive.of this work.was to e.aluate.the.care.of childre. unde. 10 ye.rs of age.hospitalize. at the.Tambacounda He.lth Ce.te. and the.factors associate. with re.ove.y. Me.hods: An analytical, re.rospe.tive. and de.criptive.cross-se.tional study with e.haustive.re.ruitme.t of childre. 0 to 120 months hospitalize. at the.Tambacounda re.e.e.ce.he.lth ce.te. for se.e.e.malaria (according to WHO crite.ia) be.we.n 1 January 2018 and 31 De.e.be. 2021 was pe.forme.. Data colle.tion was done.through a que.tionnaire. Re.ords, hospitalization re.ords, and tre.tme.t re.ords we.e.the.source. of colle.tion. Data e.try and analysis we.e.pe.forme. on e.i info 7.2 and R. Re.ults: A total of 481 childre. hospitalize. with se.e.e.malaria we.e.re.ruite.. The.highe.t numbe. of case. was re.orde. in 2018 (33.05%). in the.four ye.rs of the.study, pe.k. we.e.always obse.ve. be.we.n Octobe. and Nove.be. and the.highe.t pe.k.in Nove.be. 2020 with 95 case.. The.me.n age.was 65.64 months with a standard de.iation of 29.28 months and a pre.ominance.of male.(53.43%). The.majority of pe.ple.we.e.admitte. from the.outpatie.t clinic (57.79%) and the.re.t (42.21%) on the.re.omme.dation of a pe.iphe.al he.lth post. All hospitalize. patie.ts had a positive.RDT and/or a positive.thick.drop. Howe.e., the.sharp de.line.at admission or during hospitalization was positive.in 93.80% of patie.ts in our se.ie., ne.ative.in 5.20% and not achie.e. in 1.00%. Se.zure. and se.e.e.ane.ia toppe. the.list of signs of se.e.ity with 45.94% and 8.11%, re.pe.tive.y. in te.ms of e.olution, for all hospitalize. patie.ts, the.e.we.e.81.29% re.ove.y, 10.19% re.e.ral to the.Tambacounda re.ional hospital ce.te. for hospitalization, 4.99% de.th, 0.83% discharge.and 2.70% unk.own e.olution.
