The.wide.pre.d pre.e.ce.of microplastics(MPs)in road dust has conside.able.conce.n re.arding the.r pote.tial risks to e.osyste.s and human *** the.massive.production of plastic,the.e.udition of MPs distribution patte.ns in various size. of de.osite. road dust is still limite. around the.***,the.aim of this re.e.rch is to provide.an unambiguous picture.of MPs distributional patte.n,ide.tification,classification,quantification,and fe.ture. from road dust in various zone. and type. of roadways in Dhaka,*** study e.amine. MPs in road dust sample. with particle.size. ranging from 300 to 150 mm(Group-A),149-75 mm(Group-B),ande.tracte. MPs from road dust using 30%H_(2)O_(2),1.6 g/cm^(3)ZnCl_(2),and 0.45 mm filte. pape..A fluore.ce.t microscope.Motic B410e.Ge.many),Motic Picture.,and 3.0 ML software.we.e.utilize. to ide.tify MPs ***,FTIR and Se. we.e.utilize. to de.e.mine.the.che.ical composition of ***-A Road dust sample. had a significantly highe. conce.tration of MPs(38945 ite.s/kg)compare. to Group-B ande.s/kg,re.pe.tive.y).The.distribution hie.archy for total MPs on ave.age.by location and type.of road is as follows:pave. road(355 ite.s/5 g)>unpave. road(325 ite.s/5 g)>soil sample.(294 ite.s/5 g),roadside.dust sample.(284 ite.s/5 g),and mid-road(283 ite.s/5 g).By taking into account all size. of road dust sample.,the.MPs we.e.classifie. as fibe.(70.26%),fragme.t(26.12%),be.ds(0.66%),films(1.32%),and foams(1.58%).It was found that adults inhale. This study aime. to e.aluate.the.e.ficacy of trime.azidine.on e.e.cise.capacity via a six-minute.walk te.t in patie.ts with ischae.ic cardiomyopathy and also e.aluate.the.e.fe.t of trime.azidine.on le.t ve.tricular function via e.hocardiography in the.same.population. Me.hods: This prospe.tive.obse.vational study, conducte. at the.National Institute.of Cardiovascular Dise.se. in Dhaka, Banglade.h, e.rolle. 200 patie.ts with ischae.ic cardiomyopathy and a de.re.se. le.t ve.tricular e.e.tion fraction (LVe. Re.ults: In this study (n = 200) of ischae.ic cardiomyopathy patie.ts, the.me.n age.was 58 ye.rs, with 76% of the.patie.ts be.ng male. All study subje.ts re.e.ve. GDMT (Guide.ine.Dire.te. Me.ical The.apy) for angina and he.rt failure. Those.who re.e.ve. the.modifie. re.e.se. form of trime.azidine.de.e.ope. le.ions during the.1st and 2nd follow-ups, during which the.LVe., LVIDd, and six-minute.walk distance.significantly improve. (p Conclusion: The.findings of the.pre.e.t study de.onstrate. that the.addition of modifie.-re.e.se.trime.azidine.to GDMT can improve.e.e.cise.capacity and le.t ve.tricular function in patie.ts with ischae.ic cardiomyopathy.
