It is considered the class of Riemann surfaces with dimT1=0, where T1 is a subclass of exactharmonic forms which is one of the factors in the orthogonal decomposition of the space Ω^H of harmonic forms of the surface, namely Ω^H=＊Ω^H＋T1＋＊T0^H＋T0^H＋T2The surfaces in the class OHD and the clase of planar surfaces satisfy dimT1 =0. *** posed the question whether there might exist other surfaces outside those two classes. Here it is shown that in the case of finite genus g, we should look for a surface S with dimTl = 0 among the surfaces of the form Sg／K , where Sg is a closed surface of genus g and K a compact set of positive harmonic measure with perfect components and very irregular boundary.

Sequence and intensity are two essential components of bird *** the moult sequences of remex tracts are highly homogenous across passerines,other tracts apparently show a high ***,order of moult activation among tracts are insufficiently ***,dynamics of moult intensity as moult progresses remains poorly ***,we provide detailed quantitative description of moult sequence and intensity in the House Sparrow(passer domesticus).To understand their role,we tested two hypotheses on the:1) protection function of moult sequence,and 2) aerodynamic and physiological constraints on moult *** scored percentage growth of 313 captured sparrows using the mass of the feathers of each tract(also length for remiges)to monitor moult intensity throughout the complete moult progress,which is defined as the fraction of new and growing feathers in a moulting bird relative to the total *** sequence was highly variable both within wing coverts and among feather tracts,with moult sequence differing among all birds to some *** only found support for the protection function between greater coverts and both tertials and ***-moult intensity conformed to theoretical predictions,therefore lending support to the aerodynamic-constraint ***,remex-moult speed plateaued during the central stages of moult ***,overall plumage-moult speed did not fit predictions of the physiological-constraint hypothesis,showing that the remex moult is only constrained by *** results indicate that aerodynamic loss is not simply the inevitable effect of moult,but that moult is finely regulated to reduce aerodynamic *** propose that the moult of the House Sparrow is controlled through sequence and intensity adjustments in order to:1) avoid body and wing growth peaks;2) fulfil the protection function between some key feather tracts;3) reduce detrimental effects on flight ability;4) keep remex seque

Latin-America (LATAM) is the second region in gastric cancer incidence;gastric adenocarcinoma (GA) represents 95% of all cases. We provide a mutational landscape of GA highlighting a) germline pathogenic variants associated with hereditary GA, b) germline risk variants associated with sporadic GA, and c) somatic variants present in sporadic GA in LATAM, and analyze how this landscape can be applied for precision medicine. We found that Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, peru, and Venezuela are the countries with more published studies from LATAM explicitly related to GA. Our analysis displayed that different germline pathogenic variants for the CDH1 gene have been identified for hereditary GA in Brazilian, Chilean, Colombian, and Mexican populations. An increased risk of developing somatic GA is associated with the following germline risk variants: IL-4, IL-8, TNF-α, pTGS2, NFKB1, RAF1, KRAS and MApK1 in Brazilian;IL-10 in Chilean;IL-10 in Colombian;EGFR and ERRB2 in Mexican, TCF7L2 and Chr8q24 in Venezuelan population. The path from mutational landscape to precision medicine requires four development levels: 1) Data compilation, 2) Data analysis and integration, 3) Development and approval of clinical approaches, and 4) population benefits. Generating local genomic information is the initial padlock to overcome to generate and apply precision medicine.

Chemical defenses are frequently accompanied by salient color patterns actively avoided by predators,a phe-nomenon referred to as ***,the production of both chemical defenses and pigments is costly,and is thus expected to be reduced under mild predator *** this work,I compared the size and coloration of parotoid glands(2 dorsal,external swollen structures that secrete toxins in toads)of male and female Epidalea calamita toads from agrosystems and from pine groves.I also quantiﬁed the predator attacks received by plas-ticine toad models,whose“parotoid glands”differed in size and color conspicuousness,exposed in each *** avoided models with large and conspicuous parotoid glands,but models in agrosystems were more of-ten *** actual toads,agrosystem and male individuals had larger parotoid glands,presumably implying greater production of chemical defenses than in pine grove and female conspeciﬁ***ﬁndings are aligned with previous research suggesting that both agrosystem toads and males in this system are subjected to a more intense predator *** between parotoid gland and dorsum coloration was greater in agrosys-tem toads.A marked internal pattern could function as an aposematic signal,which could counteract increased predator pressure.

To detect security vulnerabilities in a web application,the security analyst must choose the best performance Security Analysis Static Tool(SAST)in terms of discovering the greatest number of security vulnerabilities as *** compare static analysis tools for web applications,an adapted benchmark to the vulnerability categories included in the known standard Open Web Application Security project(OWASp)Top Ten project is *** information of the security effectiveness of a commercial static analysis tool is not usually a publicly accessible research and the state of the art on static security tool analyzers shows that the different design and implementation of those tools has different effectiveness rates in terms of security *** the significant cost of commercial tools,this paper studies the performance of seven static tools using a new methodology proposal and a new benchmark designed for vulnerability categories included in the known standard OWASp Top Ten ***,the practitioners will have more precise information to select the best tool using a benchmark adapted to the last versions of OWASp Top Ten *** results of this work have been obtaining using widely acceptable metrics to classify them according to three different degree of web application criticality.
