In this paper, the method interpolating Vienna Mapping Function （VMF1） grid data to estimate Precipitable Water Vapor （PWV） is introduced. Using precise point positioning technique, the PWV values are estimated without external meteorological measurements. The experiment results demonstrate a good agreement with those derived with current state-of-the-art procedure that relies on site-specific meteorological observations. The zenith path delay （ZPD） results are compared with International GNSS Service （IGS） troposphere product and the RMS of differences are within 8.3mm. Compared with sounding data, the RMS of the PWV difference are less than 5mm, which preliminarily validated the feasibility to apply this method to regional weather monitoring.

Titanium-aluminium-nitride (Ti1-xAlxN) coatings were deposited by close-field un balanced magnetron sputtering on M42 steel substrates and WC-6wt%Co inserts at 4 50℃. The tribological behavior was analyzed by sliding against steel and WC- 6wt%Co balls, while the turning performance was evaluated by a conventional tu rning machine at high cutting speeds without using coolants. In the tribological tests, the formation of transfer layer and the variations of hardness of the co atings played an important role for sliding against steel balls. For the coating s sliding against WC-6wt%Co balls, the Ti-Al-N coatings showed a similar frictio n coefficient, but the TiN coating exhibited a lower value. The difference could be explained by the tri-oxidation wear mechanism. In the turning tests, a super ior cutting performance of the coating was found at x=0.45, which endured 38 min utes before the tool flank wear reached the maximum value of 0.3mm, whereas only 20 minutes were endured for the TiN coating. The excellent performance of the c oatings in the turning tests could be explained by the enhanced mechanical prope rties and oxidation/diffusion resistance of the coatings.

Heterogeneous integration of InP and GaS b on Si substrates holds a huge potential interest in near-infrared and mid-infrared optoelectronic devices. In this study, 2-inch 180-nm-thick InP and 185-nmthick GaS b thin layers were successfully transferred onto the Si substrates to form high-quality and ultrasmooth InP/Si and GaS b/Si templates using molecular beam epitaxy(MBE) and the ion-slicing technique together with selective chemical etching. The relocation of the implantation-introduced damage in the sacrificial layer enables the transfer of relatively defect-free InP and GaS b thin films. The sacrificial layers were completely etched off by selective chemical etching, leaving ultra-smooth epitaxial surfaces with a roughness of 0.2 nm for the InP/Si template and 0.9 nm for the GaS b/Si template, respectively. Thus, the chemical mechanical polishing(CMP) process was not required to smooth the surface which usually introduces particles and chemical contaminations on the transferred templates. Furthermore, the donor substrate is not consumed and can be recycled to reduce the cost, which provides a paradigm for the sustainable and economic development of the Si integration platform.

Agrogyron elongatum were grown in nutrient solution containing moderate to high amounts of separate heavy metal of Cd, Cu, Ni and Ph in a greenhouse for a 9 - day. Cd, Cu, Ni and Ph generally led to decrease in the elongation of roots although the length of seedlings exposed to Cd and Ph at 0.05 and 0.5 mg/L showed to be slightly greater than that of controls. Of the four metals in the experiment, Ph was absorbed and accumulated to the highest level, with the concentrations of 92754 mg/kg dry weight (DW) in roots and 11683 mg/kg DW in shoots. Cd was moderately accumulated in Agrogyron elongatum, but the maximum bioaccumulation coefficients (BCs) for roots and shoots were observed. The patterns for Cu and Ni uptake and distribution in plants differed from those of Ph and Cd, as it was showed that the shoot accumulation of Cu and Ni was significantly higher than in roots. A. elongation had the highest Ni concentration in shoots (30261 mg/kg DW) at the external concentration of 250 mg/L. Cu ranked second, with a shoot concentration of 12230 mg/kg DW when 50 mg/L Cu in solution was applied. For the four trace elements tested, the highest concentrations in shoots decreased by the order of Ni > Cu > Ph > Cd (mg/kg DW), and those in roots were Ph > Cd > Ni > Cu (mg/kg DW). Malic, oxalic and citric acids exuded by roots exposed to 1 and 50 mg/L of the metals were detected. Release of organic acids from plants significantly differed among the metal treatments. Cu was most effectively in inducing root exudation of the three types of organic acids. Cd, and Ni were also the inducers of secretion of malic and oxalic acids. With reference of Pb, a small amounts of malic and oxalic acids were detected in the root exudates, but few quantities, of citric acid were. found. However, no correlation between alternations in root exudation of organic acids and metal accumulation could be established.

Aim： To evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of vardenafil, a phosphodiesterase type-5 （PDE-5） inhibitor, in men of Asian ethnicity with erectile dysfunction （ED）. Methods： In this prospective, double-blind, multinational study, Asian men were randomized to receive vardenafil （10 mg） or placebo （4：1 ratio） for 12 weeks. The primary efficacy variables were the International Index of Erectile Function erectile function domain （IIEF-EF）, and Sexual Encounter Profile （SEP） questions related to penetration and intercourse completion. Significant mean improvements were required in all three measures to show positive benefits of vardenafil treatment. Secondary efficacy variables included the Global Assessment Question （GAQ） on erection improvement. Results： Least-squares mean baseline IIEF-EF domain scores （vardenafil 14.6, placebo 13.4） were consistent with moderate ED. After 12 weeks, vardenafil treatment was associated with significant increases from the baseline in IIEF-EF domain scores compared with the placebo （22.4 vs. 14.3; P 〈 0.001）. Vardenafil was associated with significant improvements from baseline in least squares （LS） mean success rates for SEP-2 （vardenafil 82.2 vs. placebo 43.6; P 〈 0.001） and SEP-3 （vardenafil 66.1 vs. placebo 24.0; P 〈 0.001）. Positive GAQ responses were reported by 81.8% of vardenafil recipients vs. 24.3% of placebo recipients. Adverse events were reported by 25.4% of the vardenafil group, the majority mild and transient. Conclusion： Vardenafil （10 mg） is a highly effective and well-tolerated treatment for moderate ED in Asian men. These results add to the increasing amount of data demonstrating the safety and efficacy of vardenafil for the treatment of ED in a range of patient populations.

Adsorption is an important process in wastewater treatment,and conversion of waste materials to adsorbent offers a solution to high material cost related to the use of commercial activated *** study investigated the adsorption behaviour of Reactive Black 5(RB5)and methylene blue(MB)onto activated carbon produced from textile sludge(TSAC).The activated carbon was synthesized through chemical activation of precursor followed with carbonization at 650°C under nitrogen *** of time(0–200 min),pH(2–10),temperature(25–60°C),initial dye concentration(0–200 mg·L^(-1)),and adsorbent dosage(0.01–0.15 g)on dye removal efficiency were *** screening revealed that TSAC synthesized via H_2SO_4activation showed higher adsorption behaviour than TSAC activated by KCl and ZnCl_*** adsorption capacity of TSAC was found to be 11.98 mg·g^(-1)(RB5)and 13.27 mg·g^(-1)(MB),and is dependent on adsorption time and initial dye *** adsorption data for both dyes were well fitted to Freundlich isotherm model which explains the heterogeneous nature of TSAC *** dye adsorption obeyed pseudo-second order kinetic model,thus chemisorption was the controlling *** study reveals potential of textile sludge in removal of dyes from aqueous solution,and further studies are required to establish the applicability of the synthesized adsorbent for the treatment of waste water containing toxic dyes from textile industry.

目的探讨Bipartition截骨术结合颅骨重塑治疗眶距增宽症伴发面中部发育不良的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2005年7月和2018年8月上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院收治的2例眶距增宽症合并颌面部发育畸形患者的临床资料。男1例,女1例,年龄分别为17、19岁。术前采集患者全头颅CT数据,进行三维重建,对手术进行设计,并进行手术模拟,确定术中去骨量及V形截骨线角度。手术采用经颅内径路,额部颅骨开窗,完成颅面整体Monobloc联合截骨游离整块颅-眶-上颌骨组织后,再根据术前三维设计的方案行Bipartition截骨V形截除眶间骨块及沿中线纵向劈开硬腭,最终使颅面骨分为2段完全游离的骨块,重塑额部,将双侧眶-上颌骨块内旋并固定,以肋软骨隆鼻。术后随访观察患者恢复情况、并发症发生情况,以及眼球活动、视力、嗅觉、鼻部形态、骨性眶间距(IOD)、眶距增宽外观形态的改善程度。结果2例患者均去除眶鼻骨15 mm;IOD分别缩窄为17 mm和19 mm。2例患者均在术后出现轻度脑脊液漏,分别去枕平卧5 d和8 d后自愈。男患者出现冠状切口处局部皮肤感染,换药1周后痊愈。女患者术后1周鼻尖近鼻小柱部分破溃,清创修整后痊愈。随访4~11个月,2例患者的眼球活动可,视力可,无复视,辐辏功能正常,嗅觉正常。鼻部重建形态可,眶距增宽的外观形态得到有效纠正,但鼻部形态及内眦赘皮仍需进一步修整。结论Bipartition截骨术能有效治疗面中部过宽,通过两侧颅-眶-颧-上颌骨块内旋固定可使高拱形腭降低,使上颌咬合平面平坦。

Synthesis of self-assembled nanorod vanadium oxide bundles by sonochemical treatment

Self-assembled nanorod of vanadium oxide bundles were synthesized by treating bulk V2O5 with high intensity sonochemical technique. The synthesized materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, scanning electron microscope （SEM）, transmission electron microscope （TEM） and temperature-programmed reduction （TPR） in H2. Catalytic behaviour of the materials over anaerobic n-butane oxidation was studied through temperature-programmed reaction （TPRn）. Catalytic evaluation of the sonochemical treated V2O5 products was also studied on microreactor. XRD patterns of all the vanadium samples were perfectly indexed to V2O5. The morphologies of the nanorod vanadium oxides as shown in SEM and TEM depended on the duration of the ultrasound irradiation. Prolonging the ultrasound irradiation duration resulted in materials with uniform, well defined shapes and surface structures and smaller size of nanorod vanadium oxide bundles. H2-TPR profiles showed that larger amount of oxygen species were removed from the nanorod V2O5 compared to the bulk. Furthermore, the nanorod vanadium oxide bundles, which were produced after 90, 120 and 180 min of sonochemical treatment, showed an additional reduction peak at lower temperature （-850 K）, suggesting the presence of some highly active oxygen species. TPRn in n-butane/He over these materials showed that the nanorod V2O5 with highly active oxygen species showed markedly higher activity than the bulk material, which was further proven by catalytic oxidation of n-butane.
