Objective:To assess the characteristics and quality of cost utility analyses (CUA) related to otolaryngology within the CeA registry and to summarize their collective results. Methods:All cost-utility analyses published between 1976 and 2011 contained in the Cost-effectiveness Analysis Registry (CeA Registry) were evaluated. Topics that fall within the care of an otolaryngologist were included in the review regardless of the presence of an otolaryn-gologist author. Potential associations between various study characteristics and CeA registry quality scores were evaluated using the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. Results:Sixty-one of 2913 (2.1%) total CUA publications screened were related to otolaryn-gology. eighteen of 61 (29.5%) publications included an otolaryngologist as an author. Fourteen studies agreed on the cost effectiveness of at least unilateral cochlear implantation and six of seven (85.7%) studies demonstrated the cost effectiveness of continuous positive airway pres-sure (CPAP) for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Forty-six percent (28 of 61) of all manuscripts were published between 2008 and 2011. A more recent publication year was associated with a higher CeA registry quality score while the presence of an otolaryngologist author and journal impact factor had no significant correlation with the quality of the CUA. Conclusion:Based on current evidence in the CeA registry, unilateral cochlear implantation for hearing loss and CPAP for OSA are both cost-effective therapeutic interventions. Although CUAs in otolaryngology have increased in quantity and improved in quality in more recent years, there is a relative lack of CUAs in otolaryngology in comparison to other subspecialties. The inclusion of PepSoyGen (PSG), a commercially-available fermented soybean meal product, was evaluated with juvenile rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss in an initial 70-day feeding trial, with a supplemental trial involving a subset of the experimental diets continuing for an additional 40 d. Six diets containing 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, or 50% PSG, with the PSG directly replacing fish meal, were used in the first trial. There were no significant differences in weight gain or feed conversion ratio between the fish meal-based control diet and diets containing up to 30% PSG. However, weight gain was significantly reduced and feed conversion ratio significantly increased with the 40% and 50% PSG diets. No health assessment differences were observed in fish receiving any of the diets, and no evidence of gross gut inflammation was evident. There were no significant differences in weight gain or feed conversion ratio among the four dietary treatments ranging from 0% to 30% PSG which were fed for an additional 40 d after the initial 70-d trial (110 days total). Based on these results, juvenile rainbow trout diets can contain up to 30% PSG without any loss of rearing performance, thereby replacing at least 60% of the fish meal.

信息技术的发展和使用不断改变着居民的购物方式和行为,并对城市交通和城市商业空间布局等产生了一系列影响。采用2015年南京市居民购物行为问卷调查数据,通过联合有序probit模型,探讨南京市居民购物行为影响因素和空间效应,并对四种商品进行对比研究。研究表明:(1)家庭生命周期、城市建成环境、居民购物态度、机动车保有状况和社会经济人口因素均对居民购物行为有显著影响,且存在产品类型差异;(2)不同类型人群对城市交通出行和商业布局的影响不同,且特征人群分布存在空间分异;(3)居民对不同产品类型购物的空间偏好存在差异,且这种偏好受居民主观决策和客观环境共同影响。基于以上发现,对城市交通和商业布局提出相关建议。

Reducing the amount of supplemental feed postpartum without affecting productivity may enhance profitability of cow-calf operations. Therefore, sixteen 2-yr-old fall calving cows were used to evaluate effects of delaying postpartum supplementation on milk production, serum metabolites, and cow and calf BW change. Cows were stratified by calving date and randomly assigned to one of two treatments: 908 g/d of a 46% CP supplement beginning 5 d postpartum (Supp5, n = 7);or 908 g/d of the same supplement beginning 30 d postpartum (Supp30, n = 9). Supplements were formulated to provide 425 g/d of CP with 225 g coming from ruminally undegradable protein (RUP), and were fed twice weekly. Cows were daily fed 8.2 kg chopped sudangrass hay (5.5% CP, 74% NDF, OM basis) during lactation. Cows and calves were weighed before feeding on two consecutive days on d 0, d 30, and d 80 postpartum. Milk production and constituents were evaluated on d 90. Cow BW was not different at d 0 (P = 0.21) and 80 (P = 0.12) between treatment groups. Cows receiving supplement starting on d 5 postpartum were heavier (P = 0.04) than Supp30 cows on d 30. However, no differences (P ≥ 0.17) were found in BW change or ADG during the duration of the study. Milk production was similar (P = 0.99) for postpartum supplementation treatments. No differences (P ≥ 0.27) were observed in milk fat, lactose, protein, or solids-non-fat. However, there was a tendency (P = 0.09) for milk urea nitrogen to be greater for cows receiving supplement on d 5 than d 30 of lactation. Serum urea nitrogen was greater (P = 0.02) in cows receiving Supp5 than cows receiving Supp30. Serum non-esterified fatty acid (NeFA) and glucose concentrations were not different (P ≥ 0.40) between treatment groups. Calf BW and average daily gain (ADG) was not influenced (P ≥ 0.81) by timing of initial postpartum supplementation. Heifers grazing winter range require supplemental nutrients to complement dormant forage to achieve optimal growth and performance. A study was conducted to evaluate nutritional environment and effect of different supplementation strategies for developing heifers grazing dormant winter range. eighty-four Angus crossbred heifers were stratified by body weight at weaning, allocated to one of six replicated pastures, and randomly assigned one of three supplemental treatments: 1) 908 g/d of a control supplement providing 340 g·hd-1·d-1 of CP with 130 g of rumen undegradable protein (RUP) and 614 MJ of Me (LRUP);2) 908 g/d of a RUP supplement providing 340 g·hd-1·d-1 of CP with 170 g of RUP and 567 MJ of Me (HRUP);or 3) 1814 g/d of a protein and energy supplement providing 340 g·hd-1·d-1 of CP with 120 g of RUP + 100 g of propionate salt (NutroCalTM, Kemin Industries, Inc.) and 1222 MJ of Me (LRUP + e). Body weights were taken in November, with monthly 12 h shrunk BW from January thru April, and again in September (at time of pregnancy diagnosis). Heifer average daily gain was similar throughout the developmental period except from d125 to d159 where LRUP + e supplemented heifers had greater gains

Methods of analysis are needed that quantitatively characterize the response of organisms to anthropogenic disturbance. Herein a method is presented that characterizes bryophyte morphological variability in response to timber harvest treatments (clearcut and partial cut). Samples (n = 6196) of the semi-aquatic bryophyte Brachythecium frigidum were collected from clearcut, partial cut and full forest stream reaches between August 2003 and October 2005 and analyzed to obtain mass to stem length ratios (M:SL). Results show that relative to a full forest (i.e. full canopy cover condition), average M:SL ratios were reduced approximately 18% in the partial cut and 37% in the clearcut, indicating a decrease in biomass per unit stem length with increasing harvest intensities. Increased light intensities and higher air temperatures resulting from decreased canopy cover in the harvest treatments corresponded to lower M:SL ratios (0.31 and 0.24 for the partial cut and clearcut, respectively). Results quantify the morphological response of B. frigidum to habitat perturbation, thereby validating the method as a useful assessment of anthropogenic disturbance in post-timber harvest environments. Additional work should be conducted to test the method in other physiographic regions and to isolate bryophyte response to alterations of distinct environmental variables.

目的:活性瓷釉涂层能够显著增强钢筋的防腐蚀能力,同时明显提升钢筋与混凝土的粘结力。通过对活性瓷釉涂层钢筋以及钢纤维增强混凝土板在动、静力荷载作用下的承载力、变形特性以及破坏特征的研究,为活性瓷釉涂层技术在钢筋混凝土结构中的应用奠定理论基础。创新点:1.对活性瓷釉涂层钢筋混凝土板的动、静力学性能进行系统研究;2.探究活性瓷釉钢纤维在混凝土结构中的作用机理。方法:1.通过对活性瓷釉涂层钢筋混凝土板进行爆炸实验(图3),揭示活性瓷釉涂层钢筋混凝土结构的动力破坏特征(图5和6);2.通过对活性瓷釉涂层钢筋混凝土板进行静力实验(图4),研究在"点"荷载和"线"荷载作用下混凝土板的力学性能;3.通过分析钢纤维在钢筋混凝土结构中的传力机理,提出活性瓷釉涂层钢纤维在钢筋混凝土结构中的设计方法(图13)。结论:1.活性瓷釉涂层能够显著改善钢筋在混凝土结构中的传力性能;在动力荷载作用下,涂层钢筋混凝土结构的破坏程度明显减轻。2.活性瓷釉涂层能够显著改善钢筋混凝土结构的变形特性,大大增强其耗能能力。3.采用活性瓷釉涂层的钢纤维,其纤维长度可适当减小。
