Growing evidence suggests the implication of the gut microbiota in various facets of health and disease. In this review, the focus is put on microbiota-host molecular cross-talk at the gut epithelial level with special emphasis on two defense systems： intestinal alkaline phosphatase（IAP） and inducible heat shock proteins（iHsPs）. Both IAP and iHsPs are induced by various microbial structural components（e.g. lipopolysaccharide, flagellin, CpG DNA motifs）,metabolites（e.g. n-butyrate） or secreted signal molecules（e.g., toxins, various peptides, polyphosphate）. IAP is produced in the small intestine and secreted into the lumen and in the interior milieu. It detoxifies microbial components by dephosphorylation and, therefore, down-regulates microbe-induced inflammation mainly by inhibiting NF-κB pro-inflammatory pathway in enterocytes. IAP gene expression and enzyme activity are influenced by the gut microbiota. Conversely, IAP controls gut microbiota composition both directly, and indirectly though the detoxification of pro-inflammatory free luminal adenosine triphosphate and inflammation inhibition. Inducible HsPs are expressed by gut epithelial cells in proportion to the microbial load along the gastro-intestinal tract. They are also induced by various microbial components, metabolites and secreted molecules. Whether iHsPs contribute to shape the gut microbiota is presently unknown. Both systems display strong anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties that are protective to the gut and the host. Importantly, epithelial gene expressions and protein concentrations of IAP and iHsPs can be stimulated by probiotics, prebiotics and a large variety of dietary components, including macronutrients（protein and amino acids, especially L-glutamine, fat, fiber）, and specific minerals（e.g. calcium）and vitamins（e.g. vitamins K1 and K2）. some food components（e.g. lectins, soybean proteins, various polyphenols） may inhibit or disturb these systems. Impedance spectra of hot, dry gabbro have been studied at 1.0 - 2.0GPa and 593-1173 *** experimental results indicate that complex impedance depends on frequency of altering current. Impedance arcs representing grain interiors and grain boundaries conduction mechanism are displayed in the complex impedance plane. The impedance arc corresponding to grain interiors occurs over the range of 102-105 Hz, and the impedance arc corresponding to grain boundaries occurs over the range of 12 - 102 Hz. Each element of e-quivalent circuit corresponding to grain interiors is fit for complex nonlinear least square program. When garnet occurs in gabbro, the electrical conductivity of gabbro abruptly changes.

sUMMARY In this paper,we examine the effects of temperature-dependent viscoelastic properties of the host rock on the suberitical growth of a dyke from a magma chamber.A theoretical relationship between the velocity of subcritical dyke growth and dyke length is established using a perturbation solution of stress intensity factor at the dyke tip and a viscoelastic crack growth theory in which the temperature-dependent creep properties are taken into account. The temperature field around the dyke is calculated using an analytic *** numerical results for a dyke subcritically propagating from a magma chamber indicate that while the general dyke growth characteristics are similar to those with constant creep properties,the subcritical dyke growth velocity is increased by an order of magnitude by considering the temperature dependence of the creep ***,the subcritical growth duration before the dyke reaches the unstable growth state is significantly shortened.

Egypt is characterized by wide occurrence of serpentinites, particularly in the central and southern parts of Eastern Desert. There are several cooperate factors that affect the serpentinites used as ornamental stones. These factors involve mineralogical characteristics (including mineral composition and microstructure parameter), physical properties and mechanical properties. Antigorite is an essential serpentinite mineral, with a minor amount of chrysotile. Talc, carbonates (magnesite and dolomite) and tremolite are the main associated minerals. Quality and quantity of associated minerals such as talc and carbonates (dolomite and magnesite) affect the properties of serpentinites used as ornamental stones. Carbonates are resistant to weathering but suffer from acidic cleaning agents in interior use, whereas serpentinites with a high content of talc used on external faces undergo an increase in volume and a consequent rapid degradation. studied serpentinites are characterized by relatively small grain size with foliated texture, low water absorption, low porosity, and high abrasion resistance. In the samples studied the uniaxial compressive strength (UCs) varies between 89 and 189 MPa, with an average of 152 MPa. According to the classification of Bell (1992), sample No. B8 is very high in strength while the rest high in strength.

Recent advances in the molecular dynamics simulations of spontaneous nucleation and growth of methane hydrate show that an amorphous phase of the hydrate is first ***,the amorphous hydrate has not been well described,due to the insufficient identification of cage ***,we develop a method,called "face-saturated incomplete cage analysis",which can identify all face-saturated cages in a given *** a result,it is found that thousands of cage types and abundant occupancy states are present in the amorphous ***, the crystallinity of amorphous hydrate is evaluated according to the quantitative calculation of cage linking structures,and the critical nucleus of hydrate is also estimated on the basis of clustering analysis for all face-saturated cages.

We have investigated the properties of three-dimensional electrostatic ion solitary structures in highly dense collisional plasma composed of ultra-relativistically degenerate electrons and non-relativistic degenerate ions. In the limit of low ion-neutral collision rate, we have derived a damped Kadomtsev–Petviashvili(KP) equation using perturbation analysis. supplemented by vanishing boundary conditions, the time varying solution of damped KP equation leads to a weakly dissipative compressive soliton. The real frequency behavior and linear damping of solitary pulse due to ion-neutral collisions is discussed. In the presence of weak transverse perturbations, soliton evolution with damping parameter and plasma density is delineated pointing out the extent of propagation using typical parameters of dense plasma in the interior of white dwarfs.

In this paper,we defined the fuzzy operator Φ_(λ) in a fuzzy ideal approximation space(X,R,I)associated with a fuzzy rough set λ in sostak *** with Φ_(λ),there are fuzzy ideal interior and closure operators int_(Φ)^(λ) and cl_(Φ)^(λ),respectively.r-fuzzy separation axioms,r-fuzzy connectedness and r-fuzzy compactness in fuzzy ideal approximation spaces are defined and compared with the relative notions in r-fuzzy approximation *** are many differences when studying these notions related with a fuzzy ideal different from studying these notions in usual fuzzy approximation ***,using a fuzzy grill,we will get the same results given during the context.

This paper presents an automatic mesh generation procedure on a 2D domain based on a regular background grid. The idea is to devise a robust mesh generation scheme with equal emphasis on quality and efficiency. Instead of using a traditional regular rectangular grid, a mesh of equilateral triangles is employed to ensure triangular element of the best quality will be preserved in the interior of the domain. As for the boundary, it is to be generated by a node/segment insertion process. Nodes are inserted into the background mesh one by one following the sequence of the domain boundary. The local structure of the mesh is modified based on the Delaunay criterion with the introduction of each node. Those boundary segments, which are not produced in the phase of node insertion, will be recovered through a systematic element swap process. Two theorems will be presented and proved to set up the theoretical basic of the boundary recovery part. Examples will be presented to demonstrate the robustness and the quality of the mesh generated by the proposed technique.
