In September,the OPERA experiment in Italy claimed to have observed neutrinos which travel faster than *** experimental constraints are placed by neutrinos observed from the supernova SN1987A and from various terrestrial and astrophysical measurements of synchrotron radiation.Ⅰwill review the many experimental and theoretical challenges faced by any theory which attempts to explain this result,and speculate on just which theories may succeed.

引入了一种在量子场论中构造压缩算符的办法:考虑两个具有不同质量的同一标量场的自由哈密顿量,通过博戈留波夫变换,导出广义压缩算符,该算符把一个基态映射到另一个。该算符作用的有效性分别在量子场论的狄拉克表象和薛定谔泛函表象中得到了验证。我们相信,在任意实标量场理论中,只要存在两组以线性变换联系起来的生成湮灭算符,压缩算符就被类似的方法找到。

We derive the differential equation, which is satisfied by the ITER scalings for the dynamic energy confinement time. We show that this differential equation can also be obtained from the differential equation for the energy confinement time, derived from the energy balance equation, when the plasma is near the steady state. We find that the values of the scaling parameters are linked to the second derivative of the power loss, estimated at the steady state. As an example of an application, the solution of the differential equation for the energy confinement time is compared with the profile obtained by solving numerically the balance equations (closed by a transport model) for a concrete Tokamak-plasma.

Neutrino oscillations have been observed in solar and atmosphere neutrino experiments[1,2],and confirmed independently by accelerator and reactor neutrino experiments[3-5].However,some anomalies have been observed in neutrino experiments with different sources,detector principles and detection channels[6-13],which can not be accommodated within the standard three-flavour neutrino *** anomalous results may be a sign of further new physics beyond Standard Model and currently their most popular interpretation is the existence of sterile neutrino states with masses at the eV *** neutrino states are a key issue in searches for new physics beyond the Standard Model,and their existence and properties would also have important implications in astrophysics and cosmology.

The JUNO experiment[1] is the successor to Daya Bay. It envisages the construction of the world’s largest scintillator detector, which it will use primarily to detect reactor neutrinos, with the goal of determining the neutrino mass *** cosmogenic muons, i.e. the muons created by the interaction of cosmic rays in the atmosphere, provide a potentially dangerous background. They can interact with the 12C inside the detector creating, among other things, the isotopes 9Li and 8He; some of their decays can emit a neutron, mimicking the double coincidence used to identify the IBD reactor neutrino signal.
