This research paper analyzes the urgent topic of quantum cybersecurity and the current federal quantum-cyber landscape. Quantum-safe implementations within existing and future Internet of Things infrastructure are discussed, along with quantum vulnerabilities in public key infrastructure and symmetric cryptographic algorithms. Other relevant non-encryption-specific areas within cybersecurity are similarly raised. The evolution and expansion of cyberwarfare as well as new developments in cyber defense beyond post-quantum cryptography and quantum key distribution are subsequently explored, with an emphasis on public and private sector awareness and vigilance in maintaining strong security posture.

BACKGROUND All surgical specialties have been influenced by the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic,and substantial changes have been determined in medical assistance,especially in elective *** spine societies have published recommendations to provide optimal care during this unique *** To discuss the recommendations by many spine societies for the management of spinal diseases during the COVID-19 *** The present study was performed according to the PRISMA guidelines.A review of the MEDLINE database(PubMed–National Library of Medicine),Google,and Google Scholar was performed from March 2020 to date for articles published in the English *** Spine associations and societies worldwide were divided into three groups:Continental,specialty and country-based societies.A total of 27 spine associations were included in this *** were eight major continental associations,but only one-third of these had published guidelines and recommendations on this *** the other hand,the specialty-based societies have not addressed the topic,except in two *** The national spine societies showed the deepest concern on this topic with several publications in scientific journals influenced by the local epidemiological ***,continental and specialty-based societies showed less interest in this topic.

This article discusses possible applications of cells derived from human amniotic fluid in regenerative medicine, specifically in stroke therapy. Recent studies have evaluated amniotic fluid as a viable source for mesenchymal stem cells in the expansion of cell-based transplantation. Laboratory data have demonstrated the ability of amniotic fluid stem cells (AFSC) to act as biobridges or subdural patch-like networks when treating traumatic brain injury (TBI). Also AFSCs have been shown to differentiate along the neuronal lineage following transplantation in animal models of brain disorders. In addition to the cells’ many clinical applications, AFSCs can be harvested without raising any ethical concern. This paper evaluates the characteristics of AFSCs, along with the functional benefits of using the cells in animal stroke models, reinforcing the potential advantages of deriving stem cells from amniotic fluid, for stroke treatment.
