Oxygen isotopes are a versatile tool to address a wide range of questions in the Earth *** include geothermometry,paleoclimatology,tracing of geochemical reservoirs,fluid-rock interaction,magmatic petrogenesis,and identification of extra-terrestrial *** arguably provides one of the most robust records of primary magmatic O isotope ratio due to low diffusion rates in crystalline *** ability to correlate zircon O isotopes with temporal and petrogenetic information(e.g.U-Pb geochronology,Lu-Hf isotopes,and trace elements)makes this mineral a key archive for understanding Earth’s crustal ***,zircon O isotope geochemistry has found widespread usage to address fundamental questions across the earth and planetary *** general apparent ease of O isotopic acquisition through the advancement of rapid in situ techniques(*** ion mass spectrometry;SiMS)and associated dedicated national laboratories has led to the generation of large O isotopic data sets of variable quality,highlighting the importance of a coherent workflow for data collection,reduction,and *** paper presents a set of approaches for measurement,assessment,and reporting of zircon O isotope *** focus in this contribution is on in situ analysis via secondary ion mass spectrometry using large geometry instruments,but other commonly used techniques are briefly reviewed for *** work aims to provide an analytical framework necessary for geologically meaningful interpretation of O isotope *** addition,we describe inherent geological(***-induced disturbance of the zircon O isotopic system)and analytical(*** due to sample topography effects)challenges and outline means to identify and avoid such issues as a prerequisite to the generation of robust primary O isotopic signatures for geological interpretation.

组织机构是指导诸如环境管理等领域进行战略设计的社会准则。因此,它能够显著地促进或阻碍可持续发展的实现。本文以芬兰和加利福尼亚长期废弃物管理方面的实例研究为依据,对行使可持续性环境管理设计的组织机构设置进行剖析。分析的焦点在于组织机构与个人观念之间的相互作用。组织机构影响着决策者个人理解环境问题的思维模式,反过来,个人的思维模式又充实了组织机构的内涵。从组织机构的水平上看,政策的本质是对长期环境问题的考虑能够具有独立性和权威性,独立社会集体的责任是追求可持续发展目标。本文最终得出的结论是:为长期的可持续性社会,需要建立独立的、潜在的专家政治与民主政体模式。

Objective Complete and transparent reporting is of critical importance for randomized controlled trials(RCTs).The present study aimed to determine the reporting quality and methodological quality of RCTs for interventions involving artificial intelligence(Ai)and their *** We searched MEDLiNE(via PubMed),Embase,Web of Science,CBMdisc,Wanfang Data,and CNKi from January 1,2016,to November 11,2020,to collect RCTs involving *** also extracted the protocol of each included RCT if it could be ***-Ai(Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials-Artificial intelligence)statement and Cochrane Collaboration’s tool for assessing risk of bias(ROB)were used to evaluate the reporting quality and methodological quality,respectively,and SPiRiT-Ai(The Standard Protocol items:Recommendations for interventional Trials-Artificial intelligence)statement was used to evaluate the reporting quality of the *** associations of the reporting rate of CONSORT-Ai with the publication year,journal’s impact factor(iF),number of authors,sample size,and first author’s country were analyzed univariately using Pearson’s chi-squared test,or Fisher’s exact test if the expected values in any of the cells were below *** compliance of the retrieved protocols to SPiRiT-Ai was presented *** Overall,29 RCTs and three protocols were considered *** CONSORT-Ai items“title and abstract”and“interpretation of results”were reported by all RCTs,with the items with the lowest reporting rates being“funding”(0),“implementation”(3.5%),and“harms”(3.5%).The risk of bias was high in 13(44.8%)RCTs and not clear in 15(51.7%)*** one RCT(3.5%)had a low risk of *** compliance was not significantly different in terms of the publication year,journal’s iF,number of authors,sample size,or first author’s *** of the 35 SPiRiT-Ai items(funding,participant timeline,allocation concealment mechanism,implementation,data management,auditing,declaration of in

Dried blood spots,valid screening for viral hepatitis and human immunodeficiency virus in real-life

AiM To detect chronic hepatitis B(CHB),chronic hepatitis C(CHC) and human immunodeficiency virus(HiV) infections in dried blood spot(DBS) and compare these samples to venous blood sampling in *** We included prospective patients with known viral infections from drug treatment centers,a prison and outpatient clinics and included blood donors as negative controls. Five drops of finger capillary blood were spotted on filter paper,and a venous blood sample was obtained. The samples were analyzed for HBs Ag,antiHBc,anti-HBs,anti-HCV,and anti-HiV levels as well as subjected to a combined nucleic acid test(NAT) for HBV DNA,HCV RNA and HiV *** Samples from 404 subjects were screened(85 CHB,116 CHC,114 HiV and 99 blood donors). DBS had a sensitivity of > 96% and a specificity of > 98% for the detection of all three infections. NAT testing did not improve sensitivity,but correctly classified 95% of the anti-HCV-positive patients with chronic and past infections. Anti-HBc and anti-HBS showed low sensitivity in DBS(68% and 42%).CONCLUSiON DBS sampling,combined with an automated analysis system,is a feasible screening method to diagnose chronic viral hepatitis and HiV infections outside of the health care system.

1935年春,中国男旦演员梅兰芳与其剧团赴苏联演出,引起当地报社热议。一众男性评论家的声音之外,两位女性的评论引人关注:一位是俄罗斯知名作家玛丽埃塔·沙吉尼扬,她的评论刊登在最有影响力的共产党机关报《真理报》上;另外一位是被放逐的德国女演员卡萝拉·内尔,她的评论发表在莫斯科当地专为德语居民而设的一家小型报社的刊物《德意志中央新闻报》上。二人都只对梅兰芳表演发表过一次评论。比较两位不同政治立场的女性艺术家对同一演出的评论,无疑有其它重要意义。沙吉尼扬代表的是当时苏联的政党视角,而内尔更多的是从世界主义角度出发。本文中,我们会先看到内尔的评论,以突显沙吉尼扬的看法,探究为何内尔专业的评析被过分且可悲地忽略。为进一步对比分析二人对梅兰芳及中国戏剧的评论,本文将二人观点与更为知名的谢尔盖·特列季亚科夫及贝托尔特·布莱希特观点进行了比较。
