Re.olution 45/94 of the.Unite. Nations (UN) Ge.e.al Asse.bly also stre.se. and acknowle.ge. that: “all individuals are.e.title. to live.in an e.vironme.t ade.uate.for the.r he.lth and we.lbe.ng” (Unite. Nations Digital Library Syste., 1991). e.vironme.tal and climate.justice. which: “e.e.ge. in the.conte.t of the.local e.vironme.tal struggle. of dire.tly oppre.se. groups”, is a global move.e.t de.icate. to e.suring e.ual prote.tion of pe.ple.s human rights (i.e., wate., he.lth, life. e.c.) in the.face.of the.climate.crisis. More.ve., he.lth, e.vironme.t and human rights are.part of the.2030 age.da (in particular, SDG 1, SDG 5, SDG 6, SDG 7, SDG 13, SDG 16, SDG 17).
