We present the results obtained from detailed timing and spectral studies of a black hole candidate MAXI J1813-095 using Swift,NICER,and NuSTAR observations during its 2018 *** timing behavior of the source is mainly studied by examining NICER light curves in the 0.5−10 keV *** did not find any signature of quasi-periodic oscillations in the power density spectra of the *** carry out spectral analysis with a combined disk blackbody&power law model,and physical two-component advective flow(TCAF)*** the combined disk blackbody&power-law model,we extracted thermal and non-thermal fluxes,photon index and inner disk *** also find evidence for weak reflection in the *** have tested the physical TCAF model on a broadband spectrum from NuSTAR and Swift/*** parameters like mass accretion rates,the size of Compton clouds and the shock strength are *** result affirms that the source remained in the hard state during the entire outburst which indicates a‘failed’*** estimate the mass of the black hole as 7.4±1.5M⊙from the spectral study with the TCAF *** apply the LAOR model for the Fe K line *** this,the spin parameter of the black hole is ascertained as a^(∗)>*** inclination angle of the system is estimated to be in the range of 28°−45°from the reflection *** find the source distance to be∼6 kpc.

Diminishing surface defect states in perovskite nancx^rystals is a highly challenging subject for enhancing optoelectronic device *** synthesized organic/inorganic lead-halide perovskite MAPbbr3(MA=methylammonium)clusters comprising nanocrystals with diameters ranging between 20 and 30 nm and characterized an enhanced photoluminescence(PL)quantum yield(as much as^7 times)by encapsulating the MAPbbr3 with graphene(Gr).The optical properties of MAPbbr3 and Gr/MAPbbr3 were investigated by temperature-dependent micro-PL and time-resolved PL *** functional theory calculations show that the surface defect states in MAPbbr3 are removed and the optical band gap is reduced by a 0.15 eV by encapsulation with graphene due to partial restoration of lattice distortions.

Insufficient dietary intake of micronutHents, known as ＂hidden hunger＂, is a devastating global burden, affecting two billion people. Deficiency of folates （vitamin b9）, which are known to play a central role in Cl metabolism, causes birth defects in at least a quarter million people annually. biofortification to enhance the level of naturally occurring folates in crop plants, proves to be an efficient and cost-effective tool in fighting folate deficiency. Previously, introduction of folate biosynthesis genes GTPCHI andADCS, proven to be a successful biofortification strategy in rice and tomato, turned out to be insufficient to adequately increase folate levels in potato tubers. Here, we provide a proof of concept that additional introduction of HPPK/DHPS and/or FPGS, downstream genes in mitochonddal folate biosynthesis, enables augmenta- tion of folates to satisfactory levels （12-fold） and ensures folate stability upon long-term storage of tubers. In conclusion, this engineering strategy can serve as a model in the creation of folate-accumulating potato cultivars, readily applicable in potato-consuming populations suffedng from folate deficiency.

城郊畜牧业的集约化发展在满足人们日益增长的肉蛋奶等动物性产品需求的同时,也带来了巨大的环境压力。本文利用养分流动和模型分析的方法,分析北京市郊区某村三种不同类型"农田-畜牧"生产系统(大型集约化种猪场、种养结合小规模生态养殖园和集约化单一种植区)的氮素流动特征。结果表明:饲料是集约化种猪场和生态养殖园氮素输入的主要来源,饲料投入氮量分别为12469.0和9268.5 ***-.2a-1);集约化种猪场农牧体系间生产脱节,致使农田氮素输入主要依赖于化肥投入,化肥氮输入量(435.0 ***-.2a-1)占农田氮素输入量的82.7%。相反,生态养殖园农牧体系结合紧密,猪粪尿氮还田比例达28.6%,这使得园区化肥氮输入量仅为135.0 ***-.2a-1,因此畜禽粪尿的合理循环利用可作为减少化肥投入的有效途径;集约化种猪场、生态养殖园和单一种植区农牧生产系统氮素利用效率分别为18.8%、20.6%和17.3%,均处于较低水平;集约化种猪场猪粪尿在猪舍和储藏处理过程的氮素损失率为15.8%和25.4%,分别低于小规模生态养殖园相应损失率约8.7和4.8个百分点;生态养殖园粪肥氮还田量高,导致农田氮素盈余量高达1962.8 ***-.2a-1,未能实现生态型养殖的理想效果,优化氮素管理、确定合理的消纳畜禽粪尿的农田面积和调整畜禽养殖密度是解决该问题的关键。

Chaotic behavior of a Class of Neural Network with Discrete Delays

In this paper, the effect of neuronal gain in discrete delayed neural network model is investigated. It is observed that such neural networks become highly chaotic due to the presence of high neuronal gain. On the basis of the largest Lyapunov exponent and largest eigenvalue of Jacobian matrix, chaos analysis has been done. Finally, some numerical simulations are presented to justify our results.

AIM:To assess the sampling quality of four different forceps(three large capacity and one jumbo) in patients with barrett's ***:This was a prospective,single-blind study.A total of 37 patients with barrett's esophagus were *** or random biopsies with all four forceps were obtained from each patient using a diagnostic endoscope during a single *** following forceps were tested:A:Fb-220 K disposable large capacity;b:bI01-D3-23 reusable large capacity;C:GbF-02-23-180 disposable large capacity;and jumbo:disposable Radial Jaw 4 *** primary outcome measurement was specimen adequacy,defined as a well-oriented biopsy sample 2 mm or greater with the presence of muscularis ***:A total of 436 biopsy samples were *** found a significantly higher proportion of adequate biopsy samples with jumbo forceps(71%)(P b:17%,and forceps C:18%).biopsies with jumbo forceps had the largest diameter(median 2.4 mm)(P b:1.6 mm,and forceps C:2mm).There was a trend for higher diagnostic yield per biopsy with jumbo forceps(forceps A:0.20,forceps b:0.22,forceps C:0.27,and jumbo:0.28).No complications related to specimen sampling were observed with any of the four tested ***:Jumbo biopsy forceps,when used with a diagnostic endoscope,provide more adequate specimens as compared to large-capacity forceps in patients with barrett's esophagus.

Evaluation of oxidative and nitrosative stress in relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic autoimmune disorder affecting the central nervous system (CNS) through demyelination and neurodegeneration. Several lines of evidence support a role for oxidative and nitrative stress (OS and NS) in pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis. The mechanism of influence of OS and NS on blood-brainbarrier (bbb) has critical importance for evaluating antioxidant therapies. As far as we know, markers of oxidative and nitrative stress in MS patients have been investigated independently for their relationship with the state of the blood-brain-barrier. blood plasma samples of 58 patients with relapse-remitting MS (RRMS) with normal (Group A, n = 48, 36.2 ± 10.5 years) and damaged bbb (Group b, n = 10, 38.2 ± 11.2 years) and of 44 healthy controls (39.2 ± 14.9 years) were analyzed. TAS (total antioxidant plasma status), lipoperoxides, protein carbonyls, 3-nitrotyrosine and uric acid were evaluated in each group. Our results confirmed decreased TAS (Group A: 1.35 ± 0.55 mmol/l, P e level of lipoperoxidation positively correlated with the state of bbb (P of protein’s carbonyls (A: 0.48 ± 0.11 nmol/mg protein, P nmol/l, P ed damage to plasma proteins, what was confirmed by their positive mutual correlation (P The level of uric acid was physiological and correlated negatively with protein’s carbonyls (P 0.05) while there was no significant relationship with 3-nitotyrosine. The results suggest the role of this antioxidant in the protection of the proteins against OS what was confirmed by its positive correlation with TAS
