Aim: The expression of the cytokines IL-2, IL-6, IL-10, IFN-γ and TNF-α and the adhesion proteins CD99 and CD106 was studied in the human testis at the protein level. Methods: The expression of the cytokines and the adhesion proteins was assessed using immunohistochemistry and immunoblotting. Results: None of the cytokines studied was present in the human testis, but CD99 and CD106 (VCAM-1) strongly were expressed in all the testes investigated. CD99 was present in the interstitial tissue of the human testis as well as in the Sertoli cells. The identity of the CD99+ interstitial cells is unclear. CD106 (VCAM-1) was present in Leydig cells as well as the basal parts of the Sertoli cells in the seminiferous tubules. In immunoblotting, CD99 was demonstrated at molecular ratios of 46-57 (kD). This is a novel isoform of the molecule. Conclusion: The human testis produces both CD99 and CD106 and as CD106 mediates cell binding to lymphocytes, it is possible that the human Leydig cells adhere to lymphocytes like the rodent Leydig cells. A novel method for controlled synthesis of crystalline molybdenum dioxides nanowhiskers （whisker-MoO2） by using moderate reductive and precursor ion under hydrothermal conditions is reported. The result shows that the as-obtained samples have a monoclinic structure, and the whisker-MoO2 is composed of nanowires with diameters of ca. 20 nm. Formation of whisker-MoO2 was through a typical precursor-reduction process, in which cetyltrimethylammonium bromide （CTAB） served as a cationic surfactant and acetone as a reductant. The electrochemical behavior of whisker-MoO2 was studied.

某型燃油泵密封端面泄漏故障分析与改进

Electrical characteristics of Co/n-Si Schottky barrier diodes are analysed by current- voltage （I- V） and capacitancevoltage （C- V） techniques at room temperature. The electronic parameters such as ideality factor, barrier height and average series resistance are determined. The barrier height 0. 76 eV obtained from the C - V measurements is higher than that of the value 0. 70 eV obtained from the I - V measurements. The series resistance Rs and the ideality factor n are determined from the d ln（ I） /dV plot and are found to be 193.62 Ω and 1.34, respectively. The barrier height and the Rs value are calculated from the H（I） - I plot and are found to be 0.71 eV and 205.95Ω. Furthermore, the energy distribution of the interface state density is determined from the forward bias I - V characteristics by taking into account the bias dependence of the effective barrier height. The interface state density Nss ranges from 6.484×10^11 cm^-2eV^-1 in （Ec - 0.446） eV to 2.801×10^10 cm^-2eV^-1 in （Ec - 0.631） eV, of the Co/n-Si Schottky barrier diode. The results show the presence of a thin interracial layer between the metal and the semiconductor.

The traditional integer order PID controller manipulates the air-conditioning fan coil unit(FCU)that offers cooliug and heatins loads to each air-conditioning room in summer and winter,*** order to maintain a steady indoor temperature in summer and winter,the control quality cannot meet the related requirements of air-conditioning automation,such as large overshoot,large steady state *** regulating time,*** view of these factors,this paper develops a fractional order PID controller to deal with such problem associated with ***,by varving mutation factor and crossover rate of basic differential evolution algorithmadaptivelv,a modified differential evolution algorithm(MDEA)is designed to tune the satisfactory values of five parameters of indoor temperature fractional order PID *** fractional order PID coutrol system is configured and the corresponding mumerical simulation is conducted by means of MATLAB *** results indicate that the proposed fractional order PID control svstem and MDEA are reliable and the related control performance indexes meet with the related requirements of comfortable air-conditioning design and control criteria.
