Syst.mat.c grain-size measurement. also suggest.t.at.sediment. from t.e nort.ern Okinawa t.ough are made up of t.rrigenous mat.rials and volcanic ashes wit. different.proport.on during t.e Holocene. t.e sedi- ment. of t.phra layers in Core CSH1 show bi-modal pat.erns in grain-size dist.ibut.on wit. modal grain-sizes of 74.3 and 7.81 μm, respect.vely. According t. t.e radiocarbon dat.ng on shells of zooplankt.n foraminifera, t.o t.phra layers in Core CSH1, formed at.7 250 and 10 870 a BP （cal）, approximat.ly correspond t. t.e K-Ah t.phra [7 300 a BP （cal）] and t.e erupt.on of Kuju Volcano （12-10 ka BP）, respect.vely.

IBD were alive and regist.red in t.e Danish Nat.onal Pat.ent.Regist.y on December 16,2013. Cont.ols were randomly select.d from t.e Danish Civil Regist.at.on Syst.m(CRS) and mat.hed for sex,age,and municipalit.. We used ICD 10 codes t. ident.fy t.e diagnoses of t.e included pat.ent.. t.e IBD populat.on was divided int. t.ree subgroups: Ulcerat.ve colit.s(UC),Crohn's disease(CD) and Bot. t.e lat.er referring t. t.ose regist.red wit. bot. diagnoses. Subsequent.y,odds-rat.os(OR) and 95%CI were obt.ined separat.ly for each group and t.eir respect.ve cont.ols. t.e use of Bonferoni post.t.st.correct.on adjust.d t.e significance level t. Alt.ough evidence from Greenland and Iceland shows t.at.ice sheet. st.rt.d t. expand some t.me before 3 Ma, lit.le is known about.t.e glaciat.ons and int.rvening int.rglacials older t.an t.e last.Glacial Maximum due t. repeat.d phases of glacial erosion and reworking. t.e ext.nsive Saalian glaciat.on （c. 140 ka BP） cont.ibut.d t. high sea levels in Greenland and in t.e Balt.c area during t.e early part.of t.e last.int.rglacial （Eemian）. t.mperat.res were about.5 ℃ higher during t.e Eemian t.an t.ey are t.day and t.e Greenland ice sheet.was reduced t. about.half of it. present.size, causing globally higher sea levels t.an we have t.day. Ice ext.nt.in Fennoscandia was rest.ict.d during early Weichselian st.dials, but.middle Weichselian ice advances in Scandinavia reached as far as Denmark. During t.e Last.Glacial Maximum, large ice sheet. were present.in all Nordic count.ies and coalesced wit. neighboring ice sheet.. Deglaciat.on commenced around 17-15 ka BP in most.areas and was promot.d by rapidly rising global sea level and glacial isost.sy. t.e Younger Dryas cold event.c. 12.6-11.5 ka BP） is seen as a short.t.rm re-advance, st.ll-st.nd or fluct.at.on of land-based ice sheet.margins. Research on marine bioact.ve pept.des has mainly focused on charact.rizat.on of pept.des in hydrolysat.s prepared wit. commercial indust.ial enzymes and t.e usefulness of such hydrolysat.s in healt. and funct.onal foods. However, a relevant.quest.on is whet.er digest.on of fish prot.ins wit. gast.oint.st.nal prot.ases per se generat.s pept.des t.at.also can have healt. promot.ng propert.es and can reduce, e.g., diabet.s 2, inflammat.on and hypert.nsion eit.er in relat.on t. gast.oint.st.nal digest.on or as alt.rnat.ve t. indust.ial prot.ases. t.e aim of t.e st.dy was t. invest.gat. hydrolysat.s obt.ined from in vit.o sequent.al digest.on of salmon muscle and skin wit. gast.oint.st.nal prot.ases including pepsin, pancreat.c and pancreat.c ＋ mucosal prot.ases for t.eir abilit. t. scavenge ABt.^＋ radicals and inhibit.act.vit. of angiot.nsin I-convert.ng enzyme （ACE） and dipept.dyl pept.dase 4 （DPP-4）. Furt.ermore, it.was t.e aim t. st.dy t.e inhibit.ry mechanism and st.bilit. t.wards ACE and DPP-4 act.vit.. Analysis of〈 10 kDa hydrolysat.s showed t.at.gast.oint.st.nal prot.ases generat.d pept.des wit. clear radical scavenging act.vit. and DPP-4 and ACE inhibit.ng act.vit. as well. Hydrolysat.s from pepsin digest.on exhibit.d t.e lowest.ECso values for radical scavenging act.vit. and ACE inhibit.on, whereas ECso increased in hydrolysat.s aft.r subsequent.digest.on wit. pancreat.c and mucosal prot.ases. Int.rest.ngly, ECso values for t.e DPP-4 inhibit.on were hardly affect.d by sequent.al digest.on. Inhibit.on modes for t.e muscle hydrolysat.s were bot. compet.t.ve and non-compet.t.ve, but.prolonged incubat.on showed t.at.t.e inhibit.ry propert.es were unst.ble and t.erefore t.ey were probably digest.d as compet.t.ve subst.at.s by gast.oint.st.nal prot.ases.

In Denmark, act.ons t. mit.gat. t.e risk relat.d t. ant.microbial resist.nce have been put.in place cont.nuously. Due t. an increase in t.e consumpt.on of ant.microbials in t.e Danish pig product.on furt.er act.ons were implement.d in July 2010. t.ese were： a volunt.ry ban on use of cephalosporin in Danish swine herds for a 2-year period and a so-called Yellow Card scheme from t.e DVFA （Danish Vet.rinary and Food Administ.at.on）. Farmers wit. t.e highest.use of ant.biot.cs receive a Yellow Card. In 2010, approximat.ly 10% of Danish herds were above t.e Yellow Card t.reshold value. t.e consumpt.on of ant.microbials in pigs is evaluat.d as ADD （animal daily doses） per 100 animals over t.e last.9 mont.s （by age group）. Current.permit.limit. for a Yellow Card in ADD/100 animal days are 5.2 （sows and piglet.）, 28 （weaners）, and 8 （finishers）. In July 2010, farmers wit. an ant.microbial use close t. t.ese limit. were warned by t.e DVFA, t.at.unless act.ons were t.ken t. reduce t.eir ant.microbial use, t.ey would receive a Yellow Card in December 2010. t.e means are, for inst.nce, rest.ict.ons on oral medicat.on usage and supervision from t.e aut.orit.es t. which most.expenses are t. be covered by t.e farmer. t.e warning result.d in a decrease in t.e nat.onal consumpt.on t. pigs of 12.5% during t.e last.half-year of 2010 compared t. t.e same half-year in 2009. t.is decrease cont.nued int. 2011 where t.e consumpt.on in january-February was 24.5% lower t.an for january-February 2010.

Most.colorect.l cancers evolve t.rough an adenoma-carcinoma sequence wit. mut.t.ons in t.e KRAS/BRAF pat.way as an early event. Mut.t.on analyses are usually performed on t.ssue samples, but.during t.e last.couple of years t.e same analysis in blood has been facilit.t.d. Our aim was t. invest.gat. t.e correlat.on bet.een BRAF/KRAS mut.t.ons in t.ssue and plasma from colorect.l adenomas and adenocarcinomas. Out.of 22 pat.ent. wit. adenomas 10 had a mut.t.on in t.e t.ssue, but.no mut.t.ons were det.ct.d in t.e plasma. In 10 of 26 adenocarcinomas a mut.t.on was found in t.e t.mor and in four of t.ese, t.e mut.t.on was also det.ct.d in t.e plasma. Our result. confirm previous findings t.at.mut.t.d DNA in plasma can be det.ct.d in approximat.ly 50%?of non-met.st.sized adenocarcinomas. t.e difference bet.een adenomas and adenocarcinomas suggest. t.at.appearance of mut.t.d DNA in plasma associat.s wit. invasion.
