This study examined whether.people who self-r.por.ed depr.ssion sought mental health tr.atment in the year.after.being inter.iewed, and how gender.affected utilization. Depr.ssion data wer. obtained fr.m the Canadian Community Health Sur.ey (2000-01), and linked to medical r.cor.s in Ontar.o (n = 24,677). Over.ll, women had higher.r.tes of mental health ser.ice utilization, but ther. wer. no gender.differ.nces in r.tes of specialist car.. The gender.differ.nce in mental health contact was gr.ater.for.those without depr.ssion, as opposed to those with depr.ssion. Among those without depr.ssion, women wer. significantly mor. likely than men to use mental health ser.ices;however. r.tes wer. similar.for.women and men with depr.ssion. This finding suggests that men may be mor. likely than women to delay seeing a doctor.for.minor.mental health concer.s, but will seek help once a pr.blem r.aches a thr.shold.

Str.mules ar. highly dynamic str.ma-filled tubules extending fr.m the sur.ace of plastids and occasionally inter.onnecting individual plastids, allowing the movement of complex biological molecules between the inter.onnected plastids. Exper.ments with inhibitor. of cytoskeleton assembly have indicated the involvement of an actin-based system in str.mule movement. However. the motor.pr.tein associated with the system had not been identified. Her., we pr.sent dir.ct evidence that myosin XI is involved in the for.ation and movement of str.mules in tobacco leaves. Application of 2,3-butanedione 2-monoxime, an inhibitor.of myosin ATPase activity, r.sulted in the loss of str.mules fr.m tobacco leaf epider.al cells. Tr.nsient r.A inter.er.nce of myosin XI in leaves of Nicotiana benthamiana also r.sulted in the loss of str.mules fr.m epider.al cells, without any effect on tr.nscr.pts for.actin or.myosin VIII. Tr.nsient expr.ssion of a GFP- tagged myosin XI tail domain in tobacco leaf epider.al cells showed that the fusion pr.tein localized to the chlor.plast envelope, as well as to mitochondr.a and other.or.anelles. Our.findings identify myosin XI as a key pr.tein involved in the for.ation and movement of str.mules.

本文针对历史耶稣探索的三个方法论假设,分别提出三项建议。首先,信仰并没有妨碍我们以历史的眼光看清耶稣,相反,耶稣最初的传道对门徒造成冲击,激起了信仰,这在共观福音所保存的耶稣传统中清晰可辨,从中我们辨认出耶稣的形象。其次,针对以往探索者重书面传统而轻口传传统的做法,我认为要重视口传传统,在口传时期,耶稣传统保存在门徒的集体回忆之中,而且它也是一个活的传统在早期教会中不断被演练。最后,针对所谓独特与其环境不同的耶稣,我倒坚持我们要寻找的是犹太的耶稣而不是非犹太的耶稣。探索一个有特色的耶稣倒是明智之举,其特色都反映在福音书中耶稣传统有特色的主题中。耶稣传统具有特色的重点和主题给我们留下一幅明朗的、清晰的、令人注目的图画,描绘的就是具有特色的耶稣。

文章旨在介绍可再生能源市场的发展,并特别关注欧盟的生物燃料。该分析包括可再生能源在岛屿总能源消费中所占份额,2004年~2016年可再生能源的变化和液体生物燃料数量的数据。笔者用描述性和统计方法来描述生物能源的变化欧洲联盟(EU)中生物能源发展的变化。生物燃料和可再生废物的最大份额出现在拉脱维亚(31.2%)、芬兰(26.7%)和瑞典(24.8%)。2015年风能比例最高的国家是丹麦(7.2%)、葡萄牙(4.3%)、爱尔兰(4.0%)和西班牙(3.5%)。2015年太阳能的最高份额出现在塞浦路斯(3.5%)、西班牙(2.6%)和希腊(2.2%)。2015年,地热能贡献最大的国家是意大利(3.5%)、葡萄牙(0.8%)和斯洛文尼亚(0.7%)。2015年,水力发电量最大的国家是瑞典(14.2%),奥地利(9.6%)和斯洛文尼亚(5.0%)。在2004年至2017年间,马耳他(140.3%)、塞浦路斯(101.1%)和英国(71.9%)的可再生能源电力份额变化系数最高。此外,2004-2017年间,可再生能源中供暖和制冷所占份额变动系数最高的是马耳他(72.4%)、英国(69.81%)和匈牙利(44.91%)。此外,2004~2017年在芬兰(113.78%),马耳他(115.52%)和比利时(96.53%)可再生能源中交通运输份额的变化系数最高。欧盟最大的乙醇和生物柴油生产商是德国、法国和波兰。聚类分析数据表明,德国和法国在生物柴油和乙醇生产中至关重要。在2003年至2017年间,生物柴油的产量从719.32亿升增加到133.23亿升(增长1852.2%)。然而,在2014年至2017年间,生物燃料生产停滞,从136.73亿升下降到133.23亿升(-2.56%)。到2030年,市场情况和对绿色能源需求的增加会引起乙醇和植物油酯的产量增加,这将为该部门的发展做出贡献。
