Exploratory data analysis plays a major role in obtaining insights from *** the last two decades,researchers have proposed several visual data exploration tools that can assist with each step of the analysis ***,in recent years,data analysis requirements have changed *** constantly increasing size and types of data to be analyzed,scalability and analysis duration are now among the primary concerns of ***,in order to minimize the analysis cost,businesses are in need of data analysis tools that can be used with limited analytical *** address these challenges,traditional data exploration tools have evolved within the last few *** this paper,with an in-depth analysis of an industrial tabular dataset,we identify a set of additional exploratory requirements for large ***,we present a comprehensive survey of the recent advancements in the emerging field of exploratory data *** investigate 50 academic and non-academic visual data exploration tools with respect to their utility in the six fundamental steps of the exploratory data analysis *** also examine the extent to which these modern data exploration tools fulfill the additional requirements for analyzing large ***,we identify and present a set of research opportunities in the field of visual exploratory data analysis.

道教修炼可以作为一种培养生态敏感性的方法。在西方重写环境保护主义的传统中,梅洛-庞蒂认为身体构成了现象学经验的基础,但他没有发展出内在身体的观念,舒斯特曼则提倡一种身体美学,以之作为训练身体体验世界的方法。而在道教传统中,修习者则通过修炼来改进和提高内在身体的体验及其与世界的联系。道教修炼关注内部身体丰富的知觉经验,旨在消融身体与世界之间经验上的界限,并创造出身体与世界彼此融合的体验,这种体验可以成为生态敏感性的美学基础。

Bioassay-guided fractionation of EtOH extracts obtained from the roots and wood of the Madagascan plant Leptaulus citroides Baill.(Cardiopteridaceae)led to the isolation of ethyl esters of three new triterpenoid saponins(1–3)and the known sesquiterpenoid cinnamosmolide(4).The structures of 1–3 were elucidated by extensive 1D and 2D NMR experiments and mass *** 1,2,and 4 showed moderate cytotoxicity against the A2780 human ovarian cancer cell line with IC50 values of 2.8,10.2 and 2.0 lM,respectively.

Investigation of new orbit geometries exhibits a very attractive behavior for a spacecraft to monitor space weather coming from the Sun. Several orbit transfer mechanisms are analyzed as potential alternatives to monitor solar activity such as a sub-solar orbit or quasi-satellite orbit and short and long heteroclinic and homoclinic connections between the triangular points L4 and L5 and the collinear point L3 of the CRTBP （circular restricted three-body problem） in the Sun-Earth system. These trajectories could serve as channels through where material can be transported from L5 to L3 by performing small maneuvers at the departure of the Trojan orbit. The size of these maneuvers at L5 is between 299 m/s and 730 m/s depending on the transfer time of the trajectory and does not need any deterministic maneuvers at L3. Our results suggest that material may also be transported from the Trojan orbits to quasi-satellite orbits or even displaced quasi-satellite orbits.

Personalized recommendation plays a critical role in providing decision-making support for product and service analysis in the field of business ***,deep neural network-based sequential recommendation models gained considerable ***,existing approaches pay litle attention to users'dynamically evolving interests,which are influenced by product attributes,especially product *** overcome these challenges,we propose a dynamic personalized recommendation model:***,we first embed product information and attribute information into a unified data ***,we exploit long short-term memory(LsTM)networks to characterize sequential behavior over multiple time periods and seize evolving interests by hierarchical LSTM ***,similarity values between users are measured through pairwise interest features,and personalized recommendation lists are generated.A series of experiments reveal the superiority of the proposed method compared withotheradvanced methods.

Interstellar scintillation(ISS)is a well-known phenomenon observed from pulsars in the Milky *** comprises intensity variations *** and frequency caused by constructive and destructive interference from multipath propagation,which is due to diffraction from fluctuations in electron density in the interstellar medium(ISM)on scales as small as~100 *** density fluctuations appear to be part of a turbulence process combined with discrete structures in electron density from other astrophysical processes;together these fluctuations extend to scales of pc or larger.
