黄曲霉毒素由黄曲霉菌和寄生曲霉菌产生的代谢产物,对人类和动物的健康造成影响。其中黄曲霉毒素B(AFB)是研究最广泛的致癌物质,产生肝脏毒性和遗传毒性,影响多种动物的免疫系统功能。AFB是通过引起的肝细胞凋亡和干扰细胞酶活性来造成肝功能障碍。有研究表明在肝脏中,AFB引起细胞凋亡是通过死亡受体通路引起的。但关于AFB通过死亡受体途径诱导肝细胞凋亡的机制尚不清楚。鉴于此,本研究通过解剖学、组织学、超微结构、流式细胞术和荧光定量PCR等研究方法分析探讨AFB诱导肝细胞凋亡的死亡受体通路。试验选用156只1日龄科宝健雏,购于温江正大畜禽有限公司,随机分为两组,每组3个重复,每个重复包含26只。对照组饲喂基础日粮(AFB<0.001 mg/kg),实验组饲喂含AFB的基础日粮(AFB=0.601 mg/kg)。试验周期为21天。本研究的结果如下:组织病理学检查结果表明,AFB组中肝脏出现轻中度水肿和脂肪空泡变性,并发生胆管增生。此外,用透射电子显微镜观察发现AFB组中细胞核呈不规则、分散以及核凝聚,且肝细胞线粒体、内质网出现肿胀。抗氧化试剂盒对生化指标检测结果表明,与对照组比较,AFB组中CAT(过氧化氢酶)、GSH Px(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)和羟基自由基的清除均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),MDA(丙二醛)均显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),GSH(谷胱甘肽)明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。流式细胞仪分析结果表明,揭示了 AFB组中肝脏凋亡的细胞显著性增多(P<0.05或P<0.01)。荧光定量PCR分析结果表明,AFB组中死亡受体相关因子 Fas、TNFR1、FADD、TRADD、TRAF2、Caspase 10、caspase 8、caspase 9 和 caspase 3 显著地上调(P<0.05 或 P<0.01),而 XIAP、Bcl-2 的mRNA表达量显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。总之,本次试验的综合研究表明,日粮中添加AFB可以影响肝脏的组织病理、超微结构、生化指标变化,增加雏鸡肝细胞的凋亡,诱导死亡受体相关基因表达的改变。此外,本研究为更好地探讨AFB通过死亡受体途径诱导肝细胞凋亡的分子机理提供参考依据,最终为降低AFB对雏鸡的影响提供新的思路。

Key nuclear inputs for the astrophysical r-process simulations are the weak interaction ***,the accuracy of these inputs directly affects the reliability of nucleosynthesis *** majority of the stellar rates,used in simulation studies are calculated by invoking the Brink-Axel(BA)*** BA hypothesis assumes that the strength functions of all parent excited states are the same as for the ground state,only shifted in ***,the BA hypothesis has to be tested against microscopically calculated state-by-state *** this project,we study the impact of the BA hypothesis on calculated stellarβ^(-)-decay and electron capture *** investigation include both unique first forbidden(U1F)and allowed transitions for 106 neutron-rich trans-iron nuclei([27,77]≤[Z,A]≤[82,208]).The calculations were performed using the deformed proton-neutron quasiparticle random-phase approximation(pn-QRPA)model with a simple plus quadrupole separable and schematic ***-point and several key r-process nuclei lie within the considered mass region of the nuclear *** computed electron capture andβ^(-)-decay rates using two different prescriptions for strength *** was based on invoking the BA hypothesis and the other was the state-by-state calculation of strength functions,under stellar density and temperature conditions([10,1]≤[ρYe(g/cm^(3)),T(GK)]≤[10^(11),30]).Our results show that the BA hypothesis invoked U1Fβ^(-)rates are overestimated by 4–5 orders of magnitude as compared to microscopic *** capture rates,more than two orders of magnitude differences were noted when applying the BA *** was concluded that the BA hypothesis is not a reliable approximation,especially forβ^(-)-decay forbidden transitions.

The CNO cycle is the main source of energy in stars more massive than our *** process defines the energy production,the duration of which can be used to determine the lifetime of massive *** cycle is an important tool for determining the age of globular *** proton capture via p+^(14)N→^(15)O+γ,at energies of astrophysical interest,is an important process in the CNO *** this project,we apply a potential model to describe both non-resonant and resonant reactions in the channels where radiative capture occurs through electric E1 *** employed the R-matrix method to describe the ongoing reactions via M1 resonant transitions,when it was not possible to correctly reproduce the experimental data using the potential *** partial components of the astrophysical S-factor are calculated for all possible electric and magnetic dipole transitions in ^(15)*** linear extrapolated S-factor at zero energy(S(0))agrees well with earlier reported values for all transition types considered in this *** on the value of the total astrophysical S-factor,depending on the collision energy,we calculate the nuclear reaction rates for p+^(14)N→^(15)O+γ.The computed rates agree well with the results reported in the NACRE II Collaboration and most recent existing measurements.

Background Natural and synthetic plant growth regulators are essential for plant health,likewise these regulators also play a role in increasing organic production productivity and improving quality and yield *** the present study,we have evaluated the effects of foliar applied plant growth regulators,i.e.,moringa leaf extract(MLE)and mepiquat chloride(MC)alone and in combination MC and MLE on the conventional cotton cultivar(CIM 573)and transgenic one(CIM 598).The growth regulators were applied at the start of bloom,45 and 90 days after *** The application of MC and MLE at 90 days after blooming significantly improved the relative growth rate,net assimilation rate,the number of bolls per plant,and seed cotton ***,the combined application of MLE and MC at 90 days after blooming significantly boosted the nitrogen uptake in locules,as well as the phosphorus and potassium uptake in the leaves of both cotton *** application of MLE alone has considerably improved the nitrogen uptake in leaves,and phosphorus and potassium contents in locules of Bt and conventional cotton ***,Bt cotton treated with MLE at 90 days after blooming produced significantly higher ginning out turn and oil *** in combination(MLE+MC)at 90 days after blooming produced considerably higher micronaire value,fiber strength,and staple length in conventional *** The natural growth enhancer,MLE is a rich source of minerals and zeatin,improving the nutrient absorption and quality of cotton fiber in both conventional and Bt cotton cultivars.

The aim of the study was to investigate the competency of selenium(Se) in counteracting the adverse effects of aflatoxin B(AFB) on apoptosis,cell cycle and proliferation of nephritic cells.240,one-day-old healthy male avian broilers were randomly divided into four groups and fed with basal diet(control group),0.3 mg/kg AFB diet(AFB group),0.4 mg/kg Se diet(+ Se group) and 0.3 mg/kg AFB +0.4 mg/kg Se diet(AFB + Se group),*** to the control group,the number of apoptotic renal cells,expressions of Bax and Caspase-3 mRNA were significantly increased,while the expression of Bcl-2 was significantly decreased in AFBand+Se groups(P<0.01).A significant decreased proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) expression and arrested G/G phases of the cell cycle were also seen in the AFB and + Se groups when compared with those of the control ***,these parameters were restored to control group levels in the AFB + Se *** results suggested that sodium selenite supplied in the diet,could effectively inhibit AFB-induced apoptosis and cell cycle blockage in renal cells of broiler.

IoT(Internet of Things)devices are being used more and more in a variety of businesses and for a variety of tasks,such as environmental data collection in both civilian and military *** are a desirable attack target for malware intended to infect specific IoT devices due to their growing use in a variety of applications and their increasing computational and processing *** this study,we investigate the possibility of detecting IoT malware using recurrent neural networks(RNNs).RNNis used in the proposed method to investigate the execution operation codes of ARM-based Internet of Things apps(OpCodes).To train our algorithms,we employ a dataset of IoT applications that includes 281 malicious and 270 benign pieces of *** trained model is then put to the test using 100 brand-new IoT malware samples across three separate LSTM *** exposure was not previously conducted on these *** newly crafted malware samples with 2-layer neurons had the highest accuracy(98.18%)in the 10-fold cross validation experiment.A comparison of the LSTMtechnique to other machine learning classifiers shows that it yields the best results.
