Cancer frequently develops resistance to the majority of chemotherapy *** study aimed to examine the synergistic cytotoxic and antitumor effects of SGLT2 inhibitors,specifically Canagliflozin(CAN),Dapagliflozin(DAP),Empagliflozin(EMP),and Doxorubicin(DOX),using in vitro *** precise combination of CAN+DOX has been found to greatly enhance the cytotoxic effects of doxorubicin(DOX)in MCF-7 ***,it was shown that cancer cells exhibit an increased demand for glucose and ATP in order to support their ***,when these medications were combined with DOX,there was a considerable inhibition of glucose consumption,as well as reductions in intracellular ATP and lactate ***,this effect was found to be dependent on the dosages of the *** addition to effectively inhibiting the cell cycle,the combination of CAN+DOX induces substantial modifications in both cell cycle and apoptotic gene *** work represents the initial report on the beneficial impact of SGLT2 inhibitor medications,namely CAN,DAP,and EMP,on the responsiveness to the anticancer properties of *** underlying molecular mechanisms potentially involve the suppression of the function of SGLT2.

The Qom Formation is the most important hydrocarbon reservoir target in Central *** Qom platform developed in a back-arc basin during the Oligo-Miocene due to the closing of the Tethyan *** formation consists of a variety of carbonate and non-carbonate facies deposited on a platform ranging from supratidal to basin.A combination of tectonic and eustatic events led to some lateral and vertical facies variations in the study *** third-order depositional sequences and related surfaces were identified regarding vertical facies changes in the studied sections of this Oligo-Miocene *** to all results and data,this succession was initially deposited during the Chattian upon a distally steepened ramp of siliciclastic-carbonate composition,including the Bouma ***,from the late Chattian to the Aquitanian,the platform changed into a homoclinal carbonate ramp with a gentle *** respect to tectonic activity,this phase was a calm period during the deposition of the Qom ***,a drowned carbonate platform and a rimmed shelf emerged during the Burdigalian,terminated by the continental deposits of the Upper Red *** all geological characteristics,three main tectono-eustatic evolutionary phases have been recognized in the Qom back-arcbasin.

K^+是植物生长发育所必需的大量营养元素。内整流K^+通道(Arabidopsis K^+transporter 1,AKT1)属于Shaker家族,是介导K^+吸收的重要通道,为质膜的K^+感应器,参与调节细胞的生长发育、调控气孔运动及植物蒸腾作用,能够提高植株的抗旱耐盐性,因而在植物生长过程中具有重要作用。该文概述了AKT1的结构、组织表达定位和表达调控及功能等方面的研究进展,并提出采用蛋白组学、基因工程技术及RNAi手段深入研究K^+、Na^+吸收及转运的协同调控机制,提高作物对土壤中K^+的利用效率及AKT1在植物生理代谢、抗逆性中的作用。

Using the chemical co-precipitation approach,a series of nitrogen(N) and erbium(Er) co-doped ZnO nanoparticles(NPs) was effectively synthesized to enhance the photocatalytic and antibacterial *** characterization techniques,including X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectro scopy(XPS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),UV-vis,and photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy,were carried out to validate the evaluated photocatalytic and antibacterial *** analysis confirms the pure wurtzite ZnO phase without the presence of any secondary *** analysis confirms the succe ssful incorporation of nitrogen and erbium into the ZnO *** optical bandgap of ZnO calculated from UV-vis spectroscopy shows a redshift after Er-N co-doping,with the lowest bandgap of 3.215 eV calculated for Zn_(0.97)Er_(0.03)N_(0.01)O_(0.99) *** images demonstrate the formation of nanorods after N-Er co-doping,followed by gradually increase d rod diameter and length after N-Er ***,the photocatalytic activities of ZnO samples we re measured by their ability to facilitate the photodegradation of Rhodamine B under UV *** with 1 mol% N doping exhibits 88% photodegradation of RhB under UV light within 360 min,and the photodegradation and antibacterial activity are greatly improved with Er *** fact,3 mol% Er-1 mol% N doped ZnO NPs demonstrate the highest photocatalytic activity,with approximately 96% degradation after 360 min,as well as superior antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus(Gram-positive bacteria) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa(Gram-negative bacteria) with the highest zone of inhibition(ZOI) of 16 nm,due to nanorod formation,increased reactive oxygen species(ROS),and decreased electron-hole recombination,as validated by SEM,XPS,and PL spectroscopy.

The present research employs artificial intelligence to come up with an automatic solution for the modulation's classification of various radio signal varieties. As a result, the work we performed involved selecting the database required for supervised deep learning, evaluating the performance of current techniques on unprocessed communication signals, and suggesting a deep learning networkbased method that would enable the classification of modulation types with the best possible ratio between computation time and accuracy. We started by examining the automatic classification models that are currently in usage. In light of the difficulty of forecasting in low Signal Noise Ratio(SNR)situations, we suggested an ensemble learning strategy based on adjusted Res Net and Transformer Neural Network, which is effective at extracting multi-scale features from the raw I/Q sequence ***, we produced an architecture that is simple to use and apply to communication signals. The architecture of this solution is strong and optimal, enabling it to determine the type of modulation with up to 95% accuracy automatically.
