The effects of dietary inclusion of sugar syrup on quality of egg,cholesterol level,production performance,serum total protein and blood biochemical parameters were evaluated in laying hens.A total of300 commercial Lohmann LSL hens(30 weeks of age) were randomly distributed into 3 dietary treatments which consisted of a normal corn diet containing cornesoy and 2 diets containing 5% and 10%sugar *** treatment was replicated 5 times(n=20).Egg production,feed intake,body weight and egg weight of laying hens fed different diets were *** experiment lasted for 20 *** Haugh unit scores of hens fed diets with sugar syrup were significantly increased(P ntrol *** sugar syrup had no significant effect on liver enzymes,total protein,blood glucose and creatinine in.all *** eggs laid by hens fed sugar syrup diets had lower cholesterol level(P ns fed the control *** analysis showed that comparable electrophoretic patterns were noticed between serum proteins of treatment *** the results,it can be concluded that sugar syrup diets and corn diets have similar effects on feed intake,body weight,production of eggs and blood biochemical parameters in layer hens,which suggests sugar syrup can be used as an energy source for replacing part of corn in poultry layer diets.

AIM To perform meta-analysis of the use of Endocuff during average risk screening *** Scopus, Cochrane databases, MEDLInE/Pub Med, and CInAHL were searched in April 2016. Abstracts from Digestive Disease Week, United European Gastroenterology, and the American College of Gastroenterology meeting were also searched from 2004-2015. Studies comparing EC-assisted colonoscopy(EAC) to standard colonoscopy, for any indication, were included in the analysis. The analysis was conducted by using the Mantel-Haenszel or DerS imonian and Laird models with the odds ratio(OR) to assess adenoma detection, cecal intubation rate, and complications performed. RESULTS nine studies(n = 5624 patients) were included in the analysis. Compared to standard colonoscopy, procedures performed with EC had higher frequencies for adenoma(OR = 1.49, 95%CI: 1.23-1.80; P = 0.03), and sessile serrated adenomas detection(OR = 2.34 95%CI: 1.63-3.36; P no significant difference in cecal intubation rates between the EACgroup and standard colonoscopy(OR = 1.26, 95%CI: 0.70-2.27, I2 = 0%; P = 0.44). EAC was associated with a higher risk of complications, most commonly being superficial mucosal injury without higher frequency for *** The use of an EC on colonoscopy appears to improve pre-cancerous polyp detection without any difference in cecal intubation rates compared to standard colonoscopy.

Background: Complications post percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) are more threatening than it was previously thought so that necessary measures should be taken to minimize those risks. Objective: To identify the risk factors related to patient and procedure which could be used as predictors of complications after sheath removal post PCI. Methods: The study used a prospective non-experimen.al correlational descriptive. Design: The sample was chosen conveniently from three different hospitals and included 118 patients who were subjected to PCI. Results: Three models were used to predict complications. In the first model, none of the baseline variables were predictive of complications. In the second model, the only type of procedure (diagnostic, stent or balloon) was predictive of complications. In the third model, compression time was found to be a risk factor and a predictor of complications after sheath removal. Conclusion: nurses and medical professionals are in a vital position to prevent, detect and manage PCI complications at the earliest possible opportunity. It is a must to assess and categorize patients in accordance with their risk level to develop post PCI and post sheath removal complications, in order to plan management strategies to decrease the health costs and the suffering.

Optimizing the combined horizon.al and vertical accuracy of the well-known Global Digital Elevation Models(GDEMs) of various resolutions for each country and region especially in Iraq’s mountainous areas is still questionable. all the three GDEMs, approximately, have the same vertical accuracy with the Root Mean Square(RMSE) of ±7.3 m, ±7.6 m and ±6.5 m via 12 fixed Ground Control Points(GCPs) for the Advanced Land Observation Satellite Phased Array L-band Synthetic Aperture Radar(alOS PalSAR 12.5 m), the Shuttle Radar Topographic Mission(SRTM 30 m) and the TerraSAR-X(the name of twin satellites) add-on for Digital Elevation Measurement(TanDEM-X 90 m) GDEMs respectively. Moreover, the percentage of outliers that are greater or smaller than ±10 m detection of the height extraction from both the alOS PalSAR and SRTM Digital Elevation Models(DEMs) contains 16.7% and for TanDEM-X was 25%. In this paper,the special DEM is derived using 2123 handheld GPS points for Sulaymaniyah Governorate, Kurdistan region, Iraq. The height extraction by discarding the outliers of 58% gives the RMSE of ±8.0 m in the case of adding geoid heights(n) to the ellipsoidal heights(h) via the Earth Gravitational Model 2008(EGM2008)and ±5.6 m without adding n. It is expected that the derived DEMs will give more accurate results both horizon.ally and vertically in the mountainous areas when GPS observations are intensified. The horizon.al accuracy is validated through extracting hierarchy stream types of the watershed map from the DEMs for higher than 100 pixels length. The alOS PalSAR DEM extracted more numbers of stream orders than ***, based on the criteria of RMSE, outlier detection, and the number of extracted stream orders, the alOS PalSER DEM is regarded as the optimal GDEM in comparison with the close accuracy of both the TanDEM-X and SRTM DEM.

A qualitative and quantitative workplace assessment was carried out to determine naphtha exposure in a tyre manufacturing industry. A qualitative chemical health risk assessment was conducted to identify naphtha hazard at the workplace. Quantitative assessment using Portable VOC Monitor, Automatic Sampling Pump and personal air sampling pump was used to determine VOC concentrations, organic solvents, and individual air naphtha respectively. The risk rating of naphtha was estimated to be 5. The mean VOC concentration was in the range of 2.43 to 92.93 ppm. Repair area had the highest VOC concentration while the lowest was in the moulding area. Each work station had significant differences for VOC concentrations （p 〈 0.001）. Laboratory analysis found various solvents including 2-methyl pentane, hexane, methyl cyclopentane, heptane, cyclohexane and toluene which were present in the liquid naphtha. Only xylene has been detected in the making and moulding areas with a range of 2 to 5 ppm. Meanwhile, the air naphtha concentrations of the exposed workers were significantly higher than those unexposed. The risk of naphtha exposure was qualitatively significant and not adequately controlled. naphtha was detected in.all work stations since it is the main solvent used. The ＂Repair Area＂ was significantly more contaminated than the other area.

Stark and Kerr Effects on the Dynamics of Moving n-Level Atomic System

We have investigated numerically the dynamics of quantum Fisher information (QFI) and quantum entanglement (QE) for n-level atomic system interacting with a coherent field in the presence of Kerr (linear and non-linear medium) and Stark effects. It is observed that the Stark and Kerr effects play a prominent role during the time evolution of the quantum system. The evolving quantum Fisher information (QFI) is noted as time grows under the non-linear Kerr medium contrary to the QE for higher dimensional systems. The effect of non-linear Kerr medium is greater on the QE as we increase the value of Kerr parameter. However, QFI and QE maintain their periodic nature under atomic motion. On the other hand, linear Kerr medium has no prominent effects on the dynamics of n-level atomic system. Furthermore, it has been observed that QFI and QE decay soon under the influence of Stark effect. In short, the n-level atomic system is found prone to the change of the Kerr medium and Stark effect for higher dimensional systems.
