The diversity of Botryosphaeriaceae species associated with“Botryosphaeria dieback”of grapevine was investigated in 18 vineyards in sardinia,*** isolates obtained from different woody hosts including holm oak,sweet orange and broom bush in Italy,Algeria and Tunisia were also *** and cultural characteristics as well as ITs and EF1-αsequence data were used to identify the fungal ***-eight botryosphaeriaceous isolates were obtained from 113 symptomatic grapevine samples,from which ten species were *** seriata was the dominant species(25%of isolates),followed by Neofusicoccum parvum(21.7%).Two species,Diplodia olivarum and *** are reported for the first time on *** addition,two new species namely Lasiodiplodia mediterranea *** grapevine,holm oak and sweet orange and Lasiodiplodia exigua *** broom bush are *** artificial inoculation experiments conducted on excised green grapevine shoots and lignified canes as well as holm oak seedlings,*** was shown to be an aggressive pathogen.

AIM: To review the published literature concerning the accuracy of faecal inflammatory markers for identifying mucosal healing. METHODs: Bibliographical searches were performed in MEDLINE electronic database up to February 2015,using the following terms: "inflammatory bowel disease","Crohn′s disease","ulcerative colitis","faecal markers","calprotectin","lactoferrin","s100A12","endoscop*","mucosal healing","remission". In addition,relevant references from these studies were also included. Data were extracted from the published papers including odds ratios with 95%CI,P values and correlation coefficients. Data were grouped together according to each faecal marker,Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis,and paediatric compared with adult study populations. studies included in this review assessed mucosal inflammation by endoscopic and/or histological means and compared these findings to faecal marker concentrations in inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD) patient cohorts. Articles had to be published between 1990 and February 2015 and written in English. Papers excluded from the review were those where the faecal biomarker concentration was compared between patients with IBD and controls or other disease groups,those where serum biomarkers were used,those with a heterogeneous study population and those only assessing post-operative disease. REsULTs: The available studies show that faecal markers,such as calprotectin and lactoferrin,are promising non-invasive indicators of mucosal healing. However,due to wide variability in study design,especially with regard to the definition of mucosal healing and evaluation of marker cut offs,the available data do not yet indicate the optimal roles of these markers. 本文首先针对《士师记》第17至21章所载女性在无政府状态中被迫害、被虐待、被奸、被杀、被抢的种种残酷社会议题进行探讨;接着由《士师记》的文学手法,包括观点、时空、角色、布局、排场、情节、情景次序等,和修辞风格如重复、对比、平行、意象、双关语、省略、模糊、讽刺、交叉型架构、衬托、首尾呼应、伏笔、预示、预告、绰号等,来分析该书叙述者所描绘的主要角色如以笏、俄陀聂、基甸、耶弗他、参孙等"圆形"人物的性格和事迹。叙述者在本书精辟的"文以载道"意图中,巧妙地突显了乱世中巾帼英雄的女性角色,并详实地刻画全书社会悲剧的真实面貌和缘由——以色列的社会和政治问题不能单单从性别角度来剖析,整个《士师记》中的混乱乃来自信仰的堕落。当以色列背约,走上迦南人世俗化的路线而直接威胁到女性的自尊和安全时,势必导致尸骨不全、"肢"离破碎的结局。但是叙述者也呈现,进入士师"隧道"中堕落的以色列百姓的唯一盼望,乃是归向那位仍然信实守约、已经预备了完备救恩的上帝。

Unlike English and other western languages,there are no delimiters to mark word boundaries in both Chinese and ***,word segmentation is the first step for Chinese and Tibetan natural language processing such as machine translation and information ***,Chinese word segmentation has been studied for many years and the technology is relatively *** contrast,Tibetan word segmentation is less concerned by *** this paper,we learn from Chinese word segmentation approach and analysis the characteristic of Tibetan language,designs a Tibetan word segmentation system based on conditional random *** experiment shows that the algorithm is effective and can be preliminary applied.

Bite force is often associated with speciﬁc morphological features,such as sagittal *** presence of a pro-nounced sagittal crest in some tapirs(Perissodactyla:Tapiridae)was recently shown to be negatively correlated with hard-object feeding,in contrast with similar cranial structures in *** aim of this study was to investi-gate bite forces and sagittal crest heights across a wide range of modern and extinct tapirs and apply a comparative investigation to establish whether these features are correlated across a broad phylogenetic *** examined a sample of 71 specimens representing 15 tapir species(5 extant,10 extinct)using the dry-skull method,linear measurements of cranial features,phylogenetic reconstruction,and comparative *** were found to ex-hibit variation in bite force and sagittal crest height across their phylogeny and between different biogeographical realms,with high-crested morphologies occurring mostly in Neotropical *** highest bite forces within tapirs appear to be driven by estimates for the masseter–pterygoid muscle complex,rather than predicted forces for the temporalis *** results demonstrate that relative sagittal crest height is poorly correlated with relative cranial bite force,suggesting high force application is not a driver for pronounced sagittal crests in this *** divergent biomechanical capabilities of different contemporaneous tapirids may have allowed multiple species to occupy overlapping territories and partition resources to avoid excess *** forces in tapirs peak in Pleistocene species,independent of body size,suggesting possible dietary shifts as a potential result of climatic changes during this epoch.
