The main aim of this research was the experimental study at lab scale to check the absorption technology for the in situ removal of h2s from biogas during anaerobic digestion process. The reagent FeCl3 was used to check the removal efficiency of h2s produced from dairy manure during anaerobic bioconversion process. The experiments were conducted under mesophilic conditions. The composition of biogas was analyzed by gas chromatography analyzer equipped with flame photometer and thermal conductivity detectors. Experimental results under the same conditions demonstrate that high concentration of h2s in the form of Fes can be removed totally from the biogas using FeCl3 dosing with in anaerobic batch digester.

A new viscoelastic-plastic （VEP） constitutive model for sea ice dynamics was developed based on continuum mechanics. This model consists of four components： Kelvin-Vogit viscoelastic model, Mohr-Coulomb yielding criterion, associated normality flow rule for plastic rehololgy, and hydrostatic pressure. The numerical simulations for ice motion in an idealized rectangular basin were made using smoothed particle hydrodynamics （sPh） method, and compared with the analytical solution as well as those based on the modified viscous plastic（VP） model and static ice jam theory. These simulations show that the new VEP model can simulate ice dynamics accurately. The new constitutive model was further applied to simulate ice dynamics of the Bohai sea and compared with the traditional VP, and modified VP models. The results of the VEP model are compared better with the satellite remote images, and the simulated ice conditions in the JZ20-2 oil platform area were more reasonable.

Rose *** a plant genus popular in the perfume,and fragrance industries It is also employed in cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries due to its anti-aging,anti-depressant,anti-cancer,and anti-microbial ***,it is used in the food industry to produce marmalade,syrup,tea,jam,***,there is no food form in which rose is used as a raw material in which no heat is applied and does not contain sugar so that its bioactive compounds can be released in the best *** this manner,producing vinegar may be a suitable ***,this study aimed to reveal the antioxidant capacity,organic-acid,phenolic,and volatile-aroma compounds of rose vinegar as an novel food and the changes of them during the 3-year-aging-period were investigated In the study,the phenolics of the rose vinegar were mainly comprised gallic-acid and catechin,followed by chlorogenic acid,apigenin,quercetin,and *** total phenolic-compound content and the antioxidant activity had high a *** prominent volatile aroma compounds were rose-oxide,acetic-acid,2-phenethanol,octanoic-acid,ethyl-phenylacetate,isoamyl-acetate,phenylacetic-acid,acetoin,linalool,ethyl-acetate,β-*** most appropriate duration was determined to be 2 *** results showed that the rose plant was suitable for vinegar ***,a new food produced from the petals of a flower with positive health properties was *** resulting product was found to be suitable for industrial ***,novel and important information was obtained for producers who want to produce rose vinegar on the industrial scale on this subject.

Introduction: The occurrence of tuberculosis (TB) during the follow-up of Connective tissue diseases (CTD) is a particular situation often posing real diagnostic problems. This is an association described in the literature. Patients and methods: We conducted a retrospective and descriptive study at the internal medicine department of Aristide Le Dantec hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the treatment that patients followed for CTD and suffering from TB took before the occurrence of this one. Results: During a study period of 11 years and 6 months, 21 cases of TB were diagnosed in 602 cases of CTD (0.03%). The predominance was female with a sex ratio (h/F) of 0.6. The median age was 42 years old. The majority of cases originated from the Dakar region (13 patients or 61.9%) and 85.7% had previous follow-up exclusively in modern medicine and 21 cases (95%) received the CTD’s treatment. This consisted of prednisone (90.5%) combined with methotrexate (52.4%), azathioprine (23.8%) or cyclophosphamide (19.4%). The respective medians doses of these drugs were 12.5 mg per day for prednisone, 13.5 mg per week for methotrexate and 100 mg per day for azathioprine. The median duration of patient follow-up was 36 months. The cumulative dose of prednisone during this period was 23.6 g and that of methotrexate 2.25 g. CTD were dominated by rheumatoid arthritis (RA) (57.1%), and systemic lupus (19%). Isolated cases of systemic scleroderma, primary sjôgren, shARP syndrom, mixed connective tissue disease, and multiple autoimmune syndrom were noted. TB was localized in 95% of cases, readily bilateral and poorly disseminated. The respective medians diagnostic delays for systemic disease and TB were 21 months and 5 months. Tuberculin intradermal reaction was performed in 16 cases and was positive in 9 cases, sputum bacilli was performed in 19 cases and was positive in 15 cases. Complex networked systems, which range from biological systems in the natural world to infrastructure systems in the human-made world, can exhibit spontaneous recovery after a failure; for example, a brain may spontaneously return to normal after a seizure, and traffic flow can become smooth again after a jam. Previous studies on the spontaneous recovery of dynamical networks have been limited to undirected networks. however, most real-world networks are directed. To fill this gap, we build a model in which nodes may alternately fail and recover, and we develop a theoretical tool to analyze the recovery properties of directed dynamical networks. We find that the tool can accurately predict the final fraction of active nodes, and the prediction accuracy decreases as the fraction of bidirectional links in the network increases, which emphasizes the importance of directionality in network dynamics. Due to different initial states, directed dynamical networks may show alternative stable states under the same control parameter, exhibiting hysteresis behavior. In addition, for networks with finite sizes, the fraction of active nodes may jump back and forth between high and low states, mimicking repetitive failure-recovery processes. These findings could help clarify the system recovery mechanism and enable better design of networked systems with high resilience.
