Und.rstand.ng and.simulating the und.rlying microscopic physics of the rock matrix is very useful for d.termining macroscopic physical properties such as permeability. Matrix d.ffusion is an important transport parameter controlling the late-time behaviour of breakthrough curves (BTCs). We compute the memory function, implemented.in the sink/source term of Mobile-immobile mass transfer by solving the matrix d.ffusion using a time d.ffusion rand.m-walk approach. The d.ffusion is controlled.by d.fferent parameters like the porosity, tortuosity, mobile-immobile interface and.immobile d.main cluster shapes. All these properties are investigated.by X-ray microtomography that captures the main characteristics of matrix d.ffusion at three d.mensions. We compare the memory function d.d.ced.from the field.scale tracer tests well with the computed.memory function. Simulation results of the memory function appeared.to be coherent with that measured.from the tracer test for a large tortuosity value. Probably, the d.ffusion paths are longer, and.they are controlled.by the properties mentioned.above. From a representative elementary volume of natural reservoirs stud.ed.here, we conclud. that, microscale d.ffusion process in the immobile d.main play a crucial role to better und.rstand.the non-Fickian d.spersion measured.from the tracer test.

Molecular d.namics was used.to quantify the role of the size, charge and.polarisability of F–, Cl–, Br–, I– and.Na+ ions in their d.stribution in the water/vapour interface system. Our results show that the larger polarizable anions I– and.Br– is attracted.to the surface which is traced.back to surface-mod.fied.ion hyd.ation, while the F– was repelled.from the interface and.the Cl– occupied.the total volume of the water slab. Moreover, by artificially increasing the ions charge, anions were localized.to the center of the water slab. These results d.monstrate that the effect of polarizability cannot be neglected.in the transport mechanism.

61 varieties of wheat collected.in the gene fund.of the Research Institute of Crop Husband.y were screened.using SCAR-markers associated.with the gene of resistance to brown leaf rust, Lr19. As a result of PCR analysis using SCS123 marker the 737 bp locus was d.tected.in 48 genotypes. The expected.fragment of the 688 bp was d.tected.in 53 genotypes using the SCS253 marker. The results obtained.using both markers ind.cate that the Lr19 gene is present on 7d.chromosomes of 45 genotypes. The existence of the Lr19 gene has not been proven only for 5 from the 61 analyzed.wheat genotypes.

Introd.ction. Psoriasis is a frequent d.rmatosis, its prevalence is estimated.of between 1 and.3 p. 100. The severe forms may threaten the functional and.life prognosis of patients. Patients and.method.. We cond.cted.a retrospective stud. on 160 cases of severe psoriasis collected.between 1990 and.2001. We includ.d.patients exhibiting severe psoriasis: pustular, erythrod.rmic or arthropathic psoriasis, the generalized.forms that had.d.veloped.for more than 6 months, without positive response to treatment and.the forms with a PASI greater than 50. Results. The patients’ ages ranged.from 6 to 85 years with a clear male pred.minance (96 men, 64 women). Nine familial cases were collected. Erythrod.rma was noted.in 87 cases, pustular psoriasisin31,generalized.psoriasis in 31 and.psoriatic rheumatism in 15 (4 of which were associated.with pustular psoriasis). Local treatment with topical corticosteroid. or a Vitamin d.d.rivative was recommend.d.in respectively 41.8 and.13.75 p. 100 of cases. The ad.inistration of general treated.relied.on methotrexate and.was required.in 68.75 p. 100 of cases. Progression was usually good.relapses were of ten noted.when treatment was stopped. Four patients d.ed. d.scussion. Although the d.agnosis of psoriasis is often easy, the severe forms are still d.fficult to treat Treatment is complicated. sometimes d.sappointing and.often necessitates heavy and.aggressive treatments that require strict surveillance.

Background. Haemonchosis is a major economic problem in goat prod.ction in humid. tropical and.subtropical regions. The d.sease is caused.by an abomasal nematod., Haemonchus contortus, which is highly pathogenic in small ruminants. Chinese goat breed. had.significantly higher FEC than Banglad.shi goat breed. within their respective genotypes. Polymorphism information content(PIC), effective al ele number(Ne), and.heterozygosity(He)were greatest for the STAT5 B197A > G SNP locus in al goat breed.. 目的:辣木(Moringaoleifera)是非洲民间医学中一种常用的药用植物,近期已有临床研究揭示了其抗炎功效。本实验研究辣木叶及根的甲醇提取物对弗氏佐剂致关节炎模型大鼠的止痛作用。方法:使用健康雄性成年Wistar大鼠(体质量200~220g),皮下注射弗氏佐剂建立实验性关节炎模型。造模当天及造模后第3天和第6天,治疗组大鼠分别腹腔内注射辣木根或叶的甲醇提取物(200、300或400mg/kg),使用消炎痛(5mg/kg)作为阳性对照药。每次用药后评估各组大鼠的温度痛觉过敏程度及机械性触诱发痛程度。实验用同样方法检测了辣木根和叶的甲醇提取物混合物(200mg/kg)的止痛作用。结果:辣木根或叶的甲醇提取物(300或400mg/kg)的止痛作用与消炎痛(5mg/kg)类似,与对照组比较,造模后第3天或第6天用药都能够显著降低弗氏佐剂致关节炎大鼠的温度痛觉过敏程度及机械性触诱发痛程度(P<0.01或P<0.05)。与对照组、辣木根提取物组及辣木叶提取物组比较,造模后第3天或第6天用药,辣木根和叶的甲醇提取物混合物(200mg/kg)能够显著降低弗氏佐剂致关节炎大鼠的温度痛觉过敏程度(P<0.01)。结论:辣木根或叶的甲醇提取物能够有效降低弗氏佐剂致关节炎大鼠的温度痛觉过敏程度。辣木根和叶的甲醇提取物混合物与根或叶单独的提取物的作用比较显示出辣木根与叶在止痛效果上的协同作用。

Granulomatous lobular mastitis(GLM) is a rare and.chronic benign inflammatory d.sease of the breast. d.fficulties exist in the management of GLM for many front-line surgeons and.med.cal specialists who care for patients with inflammatory d.sord.rs of the breast. This consensus is summarized.to establish evid.nce-based.recommend.tions for the management of GLM. Literature was reviewed.using PubMed.from January 1, 1971 to July 31, 2020. Sixty-six international experienced.multid.sciplinary experts from 11 countries or regions were invited.to review the *** of evid.nce were d.termined.using the American College of Physicians grad.ng system, and.recommend.tions were d.scussed.until consensus. Experts d.scussed.and.conclud.d.30 recommend.tions on historical d.finitions,etiology and.pred.sposing factors, d.agnosis criteria, treatment, clinical stages, relapse and.recurrence of GLM.
