By utilizing the first order behavior of the device,an equation for the frequency of operation of the submicron CMOS ring oscillator is presented.A 5-stage ring oscillator is utilized as the initial design,with different Beta ratios,for the computation of the operating *** on,the circuit simulation is performed from 5-stage till 23-stage,with the range of oscillating frequency being 3.0817 and 0.6705 GHz *** is noted that the output frequency is inversely proportional to the square of the device length,and when the value of Beta ratio is used as 2.3,a difference of 3.64%is observed on an average,in between the computed and the simulated values of *** an outcome,the derived equation can be utilized,with the inclusion of an empirical constant in general,for arriving at the ring oscillator circuit’s output frequency.

Electrical and electronic waste(e-waste)has become a global *** this ever-growing problem has become very critical and yet challenging,especially in the South Asian region;otherwise,it may undermine the sustainability of development and growth of numerous ***,to explore the current context of e-waste management,recycling,and strategies in Sri Lanka,we conducted a systematic literature review process using peer-reviewed research articles retrieved from Google Scholar *** searched for articles containing keywords such as“e-waste”,“management strategies and recycling”,and“Sri Lanka”.We screened out papers(n=20)selected from papers(n=327)initially retrieved over a 17 period of time(2005–2022).The analysis of the screened articles showed that the main challenges to successful e-waste management were a lack of management strategies,policies,and inadequate recycling practices as well as identifying the potential and opportunities to actively enhance the comprehensive awareness,collection,storage,proper disposal,and other e-waste management steps in Sri ***,the study identified technological,financial,socio-economic,and institutional sectors as fundamental sectors to formulate a strategic plan for e-waste ***,the study suggests that enacting laws to practice and adopt e-waste management,establishing central command and management institutes to control all e-waste management bodies,providing financial assistance to informal e-waste collectors and recyclers,and introducing e-waste management to school curricula are some of the possible actions that can be taken along with enhancing the awareness of e-waste management.

A series of novel flavone-4-oximes[1]were synthesized by the oximation of substituted *** synthesized compounds were characterized by various spectroscopic methods including IR,MASS,NMR *** of the 14 test compounds screened for their antioxidant activity,compounds such as JGS-VI(a N,N dimethyl benzaldehyde derivative)and JGSVII(a 3,4 dimethoxy benzaldehyde derivative)exhibited antioxidant activity comparable to that of ascorbic acid with its IC50 value at 30.01 Mm as standard following DPPH?*** such as JGS-II(a Para fluro benzaldehyde derivative),JGS-IV(a Para methyl benzaldehyde derivative)and JGS-V(a thiophene-2-aldehyde derivative)exhibited anti-oxidant activity among all the test compounds screened against ABTS[2]using Quercetin with its IC50 value at 50.24 Mm.

A series of novel flavonols were synthesized by cyclizing corresponding hydoxy chalcones using Algar flynn Oyamada reaction (1)The synthesized compounds were characterized by various spectrochemical methods including IR, MASS, NMR spectroscopy. Out of 13 compounds screened for antibacterial activity [2], compound VMF 12 (a bromo derivative) showed activity with an IC50value at 0.16μM against S. aureus.

在当今的全球化环境中,全球市场日益影响客户行为和偏好的文化方面。因此,确定地理和文化距离对消费者观点的影响对于公司在全球市场中有效竞争,同时将业务扩展到不同国家的能力至关重要。本研究基于霍夫斯泰德的文化维度理论,旨在评估影响斯里兰卡消费者对中国手机品牌偏好的因素。研究中使用定性和定量数据分析来确定影响斯里兰卡市场消费者对中国手机品牌偏好的因素和文化维度。因此,通过随机选择名受访者进行了在线访谈调查,以验证霍夫斯泰德基于文化维度理论的假设。研究结果显示,霍夫斯泰德的五个文化维度中,权力距离指数、个人主义、成就和成功的动机和不确定性规避指数等四个维度与本研究关于消费者偏好的假设相符,长期导向文化维度并不支持本研究的假设。本研究的定量分析重点是确定选定的自变量对斯里兰卡市场中国手机品牌消费者偏好的影响。因此,在本研究中使用了四个主要自变量:消费者认知、产品认知、文化因素和原产国效应。此外,研究中还纳入了四个控制变量:性别、年龄、收入范围和职业状况,以增强研究的内部效度。根据回归分析结果,消费者认知、原产国、产品认知度和控制变量收入范围等自变量对消费者对中国手机品牌的偏好产生显着正向影响。相比之下,文化因素变量则表现出相当大的负面影响。因此,根据研究的整体定性和定量结果,中国和斯里兰卡之间的文化距离显着影响了斯里兰卡市场消费者对中国手机品牌的偏好。因此,中国手机企业和销售商在向斯里兰卡市场推出新产品时应充分考虑这一影响。

Today, the significance of the wireless communication is known all over the world. In order to achieve the better communication, many techniques and methods have been introduced. Among these techniques, smart/adaptive antennas are trending topic in the research domain. The smart antennas consist of various antennas arrays and have the ability to optimize the radia-tion and reception of the desired signals dynamically. Also, in order to avoid or mitigate the interferences, smart antennas can introduce nulls in the in-terferers direction by adaptive updating of the weights linked at every antenna element. The smart antennas can also enhance the quality of reception and reduce the dropped calls. This paper discusses the various survey topics related to smart antennas, Adaptive Beam Forming (ABF) algorithm etc. Also the various existing researches are discussed to know the research gap for future research scope.
