A fluid-structure interaction method based on the arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian method and a dynamic mesh method was developed to simulate the dynamics of a rigid particle in shear *** the method,the governing equations for the fluid flow and particle motion were sequentially solved in a two-way coupling *** mesh system was deformed or re-meshed by the dynamic mesh *** method was employed to simulate the dynamics of a single particle suspended in a flow channel and the dynamics of the particle were *** simulation results show that the angular velocity is not only a function of the inclination angle,is but also influenced by the aspect ratio yielding a hysteresis,while the angular velocity obtained from the Keller-Scalak model is a function only of the inclination angle and does not show a *** present simulations clearly demonstrate that the Fluid-Structure Interaction（FSI） module is very stable,accurate and robust.

A wireless body area network offers cost-effective solutions for healthcare infrastructure. An adaptive transmission algorithm is designed to handle channel efficiency, which adjusts packet size according to the difference in feature-point values that indicate biomedical signal characteristics. Furthermore, we propose a priority-adjustment method that enhances quality of service while guaranteeing signal integrity. A large number of simulations were carried out for performance evaluation. We use electrocardiogram and electromyogram signals as reference biomedical signals for performance verification. From the simulation results, we find that the average packet latency of proposed scheme is enhanced by 30% compared to conventional method. The simulation results also demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves significant performance improvement in terms of drop rates of high-priority packets around 0.3%-0.9 %.

Electrical capacitance volume tomography (ECVT) was conducted to measure instantaneous gas–solid flow structures in a conical spouted bed. The sensor has 24 electrodes/channels and was used to make three-dimensional measurements of the solid volume fraction. Flow structures in the conical spouted bed were analyzed using quantitative ECVT images. Three-dimensional images of gas–solid flow structures and time-averaged vertical and radial solid volume fraction profiles are presented. Different fluidization regimes in spouted beds were characterized by analyzing pressure fluctuation signals and ECVT images. ECVT was shown to be robust and powerful for the three-dimensional visualization and quantitative measurement of a gas–solid fluidization system.

This paper describes the optimization of the impeller having splitters for a turbo *** design variables,chord of splitter and pitch of splitter,are introduced to enhance the blower *** pressure and ef-ficiency are selected as an object function,and the optimization of the blower impeller is performed by a response surface method (RSM).Three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations are introduced to analyze the internal flow of the blower and to find the value of the object function for each *** the shape optimization of the splitters attached to the impeller in the turbo blower,pressure and efficiency at the design flow condition are suc-cessively increased by 5.9 percent and 17.9 percent respectively based on the reference *** higher blower efficiency obtained by optimization of impeller having splitters is mainly caused by reducing the number of im-peller blades and optimal design of splitters in the blade passage while pressure increase keeps almost the same with the reference *** the object function of pressure,pressure increase is obtained at the design and off-design conditions while efficiency keeps higher compared to the reference *** enhancement of blow-er performance is due to the reduction of reverse and circulation flows in the blade passage.

本研究推荐制动系统测功器数学模型用来鉴定制动转矩的变化(BTV),并确定动态试验和仿真间的相互关系,介绍了衬垫和盘之间简单模拟,作为点接触元件以及在时间范围内瞬态响应分析。该模型指出BTV的总量与衬垫刚度,摩擦系数,制动盘厚度变化和制动衬垫的有效半径成线性正比例,采用-制动测力器和附加的材料试验进行证实分析模型,动态试验表明所推荐的模型对预测-制动系统BTV具有合理的精确度。
