Tailored eradication strategy vs concomitant therapy for Helicobacter pylori eradication treatment in Korean patients

Lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)have emerged as promising power sources for high-performance devices such as electric ***,the poor energy density of LSBs owing to polysulfide shuttling and passivation has limited their further market *** mitigate this challenge,two-dimensional(2D)siloxene(2DSi),a Si-based analog of graphene,is utilized as an additive for sulfur *** 2DSi is fabricated on a large scale by simple solvent extraction of calcium disilicide to form a thin-layered structure of Si planes functionalized with vertically aligned hydroxyl groups in the *** stoichiometric reaction of 2DSi with polysulfides generates a thiosulfate redox mediator,secures the intercalation pathway,and reveals Lewis acidic sites within the siloxene *** 2DSi utilizes the corresponding in-situ-formed electrocatalyst,the 2D confinement effect of the layered structure,and the surface affinity based on Lewis acid-base interaction to improve the energy density of 2DSi-based LSB *** with the commercial carbon-based current collector,2DSi-based LSB cells achieve a volumetric energy density of 612 Wh Lcell^(−1) at 1 mA cm^(−2) with minor degradation of 0.17%per cycle,which rivals those of state-of-the-art *** study presents a method for the industrial production of high-energy-dense LSBs.

Recently,the LCCs(low cost carriers)using ICN(Incheon International Airport)as a hub have increased their international *** addition,foreign nationality airlines,including Middle Eastern carriers,have gradually increased their operations at *** growth in carrier services has resulted in a more competitive market environment,and reasonable resource assignment has become an important issue for airport ***,the airport will open a new terminal—T2(terminal 2)in early 2018,and carriers will need to adjust their operations reflecting the utilization of newly assigned *** by this change,we investigate the differentiation of airport service perception as well as airline choice behavior by passenger groups at *** paper employs a MNL(multinomial logit)model as well as a SEM(structural equation model).The results indicate that airline gate allocation is a significantly important value for passengers in terms of airport service perception and choice *** perception and choice behavior differ according to the selected *** study concludes that it is significantly important to consider the characteristics of passenger perception and choice behavior to improve airport operational efficiency,particularly with respect to carrier facility assignment.

This study analyzes air passenger route choice behavior for long-haul inter-continental travel. It employs the SP （state preference） technique and logit modeling to investigate the impact of route development via neighboring countries in the region. With the Japanese government pursuing an increase in international routes at Haneda International Airport, and the Chinese government planning to construct Beijing Capital Second International Airport by 2019, the competition among airports to serve as hubs in Northeast Asia will increase significantly. Korean passengers will have a greater number of route choices when traveling to North America or Europe, utilizing not only direct flights from Incheon International Airport but also flights via Tokyo or Beijing area airports including Haneda International Airport, Narita International Airport, Beijing Capital International Airport and Beijing Capital Second International Airport. Accordingly, passengers will choose among the alternatives by considering fares and flight times. As such, it is essential for airports to offer flights with competitive prices for transit passengers to become successful competitive airports in the region. Therefore, it will become more important for market decision makers to strive toward more attractive ticket prices and better route network quality.

LCCs(low cost carriers)are expanding their routes,which is affecting airport network *** subsequent increases in market competition and the number of airlines operating in air network routes have made the centrality analysis more significant because it can be used to identify airport network connectivity *** study analyzes the network connectivity competitiveness of South Korea among Asian airports using the MIDT(marketing information data transfer)dataset provided by OAG Traffic Analyser,which provides data collected from regional Asian airports since *** network centrality of individual airports is estimated to compare network connectivity competitiveness in *** for overall network centrality include degree,closeness and betweenness *** network centrality analysis may be helpful for South Korean airports in identifying their network performance and competitive position in Asia and confirming the effects that LCCs have on airport network *** results indicate that South Korea’s aviation market needs to expand its network via a strategy that prioritizes the strengthening of airport connectivity and the pursuit of *** addition,LCC operations will support Korea’s network growth via the various strategies that they ***,this in turn will bolster the overall market competitiveness of South Korean airports.

Genetically epilepsy prone rat (GEPR) is a model of generalized tonic/clonic epilepsy and a useful tool in the understanding of basic mechanisms of human epilepsy. GEPR is susceptible to audiogenic seizure, hyperthermia induced seizure,and has lower threshold for electrical and chemical stimuli. Several strains of GEPR, from GEPR-3 to GEPR-9, are available depending on the degree of the intensity of audiogenic seizure.

BACKGROUND Increasing levels of antibiotic resistance have reduced the Helicobacter pylori(***)eradication rates afforded by the standard triple ***,2-wk firstline four-drug regimens must be *** To analyze the eradication rates of modified bismuth-containing quadruple therapy(mBCQT)and concomitant therapy(CT),the associated adverse events,and *** Patients infected with *** were prospectively randomized to receive mBCQT or CT for 2 *** featured a proton pump inhibitor(PPI),bismuth,metronidazole,and tetracycline,taken twice *** included a PPI,clarithromycin,metronidazole,and amoxicillin,taken twice *** 13C-urea breath test was performed no earlier than 4 wk after therapy concluded to confirm *** either the histological or rapid urease test was positive,*** infection was *** The demographic characteristics of 68 patients who received mBCQT and 68 who received CT did not differ *** intention-to-treat analysis,the eradication rate was 88.2%(60/68)in the mBCQT group and 79.4%(54/68)in the CT group(P=0.162).By per-protocol analysis,the respective eradication rates were 98.4%(60/61)and 93.1%(54/58)(P=0.199).More CT than mBCQT patients experienced adverse events[33.8%(23/68)mBCQT vs 51.5%(35/58)CT patients,respectively,P=0.037].All patients showed good compliance[85.3%(58/68)mBCQT vs 82.4%(56/68)CT patients,P=0.641].CONCLUSION The *** eradication rates of the 2-wk mBCQT and CT regimens are *** patients show good compliance,and more CT than mBCQT patients experience adverse events.
