The phenomenon of combustible dust explosions is present within many industries. Tests for explosibility of dust clouds per ASTM E1226 use a 20 L explosive chamber that places the combustible dust directly below the dispersion nozzle which generates a thorough mixture for testing purposes. However, in the underground coal mining industry, there are a number of geologic, mining, and regulatory factors that change the deposition scheme of combustible coal dust. This causes the atmosphere of a coal mine to have a variable rock dust-coal dust mixture at the time of ignition. To investigate the impact of this variable atmosphere, a series of lean explosibility tests were conducted on a sample of Pittsburgh Pulverized coal dust. These explosibility tests were conducted in a 38 L chamber with a 5 kJ Sobbe igniter. The 38 L chamber generates a variable air-dust mixture prior to ignition. The test results indicate that the 38 L chamber experiences reduced explosive pressures, and lower explosibility index values when compared to the 20 L chamber.

AIM To investigate the impact of extrinsic visual feedback and additional cognitive/physical demands on single-limb balance in individuals with ankle *** Sixteen subjects with ankle instability participated in the study. Ankle instability was identified using the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool(CAIT). The subject's unstable ankle was examined using the Athletic Single Leg Stability Test of the Biodex Balance System with 4 different protocols:(1) default setting with extrinsic visual feedback from the monitor;(2) no extrinsic visual feedback;(3) no extrinsic visual feedback with cognitive demands; and(4) no extrinsic visual feedback with physical demands. For the protocol with added cognitive demands,subjects were asked to continue subtracting 7 from a given number while performing the same test without extrinsic visual feedback. For the protocol with added physical demands,subjects were asked to pass and catch a basketball to and from the examiner while performing the same modified test. RESULTS The subject's single-limb postural control varied significantly among different testing protocols(F = 103; P = 0.000). Subjects' postural control was the worst with added physical demands and the best with the default condition with extrinsic visual feedback. Pairwisecomparison shows subjects performed significantly worse in all modified protocols(P < 0.01 in all comparisons) compared to the default protocol. Results from all 4 protocols are significantly different from each other(P < 0.01) except for the comparison between the "no extrinsic visual feedback" and "no extrinsic visual feedback with cognitive demands" protocols. Comparing conditions without extrinsic visual feedback,adding a cognitive demand did not significantly compromise single-limb balance control but adding a physical demand did. Scores from the default protocol are significantly correlated with the results from all 3 modified protocols: No extrinsic visual feedback(r = 0.782; P = 0.000);

As of today, March 30, 2020, when this Editorial is being written, the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2), causal agent of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has been confirmed in more than 745,000 cases worldwide and has claimed the lives of more than 35,000 people.1 In addition to the morbidity and mortality associated with COVID-19, this betacoronavirus has placed several of the world's major economies in strife, mainly in Western Europe and North America, paralyzing travel and regular social interactions, making COVID-19 undoubtedly one of the most important pandemics in human history.

AIM： To determine which IIRC scheme was used by retinoblastoma centers worldwide and the percentage of D eyes treated primarily with enucleation versus globe salvaging therapies as well as to correlate trends in treatment choice to IIRC version used and geographic region. METHODS： An anonymized electronic survey was offered to 115 physicians at 39 retinoblastoma centers worldwide asking about IIRC classification schemes and treatment patterns used between 2008 and 2012. Participants were asked to record which version of the IIRC was used for classification, how many group D eyes were diagnosed, and how many eyes were treated with enucleation versus globe salvaging therapies. Averages of eyes per treatment modality were calculated and stratified by both IIRC version and geographic region. Statistical significance was determined by Chi-square, ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis tests using Prism. RESULTS： The survey was completed by 29% of physicians invited to participate. Totally 1807 D eyes were diagnosed. Regarding IIRC system, 27% of centers used the Children＇s Hospital of Los Angeles （CHLA） version, 33% used the Children＇s Oncology Group （COG） version, 23% used the Philadelphia version, and 17% were unsure. The rate for primary enucleation varied between 0 and 100% and the mean was 29%. By IIRC version, primary enucleation rates were： Philadelphia, 8%; COG, 34%; and CHLA, 37%. By geographic region, primary enucleation rates were： Latin America, 57%; Asia, 40%; Europe, 36%; Africa, 10%, US, 8%; and Middle East, 8%. However, systemic chemoreduction was used more often than enucleation in all regions except Latin America with a mean of 57% per center （P〈0.0001）. CONCLUSION： Worldwide there is no consensus on which IIRC version is used, systemic chemoreduction was the most frequently used initial treatment during the study period followed by enucleation and primary treatment modality, especially enucleation, varied greatly with regards to IIRC version used and geographic r
