The luminescent liquid crystals (LLCs) are expected to solve the conflicts between the aggregation caused quenching and the requirement of aggregation or self-organization for LCs. Herein, we developed a new strategy of applying aggregation-induced emission (AIE) phenomenon to the molecular design of LCs towards LLCs. In this report, a calamitic liquid crystal based on tolane with AIE characteristics was successfully synthesized and the chemical structure was characterized by 1H, 13C NMR, and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight (MALDI-TOF) high-resolution mass spectra. The fluorescence behavior was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and the liquid crystal phase behaviors were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarized optical microscopy (POM). The crystal structure was obtained by X-ray diffraction crystallography with P1 space group. Results demonstrated that the sample was AIE active and the LC phases sequence during cooling was nematic, smectic C and smectic B phase.

单取代侧链液晶聚炔的本体相结构研究表明,当主链为顺式构型时,分子形成刚性柱状结构,进而堆砌形成柱状液晶相;当主链为反式构型时,较短的间隔基使刚性主链和侧链液晶基元之间耦合形成片状结构,可以堆砌形成分子间排列受挫的高级有序近晶相。如果侧链基元为具有发光性能的液晶基元,形成的近晶相结构在取向后将有望发射高偏振度的线偏振光。本文在合成一系列具有不同长度间隔基和不同长度烷基尾链的含二苯炔基元的侧链液晶聚炔的基础上,通过紫外-可见分光光度法、荧光（偏振）光谱、差示扫描量热法（DSC）、变温一维和二维（1D和2D）广角X-射线衍射（wAXD）、偏光显微镜（PLM）等研究手段考察聚合物及其单体的发光行为及相结构,并采用分子动力学方法模拟其液晶相结构。结果表明,二苯炔可以作为液晶基元引入聚炔侧链形成具有发光性能的侧链液晶聚炔,在样品取向后能够产生高偏振度的线偏振光。

Polycyclotrimerization and polycoupling of acetylenic monomers respectively furnish hyperbranched polyarylenes and polyynes with high molecular weights （up to 1 × 10^6） in high yields （up to 99.9%）. The polymers possess low intrinsic viscosities and high thermal stabilities, losing little of their weights when heated to 〉 400℃. Upon pyrolysis at 〉 800℃, the polymers graphitize with high char yields （up to 86%）. Hyperbranched polyarylenes efficiently emit deep-blue to blue-green lights with fluorescence quantum yields up to 98% and strongly attenuate intense laser pulses with optical power-limiting performances superior to that of C60, a well-known optical limiter. Poly（alkenephenylenes）, poly（aroylarylenes） and polyynes are readily cross-linkable by UV irradiation, serving as excellent photoresist materials for the generation of patterns with nanometer resolution. Thin films of hyperbranched polyynes exhibit very high refractive indexes （n up to 1.86）. The internal and terminal acetylene moieties of the polyynes readily form complexes with cobalt carbonyls, which can be transformed into soft ferromagnetic ceramics with high magnetic susceptibilities （Ms up to ca. 118 emu/g） and near-zero magnetic losses.

Pyospermia is an abnormal laboratory finding of high concentration of white blood cells in human ejaculates during infertility workup. The role of pyospermia and its impact on fertility is an important consideration in the management of infertility. Etiology, pathogenesis, diagnostic modalities and the management of pyospermia are reviewed in this paper. Current use of antibiotics and the intrinsic production of antioxidants in the management of pyospermia are also discussed in this review.

目标:分析活动期葡萄膜炎患者在小梁切除术后的炎症反应及眼压情况。方法:我们回顾了2006-10/2011-03期间,接受了小梁切除术的活动期葡萄膜炎性青光眼患者纪录。手术前后的炎症反应、复发频率、类固醇依赖度及眼压均以配对t检验作比较。结果:在29例29眼患者中,90%的患眼在手术时正在接受局部类固醇治疗。患者平均年龄为58.3±14.0a,术前眼压为35.7±8.9mmHg。患者平均复诊时期为35.2±18.7mo。术后3mo前房炎症反应分级平均减少了0.4±0.6(P<0.01)。复发频率在复诊期内每年减少了2.3±2.1次(P<0.01)。术后1a的平均眼压为13.1±4.5mmHg,而其中44.8%患者的眼压无需用药亦能维持在21mmHg或以下。结论:小梁切除术后的葡萄膜炎性青光眼患者在炎症反应及眼压方面均有改善,但成功率较原发性青光眼患者低。小梁切除术可以作为活动期葡萄膜炎性青光眼患者早期控制眼压和炎症反应治疗的一个选择。

合成了三种含有四苯基乙烯结构的双炔烃．这些双炔烃单体通过在CuCl催化下在邻二氯苯中进行的均聚反应可以高产率地生成线型聚炔．所得聚合物均可很好地溶解于常见有机溶剂中，并具有很高的热稳定性．这类聚炔材料在溶液态时几乎不发光，但在聚集态或者固态下可高度发光，表现出典型的聚集诱导发光性质．同时，这些聚合物具有高透光性，可以允许整个可见光区的光透过．其薄膜在4001700nm宽波长范围内表现出高折射率（n=1．7787-1．6543）和低色差（D＇=0．0003）．紫外光照射可诱使聚合物薄膜发生交联过程，从而调控其折射率数值，并可生成高分辨率的荧光图案．
