Background:The pork industry faces unprecedented challenges from disease,which increases cost of production and use of antibiotics,and reduces production efficiency,carcass quality,and animal *** solution is to improve the overall resilience of pigs to a broad array of common diseases through genetic *** changes in feeding and drinking are usually the very first clinical signs when animals are exposed to stressors such as *** in feeding and drinking behaviors in diseased pigs may reflect the way they cope with the challenge and,thus,could be used as indicator traits to select for disease *** objectives of this study were to estimate genetic parameters of feeding and drinking traits for wean-to-finish pigs in a natural polymicrobial disease challenge model,to estimate genetic correlations of feeding and drinking traits with growth rate and clinical disease traits,and to develop indicator traits to select for disease ***:In general,drinking traits had moderate to high estimates of heritability,especially average daily water dispensed,duration,and number of visits(0.44 to 0.58).Similar estimates were observed for corresponding feeding traits(0.35 to 0.51).Most genetic correlation estimates among drinking traits were moderate to high(0.30 to 0.92)and higher than among feeding traits(0 to 0.11).Compared to other drinking traits,water intake duration and number of visits had relatively stronger negative genetic correlation estimates with treatment rate and mortality,especially across the challenge nursery and finisher(−0.39 and−0.45 for treatment rate;−0.20 and−0.19 for mortality).Conclusion:Most of the recorded drinking and feeding traits under a severe disease challenge had moderate to high estimates of heritability,especially for feed or water intake duration and number of *** and genetic correlations among the recorded feeding traits under disease were generally low but drinking traits show

＜正＞ Research on the development and characterization of X7R BaTiO3 dielectric wafers for high frequency single-layer capacitors has been carried out. Commercial BaTiO3 powders were processed and optimized in dielectric constant （εr ）, dissipation factor （DF） and temperature coefficient of capacitance （TCC）. The results indicate a strong effect of sintering temperature on dielectric properties as well as on mechanical properties of the BaTiO3. It has been shown that the highest dielectric constant is achieved at high sintering temperatures （＞1400℃） and lowest TCC at lower sintering temperatures （＜1300℃）. By optimizing fabrication process e.g. dry pressing, cold isostatic pressing, sintering, and machining such as grinding and lapping, BaTiO3 wafers of dielectric constant from 3400 to 3600, with a diameter approximately 50mm and thickness 150μm, have been manufactured successfully. The fabricated thin wafers exhibit the X7R capacitor characteristics of the dissipation factor （＜3%） and temperature coefficient of capacitance （＜±5%） in the temperature range of-55℃to 125℃.

以加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省甲虫致死花旗松为原料,通过SO催化蒸汽爆破方式对其进行预处理,并对预处理后的原料进行酶水解和乙醇发酵研究,以考察预处理方式结合酶水解对花旗松制取乙醇的影响。结果表明,较低的SO吸收率和原料含水率(干基)影响了预处理效果;水洗对预处理后原料的酶水解效率没有显著的影响;当水解底物质量浓度由20mg/mL增加到150mg/mL时,水解率均在42%左右,底物质量浓度的增加纤维素的水解率没有受到显著影响。从发酵结果看,花旗松经汽爆预处理后,不进行水洗处理更有利于后续发酵。分步糖化发酵乙醇得率可以达最大乙醇得率的66%,而同步糖化水乙醇得率为55%。由此可见,低浓度SO催化汽爆预处理低湿度花旗松不能得到较好的预处理效果,需进一步优化。

n:justify;"> ng>Introduction: ng>Liver transplantation (LT) in children has undergone significant changes over the last years. Especially the use of split and living donor transplants even for infants has led to new challenges in pre- and post-operative care. Systemic inflammatory response syndromes (SIRS, sepsis) as well-known complications after LT have not yet been systematically examined in the pediatric population. ng>Methods:ng> We analyzed clinical data of 39 pediatric liver transplant recipients regarding potential risk factors for post-transplant SIRS and sepsis. Secondly, the prognostic impact of SIRS and sepsis on post-transplant clinical course, patient and transplant-survival has been analyzed. ng>Results:ng> 64% of patients developed either SIRS (n = 16, 41%) or sepsis (n = 9, 23%) within 30 days after transplantation. no pre-transplant risk factors for increased susceptibility for SIRS or sepsis could be identified. Secondary closure of the abdomen (p = 0.045) and secondary biliary reconstruction (p = 0.043) were associated with a higher incidence of sepsis and were associated with significantly prolonged mechanical ventilation times in the presence of sepsis (p = 0.001). Patients with sepsis, but not SIRS, stayed significantly longer on PICU (p = 0.021) and suffered from higher mortality (n = 3 versus 0;p = 0.0006). All deaths within 30 days of transplantation were due to septic multiorgan failure. neither early SIRS nor sepsis were associated with loss of transplant function. ng>Conclusions:ng> SIRS and sepsis are frequent events after pediatric liver transplantation. Sepsis increased length of PICU-stay and mortality significantly and prolonged duration of mechanical ventilation. Secondary biliary reconstruction and closure of the abdomen could be identified as potential risk factors for sepsis.

Wafer-scale synthesis of p-type TMD films is critical for its commercialization in next-generation electro/*** this work,wafer-scale intrinsic n-type WS_(2)films and in situ nb-doped p-type WS_(2)films were synthesized through atomic layer deposition(ALD)on 8-inchα-Al_(2)O_(3)/Si wafers,2-inch sapphire,and 1 cm^(2)Gan substrate *** nb doping concentration was precisely controlled by altering cycle number of nb precursor and activated by ***_(2)n-FETs and nb-doped p-FETs with different nb concentrations have been fabricated using CMOS-compatible processes.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,and Hall measurements confirmed the effective substitutional doping with *** on/off ratio and electron mobility of WS_(2)n-FET are as high as 105 and 6.85 cm^(2)V^(-1)s^(-1),*** WS_(2)p-FET with 15-cycle nb doping,the on/off ratio and hole mobility are 10 and 0.016 cm^(2)V^(-1)s^(-1),*** p-n structure based on n-and p-type WS_(2)films was proved with a 10^(4)rectifying *** realization of controllable in situ nb-doped WS_(2)films paved a way for fabricating wafer-scale complementary WS_(2)FETs.
