This research paper describes the design and implementation of the Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems (CCSDS) standards REF _Ref401069962 \r \h \* mERGEFORmAT [1] for Space Data Link Layer Protocol (SDLP). The primer focus is the telecommand (TC) part of the standard. The implementation of the standard was in the form of DLL functions using C++ progra.ming language. The second objective of this paper was to use the DLL functions with OmNeT++ simulating environment to create a simulator in order to analyze the mean end-to-end Packet Delay, maximum achievable application layer throughput for a given fixed link capacity and normalized protocol overhead, defined as the total number of bytes transmitted on the link in a given period of time (e.g. per second) divided by the number of bytes of application data received at the application layer model data sink. In addition, the DLL was also integrated with Ground Support Equipment Operating System (GSEOS), a software system for space instruments and small spacecrafts especially suited for low budget missions. The SDLP is designed for rapid test system design and high flexibility for changing telemetry and command requirements. GSEOS can be seamlessly moved from Em/Fm development (bench testing) to flight operations. It features the Python progra.ming language as a configuration/scripting tool and can easily be extended to accommodate custom hardware interfaces. This paper also shows the results of the simulations and its analysis.

The society in the digital transformation era demands new decision schemes such as e-democracy or based on social *** novel decision schemes require the participation of many experts/decision makers/stakeholders in the decision *** a result,large-scale group decision making(LSGDm)has attracted the attention of many researchers in the last decade and many studies have been conducted in order to face the challenges associated with the ***,this paper a.ms at reviewing the most relevant studies about LSGDm,identifying the most profitable research trends and analyzing them from a critical point of *** do so,the Web of Science database has been consulted by using different *** these results a total of 241 contributions were found and a selection process regarding language,type of contribution and actual relation with the studied topic was then carried *** 87 contributions finally selected for this review have been analyzed from four points of view that have been highly remarked in the topic,such as the preference structure in which decision-makers’opinions are modeled,the group decision rules used to define the decision making process,the techniques applied to verify the quality of these models and their applications to real world problems ***,a critical analysis of the main limitations of the existing proposals is ***,taking into account these limitations,new research lines for LSGDm are proposed and the main challenges are stressed out.

Background:Knee examination guidelines in minors are intended to aid decisionmaking in the management of knee *** question:A Delphi study was conducted with a formal consensus process using a validated methodology with sufficient scientific evidence.A group consensus meeting was held to develop recommendations and practical guidelines for use in the assessment of instability injuries in *** findings:there is a lack of evidence to analyse anterior cruciate ligament injuries in children and their subsequent surgical management if *** guidelines and clinical assessment of the patient based on a thorough examination of the knee are performed and a guide to anterior cruciate ligament exploration in children is *** application:In the absence of a strong evidence base,these established guidelines are intended to assist in that decision-making process to help the clinician decide on the most optimal trea.ment with the a.m of benefiting the patient as much as *** this expert consensus,surgical trea.ment is advised when the patient has a subjective sensation of instability accompanied by a pivot shift test++,and may include an anterior drawer test+and a Lachman test+.If these conditions are not present,the conservative approach should be chosen,as the anatomical and functional development of children,together with a physiotherapy progra.me,may improve the evolution of the injury.

Postoperative changes of manometry after restorative proctocolectomy in Korean ulcerative colitis patients

a.m To investigate the changes of postoperative anal sphincter function and bowel frequency in Korean patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).mETHODS A total of 127 patients with UC who underwent restorative proctocolectomy(RPC) during 20 years were retrospectively analyzed. The parameters of anal manometry and bowel frequency were compared according to the 6-mo intervals until 24 mo postoperatively. manometry was used to measure the maximal squeezing pressure(mSP) and maximal resting pressure(mRP).RESULTS mSP decreased after surgery until 6 mo(157 to 142 mm Hg); thereafter, it improved and was recovered to and maintained at the preoperative value at 12 mo postoperatively(142-170 mm Hg, P mRP(65 to 56 mm Hg) improved after 18 mo(62 mm Hg), it did not completely recover to the preoperative value. The decreased rectal capacity after surgery(90 to 82 m L) gradually increased up to 150 m L at 24 mo. Although bowel frequency showed significant gradual decreases at each interval, it was stabilized after 12 mo postoperatively(6.5 times/d).CONCLUSION Postoperative changes of manometry and bowel frequency after restorative proctocolectomy in Korean patients with UC were not different from those in Western patients with UC.

microbes that are beneficial to plants are used to enhance the crop growth,yield and are alternatives to chemical *** and Bacillus are the predominant plant growth-promoting fungi and *** objective of this study was select,characterize,and evaluate isolates of Trichoderma *** Bacillus *** from the northern region of Sinaloa.mexico,and assess their effect on growth promotion in maize(Zea.mays L.).In greenhouse conditions,four Trichoderma isolates and twenty Bacillus isolates,as well as two controls,were tested in a completely randomized design with three *** selected the two best strains of Trichoderma and Bacillus:TB=Trichoderma asperellum,TF=Trichoderma virens,B14=Bacillus cereus sensu lato and B17=Bacillus cereus,which were evaluated in the field in a completely randomized blocks in factorial arrangement design with three replicates applying different rates of nitrogen fertilizer(0,150 kg N/ha,and 300 kg N/ha).Trea.ments 5(B17=***)and 11(TF=***)both fertilized with 150 kg N/ha showed similar yields and they did not reveal significant differences from the trea.ments fertilized with 300 kg N/*** indicated that trea.ment 5(B17=*** with 150 kg N/ha)and trea.ment 11(TF=*** with 150 kg N/ha)were efficient as growth promoters,by not showing significant differences in root volume and dry weight of *** results indicated a reduction of 50% in the rate of nitrogen to fertilizer required for maize(Zea.mays L.)*** microorganisms Trichoderma and Bacillus could be an alternative to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers in maize.

HIGH STRAIN RATE SUPERPLASTICITY OF A AIN PARTICULATE REINFORCED 6061Al COmPOSITE

The superplasticity of AINp/6061Al composite, fabricated by powder metallurgy method and hot-rolled after extrusion, was investigated. The AINp/6061Al composite exhibits an m-value of 0.49 and a.maximum elongation of 438% in the strain rates ranging hem 10-2-100s-1 and at temperatures from 823K to 893K. Diffirential scanning calorimeter was used to ascertain the possibility of any partial melting in the vicinity of optimum superplastic temperature. These results suggested that liquid phase existed where maximum elongation was obtained.

Comparison of litterfall production in three forest types in Jeju Island, South Korea

Litterfall, which is influenced by physical and biological factors, is a.major pathway for carbon and nutrient cycling in forest ecosystems. The purpose of this study was to investigate monthly litterfall production in three forests in Jeju Island differentiated by forest composition and precipitation: Cheongsu(Quercus glauca as the dominant species;low precipitation), Seonheulb(Q. glauca as the dominant species;high precipitation), and Seonheulm(Q. glauca and Pinus thunbergii as the dominant species;high precipitation). Litterfall was collected monthly from April to December 2015 and divided into leaf litter, twig, bark, seeds, and unidentified *** patterns of litterfall production varied across stands according to their species composition. However,the amount of leaf litterfall and total litterfall were comparable among stands, ranging from 362 to 375 g m-2 for leaf litter and 524 g m-2 to 580 g m-2 for total *** leaf litter in may was the highest in all stands, while needle litter was the highest in December in *** twig litterfall in July may be attributable to high rainfall with strong winds and storms during the rainy season. Although forest type and climate factor had no influence on litterfall amounts in this study, the pattern of litterfall production was species dependent, suggesting diverse effects on carbon and nutrient cycling in these forests.

Pixel’s Quantum Image Enhancement Using Quantum Calculus

The current study provides a quantum calculus-based medical image enhancement technique that dynamically chooses the spatial distribution of image pixel intensity *** technique focuses on boosting the edges and texture of an image while leaving the smooth areas *** brain magnetic Resonance Imaging(mRI)scans are used to visualize the tumors that have spread throughout the brain in order to gain a better understanding of the stage of brain *** detecting brain cancer is a complex challenge that the medical system faces when diagnosing the *** solve this issue,this research offers a quantum calculus-based mRI image enhancement as a pre-processing step for brain cancer *** proposed image enhancement approach improves images with low gray level changes by estimating the pixel’s quantum *** suggested image enhancement technique is demonstrated to be robust and resistant to major quality changes on a variety ofmRIscan datasets of variable *** scans,the BRISQUE“blind/referenceless image spatial quality evaluator”and the NIQE“natural image quality evaluator”measures were 39.38 and 3.58,*** proposed image enhancement model,according to the data,produces the best image quality ratings,and it may be able to aid medical experts in the diagnosis *** experimental results were achieved using a publicly available collection of mRI scans.
