The cost of acquisition of a passive house is a little higher than that of a conventional *** design of a passive house should include not only thermal protection and stability of the construction,but it must also take into account the price demands on each of the proposed structures and solution of *** paper deals with the financial comparison of the traditional method of a foundation on the foundation strips of plain concrete and the modern method of founding a passive house as brick construction on the reinforced concrete slab base with a compact subsoil layer of thermal insulation in the form of granules of foamed glass.

Delayed ejaculation is a rare condition with different etiologies. Majority of cases of delayed ejaculation have a strong psychological/behavior component. A 48-year-old male with a diagnostic of delayed ejaculation acquired was encouraged to make an exercise protocol using a masturbation device for 8 wk, the percentage of intercourse successful a month after finish protocol exercise was 81%.

META-R(multi-environment trial analysis in R)is a suite of R scripts linked by a graphical user interface(GUI)designed in java *** objective of META-R is to accurately analyze multi-environment plant breeding trials(METs)by fitting mixed and fixed linear models from experimental designs such as the randomized complete block design(RCBD)and the alpha-lattice/lattice ***-R simultaneously estimates the best linear and unbiased estimators(BLUEs)and the best linear and unbiased predictors(BLUPs).Additionally,it computes the variance-covariance parameters,as well as some statistical and genetic parameters such as the least significant difference(LSD)at 5%significance,the coefficient of variation in percentage(CV),the genetic variance,and the broad-sense *** parameters are very important in the selection of top performing genotypes in plant ***-R also computes the phenotypic and genetic correlations among environments and between traits,as well as their statistical *** genetic correlations between environments or traits can be visualized in a biplot graph or a tree diagram(dendrogram).Genetic correlations are very important for identifying environments with similar behavior or making indirect selection and identifying the most highly associated ***-R performs multi-environment analyses by using the residual maximum likelihood(REML)method;these analyses can be done by environment,across environments by grouping factors(stress conditions,nitrogen content,etc.)and across environments;the analyses across environments can be done with a pre-defined degree of heritability.

The society in the digital transformation era demands new decision schemes such as e-democracy or based on social *** novel decision schemes require the participation of many experts/decision makers/stakeholders in the decision *** a result,large-scale group decision making(LSGDM)has attracted the attention of many researchers in the last decade and many studies have been conducted in order to face the challenges associated with the ***,this paper aims at reviewing the most relevant studies about LSGDM,identifying the most profitable research trends and analyzing them from a critical point of *** do so,the Web of Science database has been consulted by using different *** these results a total of 241 contributions were found and a selection process regarding language,type of contribution and actual relation with the studied topic was then carried *** 87 contributions finally selected for this review have been analyzed from four points of view that have been highly remarked in the topic,such as the preference structure in which decision-makers’opinions are modeled,the group decision rules used to define the decision making process,the techniques applied to verify the quality of these models and their applications to real world problems ***,a critical analysis of the main limitations of the existing proposals is ***,taking into account these limitations,new research lines for LSGDM are proposed and the main challenges are stressed out.

BACKGROUND Medical treatment for Crohn’s disease(CD)has continuously improved,which has led to a decrease in surgical recurrence *** these advancements,25%of patients will undergo repeat intestinal *** of CD com-monly occurs on the mesentery side of the anastomosis *** To compare the new anti-mesenteric side-to-side delta-shaped stapled anasto-mosis(DSA)with the conventional stapled functional end-to-end anastomosis(CSA).METHODS This retrospective study included CD patients who underwent ileo-ileal or ileo-colic anastomosis between january 2020 and December *** DSA technique employed a stapler to maintain the concept of anti-mesentery side-to-side ana-stomosis by performing a 90°vertical closure of the open window compared with the CSA *** the corner where the open window is closed,the DSA avoids forming a pouch and creates an anastomosis resembling a delta shape within the intestinal *** compared demographics,preoperative condition,operative findings,and operative outcomes for the two *** The study included 175 patients,including 92 in the DSA group and 83 in the CSA *** two groups were similar in baseline characteristics,preoperative medical treatment,and operative findings except for the Montreal classification *** 30-days postoperative complication rate was signi-ficantly lower in the DSA group compared with the CSA group(16.3%vs 32.5%,P=0.009).Ileus incidence was significantly lower in the DSA group than in the CSA group(4.3%vs 14.5%,P=0.033),and the hospital stay was shorter in the DSA group than in the CSA group(5.67±1.53 days vs 7.39±3.68 days,P=0.001).coNCLUSION The DSA technique was feasible and showed comparable postoperative outcomes with lower short-term complic-ations compared with the CSA *** studies on CD recurrence and long-term complications are warranted.

BACKGROUND Hypothermic machine perfusion(HMP)has demonstrated benefits in terms of early kidney transplant function compared to static cold *** longer preservation times have shown detrimental effects,a previous paired study indicated that longer pump times(the second kidney in a pair)might lead to improved *** To revisit the prior paired study's somewhat unexpected results by reviewing our program's *** A total of 61 pairs of transplant recipients who received kidneys from the same donor(2012-2021)were *** were divided into two groups depending on whether they were transplanted first(K1)or second(K2).Therefore,the patients in each pair had identical donor characteristics,except for time on the *** analyses included Kaplan-Meyer analysis and paired tests,including McNemar's test,student's paired t-test,or Wilcoxon's test,as *** The two groups of recipients had similar demographics(age,body mass index,diabetes,time on dialysis,sensit-ization and retransplants).cold ischemic times for K1 and K2 were 8.9(95%CI:7.9,9.8)and 14.7 hours(13.7,15.8)(Pcommon in K2,12/61(20%)than in K1,20/61(33%)(P=0.046).Finally,K2 showed a higher graft survival than K1(P=0.023).coNCLUSION Our results agree with a previous study that suggested possible advantages to longer pump *** studies should encourage further research into HMP's potential anti-inflammatory effect.

To check previous findings of the most common complications among pregnancies with vanishing embryo（VE） in another actual study retropective and in group of patiens with selective embryo reduction （SER） Methods We defined vanishing phenomenon as the spontaneous loss of one or more embryos after visualizing heart activity at the first trimester of pregnancy. Selective embryo reduction was performed between 8th-12th pregnancy week, through vaginal punction and aspiration of embryonic mass. Results Vanishing embryo was observed in 86 patients （18.0%）. In 61 patients （70.9%） this phenomenom happened before 9th pregnancy week. The incidence of VE increased with higher number of gestational sacs initially visualized （P〈0.03）. First trimester bleeding was more common among pregnancies with VE than in the control （P〈0.005）. The incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension was lower in pregnancies with VE than in the controls （P〈0.03）. In contrast, preterm spontaneous rupture of membranes was higher, although without statistical significance. Gestational age at delivery, mode of delivery and birth weight was similar in the group of VE and the controls （P=NS）. conclusion All these informations may be useful in counselling patients on the prognosis and outcome of pregnancies achieved by oocyte donation.
