Existence of tension–compression yield asymmetry is a serious limitation to the load bearing capablities of Magnesium alloys in a number of light weight structural *** present work is aimed at nullifying the tension to compression asymmetry problem and strain hardening anomalies in a Magnesium–silver–Rare Earth alloy by engineering different levels of microstructural conditions via friction stir processing and post process *** existence and extent of yield asymmetry ratio in the range of microstructural conditions was experimentally obtained through quasistatic tensile and compression *** yield asymmetry problem was profoundly present in specimens of coarse grained microstructures when compared to their fine grained and ultra fine grained *** impact of the microstructure and associated mechanisms of plasticity on the macroscopic strain hardening behavior was established by Kock–Mecking’s *** plasticity simulations using Viscoplastic self Consistency approach revealed the consequential role of extension twinning mechanism for the existence of yield asymmetry and anomalies in strain hardening *** was especially dominant with coarsening of grain *** Microscopy and characterization were conducted thoroughly in partially deformed specimens to confirm the predictions of the above *** role of crystallographic texture for inducing the polarity to Tension–Compression yield asymmetry was corroborated.A critical grain size in Magnesium–silver–Rare earth alloy was hereby established which could nullify influences of extension twinning in yield asymmetry ratio.

The antiretroviral treatment (ART) has significantly reduced the number of new HIV/AIDs infections and related deaths. However, cases of immunovirological discordance (IVD) are found in various locations. The objective of this study was to determine the profile of People living with HIV (PLHIV) with IVD and to identify associated factors. We conducted a cross-sectional study based on the records of PLHIV under ART for at least 6 months, followed at Hpital de Jour Donka from 2015 to 2017, and having both viral load (CV) and CD4 T-cell count. Prevalence of IVD was 34.57%, with 23.87% for immunological discordance (ID) and 10.7% for virological discordance (VD). Females were predominant (66.26%), and male gender influenced IVD with a statistically significant difference (p = 0.006) and was associated with VD (p = 0.007). The average age was 38.77 11.30 years. PLHIV were classified at WHO stages 3 and 4 (86.01%). The median initial haemoglobin level was 11.5 g/L [3.2 - 12]. The mean initial CD4 T-cell count was 272.84 cells/mm3 201.6. The median initial viral load (VL) was 147,337 copies/mL [1092 - 31,675,000]. The initial CD4 T-cell count 3 was associated with IVD with a statistically significant difference (p = 0.0009) and correlated with ID (p = 0.000). Prurigo was associated with IVD with a statistically significant difference (p = 0.003). Cerebral toxoplasmosis was not associated with IVD but was associated with ID (p = 0.04). This study allowed us to describe the profile of PLHIV with IVD. The main associated factors were male gender, initial CD4 T-cell count 3, toxoplasmosis, prurigo, and herpes zoster.

Inequalities of Korn's type on a surface with boundary have been proved in many papersusing different techniques (see e.g. [4, 5, 11]). The author proves here an inequality of Korn'stype on a compact surface without boundary. The idea is to use a finite number of maps fordefining the surface and the inequality of Korn's type without boundary conditions for everymap and to recast these in a general functional analysis setting about quotient spaces.

Mobile Ad-hoc Networks(MANet)usage across the globe is increas-ing by the *** a node’s trust value has signiﬁcant advantages since such network applications only run efﬁciently by involving trustable *** trust values are estimated based on the reputation values of each node in the network by using different ***,these mechanisms have various challenging issues which degrade the network ***,a novel Quality of service(Qos)Trust Estimation with Black/Gray hole Attack Detection approach is proposed in this research ***,the Qos-based trust estimation is proposed by using a Fuzzy logic *** trust value of each node is estimated by using each node’s reputation values which are deter-mined based on the fuzzy membership function values and utilizing Qos para-meters such as residual energy,bandwidth,node mobility,and *** mechanism prevents only the black hole attack in the network during ***,the gray hole attacks are not identiﬁed which in turn increases the pack-et drop rate signiﬁ***,the gray hole attack is also detected based on the Kullback-Leibler(KL)divergence method used for estimating the statistical *** Qos metrics are considered to prevent the gray hole attack,such as packet loss,packet delivery ratio,and delay for each ***,the proposed mechanism prevents both black hole and gray hole attacks ***-ly,the simulation results show that the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism compared with the other trust-aware routing protocols in MANet.

目的:探讨腹腔镜与开腹胰十二指肠切除术治疗胰头癌的疗效。方法:回顾分析2017年6月至2021年6月收治的94例胰头癌患者的临床资料。根据手术方法将患者分为对照组(n=43,行开腹胰十二指肠切除术)与观察组(n=51,行腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术)。比较两组手术相关指标、术后并发症发生率及术前、术后第3天的炎症因子水平。结果:两组手术时间、失血量、输血率、切缘阳性率、淋巴结清扫数量、淋巴结阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后排气时间[(3.20±1.04)d vs.(4.32±1.35)d]、术后下床活动时间[(2.75±1.08)d vs.(4.50±1.12)d]、住院时间[(8.25±2.01)d vs.(11.42±3.27)d]短于对照组(P0.05)。术后第3天,观察组前列腺素E2[(211.05±23.22)pg/mL vs.(327.65±39.32)pg/mL]、5-羟色胺[(95.64±11.48)mg/L vs.(127.35±19.10)mg/L]低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术治疗胰头癌的安全性、效果较好,与开腹手术相比,腹腔镜手术对术后疼痛因子的影响较小,临床应根据患者情况选择恰当的方案。

sortilin was discovered in 1997 by Petersen and his *** single transmembrane receptor was isolated as a 95 kDa membrane glycoprotein by receptor-associated protein affinity chromatography and therefore initially named *** cDNA library screening revealed sequence homology between the luminal segment of gp95/sortilin and the yeast vacuolar sorting protein 10 protein(Vps10p)domain(Petersen et al.,1997).The Vps10p domain was first identified in the saccharomyces cerevisiae protein Vps10p that directs lysosomal enzymes from the Golgi to the vacuole(Marcusson et al.,1994).
